Endroit très sympa avec un très beau couché de soleil. Ce qui lui vaut très très fréquenté pour le spectacle.

merci aux habitants pour leurs accueil et aux petites fées qui on vendus des confitures et des scone au pdj endroit très sympa mais énormément de campeur la pizzeria très copieux Roma nous n'avons pas vidange car on a respecté les lieux et ni rempli car c'est pour les pêcheursil fait vraiment respecté car sinon ils fermeront c'est sur donc le camping on le répète est interdit merci pour eux

An excellent spot, level tarmac, with views of the river and the bay. plenty of space and no morale sapping height barrier! The village is lovely and well looked after - lots of community flowerbeds! 2mins walk to the excellent Glyde Inn, who serve Guiness and great food. The service was friendly and prompt. There is also a village shop just opposite the pub. Highly recommended.

L'encant d'aquest lloc està en el seu cap al tard, i la foca que es deixa veure quan puja la marea. És molt tranquil, no té serveis, només unes taules de pícnic i paperera.

Mooie plek voor de nacht maar toen wij aankwamen stonden er meer dan 15 campers, lijkt mij veel te veel! En ik denk dat het wachten is op een verbod of beperking. Het is dat wij laat savonds aankwamen anders waren we zeker doorgereden, we voelden ons bezwaard

Parcheggio sul molo do un piccolo porto di pescatori on riva al fiume. Luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una notte senza essere disturbati. Nessun servizio, solo un contenitore per i rifiuti e un tavolo da picnic. Rispettare gli spazi dei pescatori.

Great little stop over in a stunning location. Shop and pub only minutes walk away.

Beautiful view of the sunset, mountains, and sea on the pier. We stayed the night and it was quiet and beautiful

Excellent spot pas de possibilité pour les eaux noires et grises! Respectons cette belle nature. pas loin un restaurant « The Glyde In » où nous nous sommes régalés.

A nice quite place, pub just down the road which was dog friendly but only in the main bar. Hose tap at the top of the slip way for filling up. no one near us all night. Great view nice and peaceful.

4 vans here atm. Quiet so far for a Saturday evening. Few cars coming and going but no messing.

I’m a local around these parts. This is a great spot during off peak months as normally you have the place to yourself, however you need to be arriving early to get a spot during the warmer months. In terms of free park ups, it’s one of the safest and cleanest about with stunning scenery of the Cooley mountains. Try to avoid during strong northerly or easterly winds as it is very exposed.

Bon emplacement. Calme. On peut vider les eaux grises et faire le plein d'eau. C'est tout ! Mais nous avons passé une bonne nuit et le réveil avec vue sur la mer, top ! Je recommande.

Good Peace for Over night quite and save

Une douzaine de camping-cars un samedi soir très tranquille, réveil avec les cris des mouettes, superbe endroit. Une borne de 4 prises P17 avec monnayeur où les bateaux peuvent se brancher, mais aucun tarif indiqué, et on ne sait pas si c'est opérationnel.

Magnifique parking je recommande ce lieu en pleine nature…

Perfect place for one night. Very quiet, flat parking, tap water available as well as some bins. 9 vans spent the night here, gets more busy during the afternoon.

Flat, quiet, spacious park up beside a working harbour (park accordingly!) with water, bins, tables, small beach. Stayed on a sunny Saturday night in July and there were 10 vans total, so it's very popular (hopefully not so much as to annoy locals). Village is nearby with two pubs, one quite touristy, the other catering more for locals. Leave no trace if you want to keep places like this open!

Ce n’est pas la plus belle vue d’un port depuis qu’on sillonne la côte, mais cela nous a permis de stationner avec 15 autres camping-cars et d’y passer la nuit en toute tranquillité, c’est ce qu’on recherchait avant de rentrer sur Dublin à moins d’une heure de route.

bel emplacement dans un hameau d'habitations sans services ( les prises électriquessont pour les pêcheurs utilisant la cale ). Grande plage accessible derrière l'aire de pique-nique vers le quai où les locaux promènes leurs chiens

Standen im März für eine Nacht dort. Waren die einzigen. Die Mülleimer waren verriegelt. Abends kamen ein paar Autos, hielten und fuhren dann wieder. Morgens waren Jogger und Hundehalter unterwegs. Haben uns durch die Beleuchtung sicher gefühlt. Bei Wind aber durch die Nähe zum Meer relativ laut und das Wohnmobil hat gut geschaukelt.

Belle endroit, de la place pour se garer, regardez juste les horaires des marées pour avoir une plus belle vue. Un très bon pub est à 5 minutes à pieds.

Der Platz ist durchaus geeignet für eine Nacht. Es ist halt einfach ein kleiner Hafen. Nichts spektakuläres. Die Hunde konnten aber im dahinter liegenden Strand rumrennen. Mit uns waren 3 andere Camper hier. Es hat genug Platz.

Un super beau coin, mais on est arrivé un samedi soir et il y avait 30 camping car entassés sur ce joli petit port. Quel dommage !! A éviter les weekends de beau temps car les Irlandais occupent beaucoup ce beau spot...

Super endroit très calme. Nous y avons passé une nuit. 3 camping car y stationnaient aussi. Il y a des poubelles et un petit endroit avec des tables de pique-nique. Je recommande.

Great little stop off, easily capable of coping with at least 10 vans. This is a park up area adjacent to a small harbour 5 mins walk to the village. It has a hard standing & a great view of the sea. A beautiful beach is within 200m. Theres a few local bars and a small grocery store. Theres water available, bins and plenty of lighting at night. Has some long viking history for those interested.

Great free park up. level ground with lovely views of the sea. Great beach walk on your doorstep. Quiet even when there was 12 other vans. Lovely village 5 minutes walk away.

Superbe emplacement au bord de l'eau, un accès à l'eau et à l'électricité gratuite plus une petite aire de pique-nique avec table et banc. étant bord de mer il y a un peu de vent.

Parfait pour la nuit. Nous étions 4 fourgons. Au calme. Pas utilisé l'eau ni la vidange. Nous y sommes allés après avoir voulu tester Clogherhead, Strand Street qui ne nous a pas attiré.

Parfait pour grands camping-cars et plusieurs places. Par contre garez vous sur le parking et non entre les bateaux de pêche pour éviter de gêner les utilisateurs du port.

Busy so best get there early. Fishing boats still go out on Sunday morning so try to avoid blocking them access. Restaurant in the village was very friendly and the viking battered fish is recommended.

Busy the one Sat night we stayed early Aug... 20 motor homes. But we arrived mid afternoon and bagged a spot overlooking the water and mountains beyond. Sun shining, good weather. Nice stay. Good chats with other overnighters.

Great free park up. Plenty of room very flat. Lovely views from the little harbour over the water. Three picnic benches, bins and fresh water. Excellent pub & restaurant just five minutes walk into the village. Would definitely stop there again. Spotlessly clean locals very friendly.

Our first stay here last night. Love this wee place. lovely to watch the fish jumping in the river. Loads of space indeed. There seemed to be a fresh water tap for the boats which you could probably use. Just 5 min walk up the road is The Glyde Inn beach side bar and restaurant!! will definitely stop here again.

Parking at top end, boats out of water being worked on, limits room to pier part.

stayed here last weekend with the wife and kids. spot in for a night or 2 with a glorious pub and restaurant 5 minute walk. locals are so polite and welcoming.

Great wee daytime stop for walk and a meal or cuppa. Level site and very clean and tidy with bins.

Lovely view, if exposed in the storm! BEWARE QUICKSAND! Stay away from the slipway! The port has concrete hard standing plus a gravel area. There’s a power stand with 4 sockets (2 in-use by the boats). No number to call to ask permission to use it. All 4 sockets showing a blue power light. Security lighting.

Superb spot. Dead quiet, perfect for two people a dog and a Campervan. Water available and no outlet facilities. Went for a swim at full tide. Perfect!!and then it rained!!!

Calme, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’endroits où mettre eaux grises et noires. Gros soucis en général en Irlande où pour vider le passage au camping tous les 2/3 jours est nécessaire

Parking, avec possibilité de prendre de l'eau. Pour l'électricité, il y a 4 prises qui sont dédiés aux marins pêcheurs, peut-être dans la mesure où elle ne sont pas utilisés, nous pouvons nous brancher est ce que cela va durer, autrement, il y a le pub très sympa. Pour dormir, calme nous étions au mois d'avril.

Sehr schöner Platz an dem kleinen Hafen. Toller Ausblick über die Bucht, die alten Boote geben einen romantischen Touch. 5 mins zum örtlichen Pub mit hervorragendem Essen und super netten Leuten. Direkt daneben eine hervorragende Bäckerei und ein kleiner Shop gegenüber.

Petit port de pêche très calme pas de souci pour y rester la nuit

Beaucoup de possibilité de places sur ce petit port un peu à l'écart de la route principale. Avons passé une nuit au calme avec une jolie vue. Robinet d'eau et prises électriques (demander l'autorisation si nécessaire). Pas de possibilité de vidanges.

A splendid spot for a peaceful night or two. Water, dustbin on hand. Where the river meets the sea there is small harbour where 3 or 4 boats still work

Quiet spot, nice view. Power hook up is there but unsure how to get it going. Seems to be for the boats.

Belle vue et proximité du village avec un commerce alimentaire, pubs et restaurant. Très calme et possibilité de négocier des homards à bon prix avec les pêcheurs.
