The "Zum Grubengeist" campground is reopening on September 20, 2025, under the management of its two highly motivated owners, Danny and Christian. The creation date shown on Park4Night (September 29, 2018) is incorrect, and Park4Night cannot change it. Upon arrival, please do not use the street "An der Dampfmühle." You will arrive in a residential area. Please refer to the photo of the entrance. Payment is simple: leave your payment in an envelope at the "Kohlebunker" (coal bunker) or pay in advance for reservations. Arrival: Arrivals are possible every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You will find a site map under the "Book Now" button. Choosing your pitch: Select an available, marked pitch and park your vehicle respecting the markings on the ground and without obstructing neighboring pitches. Always maneuver carefully. Departure: Please leave the campsite before noon on your departure day. On Sundays, you can stay until 6:00 PM, unless the pitch is already reserved. For any departure from Monday to Saturday before 6:00 PM, a €5 surcharge will be applied. Late departures will incur an additional charge for the night. Late departures are only possible if the pitch is not reserved. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Grubengeist is the perfect place. Here, you can sleep soundly. Let's go! Open the gate, enter, close it, choose your preferred pitch, and enjoy your day. If you wish, you can park in the paved area at the front, after the gate, or at the rear, on the gravel/grass between the hedges, and watch the rabbits frolic. Peace and quiet, running water and wastewater disposal, showers/toilets, and 100 liters of water. Your four-legged friend is welcome. We also provide a dishwashing area. And that's not all! Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant, and a pedestrian zone. A park is just around the corner. Our sanitary facilities are modern and spotless. Camper place "Op een Bult". Camper place in the countryside of Groenlo. Outside in the beautiful nature but still close to the fortified town of Groenlo. Ten minutes by bike and you are in the shopping street. The "Achterhoek hospitality" is our top priority. Winterswijk and Oblink (leisure shop) is a good half hour by bike from our camper place. Our camper place is located in the national landscape of Winterswijk. Where you can cycle and walk fantastically. Our camper place is right on the cycling junction network. Every Friday there is home-made soup that is brought to your camper for 6.50 euros.
