Forestry maintenance signs moved to one side presumably by disgruntled locals and I don't blame them! Forestry maintenance have moved on and left an awful mess. Moved on as there was a lot of larger debris, didn't fancy a puncture and there are much nicer spots close by. Shame was probably very nice prior to the forestry work.
August 11 - Forrest maintenance and spot is closed. Still looks nice and calm: would definitely sleep here if it was open. P4N’ers try it out again in a couple of weeks!!
great little secluded spot not huge but enough space for 2 or 3 campers, but bumpy but we managed to get level fairly easily. one dog walker pulled up in the morning but very quiet overall. would stay again. please keep clean and tidy for locals, fellow campers and wildlife!

The best night's sleep I've had in a long time! This site is so secluded, only noises we heard were lots of birds and a couple of people riding horses. Signal isn't the best on EE/Vodafone. Ignore the review about no camping and CCTV - the pictures clearly state that it is there to stop people greenlaning. Camping is allowed
Visited during an unexpected day off work. Great for woodland walks. No current signs to say no overnight stops. Very quiet with little passing traffic and only one other car stopped whilst there. 5G signal on EE (if you need it).
perfect!! I stopped here for the day, beautiful, close to nature, remote. definitely a place for a night stay next time.
Not possible for overnight stay, cctv in operation & a sign saying overnights are forbidden.
Here now, stayed last night. Hard surface luckily as the area received very heavy rain last night. Very quiet location with just 1 or 2 very friendly walkers in the late morning. Quiet road, little traffic both day and night No restrictions.
Lovely quiet spot. No restrictions for overnight. One other camper joined later.
Nice little spot, very small though! Had to reverse in as there was already another camper but it was quiet and surrounded by green. Would fit 3 campers maximum.
lovely quiet night for our first ever park up. One van here when we arrived. There was some garden waste tipped at the edge, not much and not really a problem. Just stayed one night but would return.
Wir sind spät angekommen und konnten eine sehr ruhige Nacht mit unserem T3 dort verbringen. Ein Brite hat sich noch ruhig zu uns gesellt. Empfehlenswert.
Nice little park up. We stayed for one night in our XL transit - great, quiet night sleep - perfect for a walk with the dog in the morning. was very muddy in places but the area was flat and hard standing. Would fit about 3/4 cars maximum, 2-3 campers. Someone had fly-tipped rubble otherwise maybe one more. No bins, but nice rural spot for a night.
Just a warning to all solo females. A woman has stated she was stalked in the wooded area beyond the parking. There are a few parkups on this road & in the area, so please be vigilant.
Good place for a night. Stayed here fine with a 7m motorhome.
Stopped off to walk the dog but didn’t stay due to lack of 4G with EE. Very quiet road so would be a great spot to stay. And nice woodland to walk through.
