Beautiful and massive beach, parked here one night, stayed in our 3.5t campervan at the beginning of September. Very quiet we were only ones overnight. The sound of the wind and surf was loud, I find it relaxing but may be too noisy for others. It was a 3 meter tide over night and water was still 40 meters or so from top of beach. Sand is packed hard so very safe to drive on. Would stay again.
perfect beach for a camper van, plenty of space to park, park near the green edge ,sand is solid and perfectly safe from normal tides.huge beach when tide is out, it's a surf beach with a constant roar from the water. Very clean with no bins so leave only tyre prints. Highly recommend
Einer der schönsten Plätze an dem wir je übernachtet haben. Wir standen direkt auf dem Strand. Die Flut kommt nicht bis ganz nach oben, jedenfalls nicht bei normaler Gezeitenbewegung. Hatten 2 sehr ruhige Nächte. Es gibt keine Toiletten und keine Mülleimer. Bitte hinterlasst den Platz sauber, damit so ein Platz nicht für Camper gesperrt wird.
Näher am Wasser geht gar nicht... Der Strand ist gut befahrbar und wenn man ganz oben steht (wie es auf dem Bildern zu sehen ist), sollte es mit der Flut kein Problem sein
A nice spot on the beach, there were 3 other campers there when we arrived but plenty of room along the beach. The tide was no problem, it stayed very far away. The phone signal was great. The view is really beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Our issue was it got very windy through the night which made it hard to sleep. The road down is slightly narrow. Other than that, a good spot to stop in.
Très bel endroit sur la plage. Accès par une petite route. Juste une voiture de pêcheurs mais la plage est grande. Vérifier les horaires et coefficients de marée, ce n'était pas le cas quand j'y suis allé, mais à marée haute la plage peut être très étroite.
C'est très drôle de laisser un spot comme ça. 1h30 de route pour arriver là. mais avec ces marées l'eau est carrément jusqu'à la route.. Donc Spot O pointé
schönster Stellplatz meiner ganzen Irlandreise !!! man kann direkt am Strand rauf fahren, im oberen Bereich braucht man auch keine Angst von der Flut haben. für Hunde auch perfekt, man kann ewig weit am Strand spazieren gehen.
Perfekt für Hundebesitzer! Wunderschöner Strand mit Sonnenaufgang. Vor der Flut braucht man laut den Einheimischen keine Angst zu haben. Wir kommen wieder her! Bitte Müll und alles andere mitnehmen, da es keine Entsorgungsmöglichkeit gibt.
A préserver !!! Rare sont les spots comme celui ci! Pas de service. Réseau internet bon. Plage immense, nous avons roulé un peu à droite de l’entrée , en fourgon 6m 3.5T , nous n’avons pas craint avec le sable. Tres peu fréquenté, seul les deux nuits. Quelques voiture en journée (6 en 12h) vraiment à préserver !
Extra de pouvoir stationner et rester dormir à même la plage. Vue géniale sur l'océan. Du passage dans la journée par les promeneurs mais nuit super calme. Pas de problème avec la marée pour nous car coefficient moyen. Spectacle assuré par une école de surf le matin.
Un spot exceptionnel sur la plage : le sable, la mer, une petite rivière et les montagnes avec un magnifique coucher de soleil.... Calme assuré. Il faut juste rester hors de portée de la marée montante.
great place - parking on the beach! but take care of the high tides - you might get wet on some places...
