stayed here 3nights after getting the ferry across. Showers and loos were adequate, clean and functioning. the barrier entry system works perfectly, we had no issues over the 3 night with anyone else occupying our pitch. only down side was the proximity to the road, we have a van with a poptop and with the roof up the road noise was difficult to sleep through.
The facilities and location are excellent, easy access into Belfast and for the ferries. However if you are staying be aware that the site contained what seemed to be a number of homeless who had set up tents in the grass areas. They had wedged the doors to the toilets and laundry open so as to circumvent using the code and it just didn’t feel a very secure site overnight.
Guter Platz für ein oder zwei Nächte in Belfast zu sein. Bus direkt vor dem Platz, Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sanitär gut benutzt aber grundlegend sauber. Duschen mit Warmwasser inklusive. Anfahrt von beiden Seiten der Shore Road möglich. Enger Einschlagwinkel von Norden her. Zelten ist erlaubt.
Good value for money. Another camper was in our pitch on arrival - we rang the number and were told to go to a different pitch, all dealt with in a timely manner. Facilities are good, would recommend.
Fast alles ist perfekt. Lediglich die Straße ist, wie schon so oft erwähnt, tatsächlich durchweg zu hören. Der letzte Bus geht leider schon um 21:15 aus Dublin retour.
Convenient for Belfast (bus stop just outside) and ferry. Quiet despite road and beach/park either side. Big plus is hot water showers included. Laundry is £3wash/£3dry. Flat, easy to access pitches with EHU and water, keypad entry for facilities although the entrance gate was open all time we were there. Any issues phone or café may help when open. If EHU not needed car park outside is free.
Schöner Platz, aber wegen der Straße durchgängig laut. Sonst schöne Parzellen, Sanität vorhanden, Verbindung mit Bus nach Dublin gut und preiswert (Tagesticket 5 Euro, im Bus mit Kreditkarte bezahlbar)
Spent 2 nights here for 27£ each with no additional costs for electricity and toilets/showers with hot water/dish cleaning area. Overall clean facilities even though women’s were cleaner than men’s. Booking online at 7pm for the night was very easy on the website. Received an email with the barrier’s and facilities’ code right away for a self check-in. Cleaned dark waters and emptied gray water.

Great, three night stay. Most things have already been said by others but we found it to be a perfect base for exploring the city. Out very early and back on almost the last 563 bus of the day so road noise wasn't an issue. Facilities didn't appear to be cleaned daily but everything worked. Will come back again on the return leg of our trip.
Direkt am Meer mit Bick zum Hafen gelegen, sehr gepflegt, Cafe am Eingang. Buchung online problemlos, man bekommt mit der Bestätigung einen 4stelligen PIN fürs Tor und stellt sich auf den ausgewählten Platz. Unkompliziert!
Een prima betaalde camperplaats. Sanitair en camper service in orde. Prima afgesloten met een degelijk hek. Goede uitvalsbasis om met de bus of fiets Belfast te bezoeken. Wel van te voren reserveren om een toegangscode te ontvangen.
Emplacement pratique car il n’y a pas grand-chose sur Belfast apart ce type d’air d’accueil. En ce 23 juin machine à laver HS. Preparez-vous tout de même à dormir sur la bande d’arrêt d’urgence d’une autoroute niveau volume sonore. Mais sinon le cadre n’est pas désagréable et les infrastructures sont correctes (douche, éviers, toilettes …)
Super Stellplatz im Vorort von Belfast. 10 Minuten entfernt ist eine Bahnhaltestelle, vor der Türe fährt der Bus und es gibt einen Radweg. Sanitär ist in Ordnung und verfügt über heiße Duschen und eine Möglichkeit zum spülen. Buchung über die Homepage etwas kompliziert, man muss die Seite schon etwas durchforsten um an die richtige Stelle zu gelangen. Lage direkt am Meer ist toll.
Très pratique pour visiter Belfast : à côté de l’arrêt de bus. Sans charme mais propre, entre la route et la plage, sanitaires fonctionnels et propres, douche bien chaude et comprise dans le prix qui correspond aux tarifs Irlandais.
Super Stellplatz. Die Kritik wegen der Vermüllung können wir nicht nachvollziehen und am Ende liegt es auch an uns Campern. Wir haben 2 Nächte da verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da was man braucht und die Anbindung nach Belfast ist super. Einziger Mangel: Buchung über Internet funktionierte bei uns nicht reibungslos und telefonisch auch etwas holprig.

La mejor opción para visitar Belfast. El sitio está muy bien con todos los servicios limpios y adecuados. Hay autobuses que van al centro de la ciudad en 25 minutos, pero hay poco servicio.

Great location. Services available. Electricity showers etc. Good playground nearby. On lough shore. Convenient for Belfast. Noisy road so we booked opposite side. Outdoor band playing nearby until 9 pm.
Don’t underestimate the traffic noise, it’s loud until very late then starts again very early.. That and the drunken revellers and teenagers screaming but there are positives too. It is very convenient to catch the bus into Belfast. The buses that pass by the park stop very early but there are other buses that stop fairly nearby. We caught the 2g which stopped 200m from site.

Der Platz ist sehr sauber auch die Sanitäranlagen, und sehr gut gelegen. Der Bus Stop ist direkt vor dem Campingplatz. 1 Punkt Abzug, weil man nur 3 Nächte bleiben darf, obwohl der Platz leer ist… und weil es auch Nachts sehr laut ist, da direkt an der Hauptstrasse.
We stayed here for €27. If you need to dump your toilet, take a shower, or need electricity, it is a fair place. A lot of campgrounds in Ireland are not open year-round, but this one is and you can book online same day. It is essentially a parking lot attached to a park and the road is loud. We also stayed in the free parking lot outside the gate the following day.
Stayed 2 nights. Showers, laundry and pot washing all very clean. No road noise. Site has a security gate. You are given your unique PIN number for gate and toilets. Would highly recommend this site
Direkt an der Straße ist natürlich die Lautstärke entsprechend. Aber gemessen an den Vorteilen mit dem großen Platz für ein Wohnmobil, den sehr gepflegten sanitären Anlagen und der guten Busanbindung nach Belfast (Tagesticket 4,70 £) ist das aus unserer Sicht zu vernachlässigen. Wir waren für den Besuch von Belfast hier 2 Nächte.
It feels like sleeping right on the freeway, so noisy. The place itself is good, showers, toilets, washing machine, everything you need. However, waste disposal does not work. Garbage containers are full to the brim. The place is a bit expensive!
Clinically safe security fencing and hedging, not sure whether to keep vans in or locals out. Speeding dual carriageway 10 metres and a hedge away seemed intrusive on getting the chairs out, but while my ears recorded sound intensity comparable to 747 take off, my phone app recorded mean at 41dB, equivalent to quiet domestic living room, with peaks at 70dB, equivalent to partner nagging me.

Platz ist super um die Stadt zu besuchen. Sanitäranlagen waren sauber, warmes Wasser vorhanden. Tagsüber und in der Nacht hört man den Verkehrs (Strasse unmittelbar neben an).

Sehr schöner Platz in der Nähe von Belfast. Man kommt problemlos mit öffentlichen in die City und zurück. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Batista Café. Und: Sanitäranlagen sauber und auch im Dezember noch geöffnet (das war in Irland selten der Fall!) große Stellplätze mit Elektrizität. Dusche WC, Waschmaschinen, Spülbecken und Chemie Klo Entsorgung.

Great, small caravan park near Belfast. Secure and clean with good facilities. Can get a bus to Belfast (45 mins) or the train. Worth booking - it is £30 a night but you are near the Capital city. Hot showers, laundry, sluice. It's all here!
Der Caravanplatz hat alles was man braucht. Alles ordentlich gepflegt. Aber durch die angrenzende 4-spurige Ausfallstraße ist es unglaublich laut. Auch nachts.
Prima plek om Belfast te bezoeken. Bus vlakbij en geluid van verkeer inherent aan stadscamping! Wij voelden ons hier prima.
Good location with easy access to Belfast by bus or train (both allowed us to take our dogs). Road noise overnight and from children's playground during the day may bother some users. Safe and secure with keypad entry. Grey waste drains not marked.
Unsupervised site in fenced compound with gate entry code. Noisey by day with play park at front and main road to rear. However close to bus stop and train station to get into Belfast. Cafe at entrance open during day and a number of eating places in village 200m away are open in the evening. Very well kept site and toilet block. electricity water and grey waste disposal on all pitches.
Excellente aire de camping car. Emplacements bitumé et herbe. Eau et électricité sur chaque emplacement. Sanitaires en très bon état. Site très bien sécurisé et facile d'accès. Parfait.
Camping très propre, les douches chaudes sont gratuites. Seul bémol, les machines à laver ne sont pas très propres.
Très propre et fonctionnel, un peu impersonnel. La route est peu passante la nuit mais en journée c'est bruyant. Mais reseau de bus inadapté. Après plus de 30' d'attente, on a fini par prendre notre van pour Titanic Belfast. A 10' de voiture et un parking à prix raisonnable. Parking gratuit le lendemain dans west Belfast. D'autres ont trouvé un bus plus loin mais plus de bus le soir donc taxi...
Pas d'accueil : les réservations se font par internet ou par téléphone, puis on reçoit un code pour accéder à l'aire. sanitaires propres, bus à côté pour le centre, très pratique pour 22 £ la nuit.

Àrea amb tots els serveis. 25 lliures. Davant de parc i mar, però també aprop de la carretera que és molt transitada. El personal molt amable.
Nous n’y avons pas passé la nuit mais demandé à la dame du café à côté si nous pouvions vider les eaux grises et remplir le réservoir : elle a gentiment accepté ! L’aire est agréable, avec des jeux à proximité pour les enfants mais probablement très bruyante, la route étant à côté et très passante.
Perfectly placed for easy access to the City. £25 per night. Bus stop near to the entrance. Very clean but advised to book as it's virtually full. Situated in-between the main A2 and the sea. For me the road noise, especially from 6.30am onwards was too loud. Plots near the entrance back onto a child's playground.
