nombreuses places a proximité immédiate du très beau parc floral a visiter. barrière 2 m. parfait pour une visite au château et son spectacle son et lumière du mois d'août. nous avons trouvé un petit auvent en dur pour nous abriter du vent pour le repas dans un coin du parking.

Parking en effet limité sous une barre de 2m20 mais pour les vans et nos nouveaux voyageurs équipés de ces véhicules aménagés. La rivière de la desbre longe le parking donnant un peu de fraîcheur et une magnifique vu sur le Chateau . Très beau point de départ pour les balades et visite du village .

We stayed for one night. It was calm except for the donkey you could hear from now and then ;) there's a barrier at 2,20 m which was closed. Just besides the parking space there's a restaurant. The public toilet nearby isn't the nicest but does its job. Showers are also available. Located directly by the river and with a stunning view at the castle, the place is perfect for one night.

C'est un simple parking limité en hauteur. En aucun cas une aire de camping-car.

Dies ist kein Wohnmobilplatz mehr! Und es gibt sehr wohl eine Höhenbegrenzung!!!

Ce jour, 21/04/2024, aire NON disponible, occupée par une fête foraine... Super, on fait quoi ???

I was there on the 16th of April 2024. The height barriers are there, one side was open. Apart from toilets there were no grey or black water disposal, no water, no place with campervan signs or parking. We stayed at that place a few hundred metres away, right next to the castle and church at Lapalisse, 2 Boulevard de L Hôtel de ville.

UPDATE: Der Platz wurde ab dem 15/Jan.24 für voraussichtlich 8 Wochen wegen baulicher „Neugestaltung“ gesperrt! Ver. + Entsorgung ist verfügbar! Alternativ sind die Parkplätze an der Kathedrale zu nutzen! Auf Grund des Bau-Zustands wird die Fertigstellung über den 15/Mrz.24 hinaus gehen. Vielen Dank an die Gemeinde von Lapalisse für den WOMO Parkplatz! Eine Höhenbegrenzung auf 2.2m ist QUATSCH!

Info ! Hinweisschild ! an der Einfahrt im Moment nicht zugänglich, da der Platz erneuert wird. Ausweich Parkplatz an der Kirche nehmen.

Large car park with grassy area next to canal. Turn right under 2.2m barrier on road below floodlit chateau 200m before entrance to sports centre and municipal campsite. Park is over the hedge with 24 hour basic toilet, take your own paper. Footbridge over canal Infront of you. cross over and 20m to the left is lovely boulongerie.

Très chouette endroit pour passer une nuit. On peut se balader dans le parc, aller voir le château, déambuler dans les petites rues du centre. Des restaurants sympa sont à côté. Calme et tranquille. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir le feu d'artifice du spectacle au château.

A beautiful parking spot! 5 stars if possible! Beautiful view over the small river and the great castle. Next to the spot there is this great park! Here you find toilets (not utterly clean and bring your own toilet paper). Next to the parking spot, there's a cafe/restaurant with good service. When visiting them, we asked kindly and they let us charge our phones. There is one tree so no shadow.
