Ein super Platz in Sofia zum Übernachten, auch um Reparaturen am Camper durchführen zu lassen. Nicolay und sein Kollege haben unsere beiden Dachfenster neu abgedichtet und die Außenfugen neu silikoniert während wir Sofia besucht haben (mit Bus Nr 3, der direkt ins Zentrum fährt). Sehr gut ist auch die Werkstatt Rp Auto Eood, ca 1.5km nördlich die uns die Spurstange, Radlager usw. gewechselt haben
Siamo stati fermi 1 ora ieri al cancello e non ha mai risposto al telefono, è arrivato un altro camper che aveva le chiavi e il codice dell'antifurto ma non ci ha fatto entrare dicendo di chiamare ai numeri nel cartello, ha provato anche lui a chiamare ma nessuno a risposto, abbiamo cambiato posto ed oggi ancora non ci ha risposto ai messaggi
Vor dem verschlossenen Tor gestanden. Keine der angegebenen Nummern wurde beantwortet. Ich wurde immer weggedrückt. Dann hat er während des Anrufversuches eine Nachricht hinterlassen; …er sei beschäftigt. Nachdem ich es weitere Male versucht hatte auf die angegebene Nummer anzurufen, hat er durch seinen Telefondienstleister eine automatische Negierung eingestellt. Kein Rückruf bis heute nicht.
Simeon en Nicolaj zijn toppers. wij hadden pech met onze camper en moesten een week wachten op vervanging. Hulp van beide mannen was fantastisch. De plek ligt net buiten ringweg en aan een drukke uitvalsweg, maar 's nachts is het er heerlijk rustig. Lidl 5 min lopen, in 35 min meg bus in centrum en 2 zwembaden in de buurt. Wij hebben er een hele fijne tijd gehad. Bedankt Nicolaj en Simeon.

I'm using the place on regular basis as i visit Sofia for a day or 2 often. I've used it for a night and for longer stays with my caravan. Gives me everything i need, good access to the city with my car through the central roads or the ring road of Sofia. Very responsive and polite manager! I would definetely recommend it.
Haben dort zwar nicht übernachtet geben aber dem Reparatur Service, den wir in in Anspruch genommen haben 5 Sterne. Unser Problem wurde umgehend, zufriedenstellend und günstig behoben.
Safe and secure... Wifi, Elec, Toilet, shower etc. Perfect for an overnight stop. A 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance.
Very kind owner. We only needed to get rid of black/grey water and fill with fresh but he couldn't have been more helpful.
Sicherer Einzelstellplatz auf einem Abstellplatz für Womos. Daneben mit Paletten eine Sitzgelegenheit. Sanitär gut und sauber. Waschmaschine und alle Services vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Betreiber. Für einen Besuch von Sofia und Umgebung gut gelegen. Wir haben einen Roller dabei und konnten alles gut erreichen. Empfehlenswert.

Très bon endroit à Sofia pour visiter la ville. Le propriétaire est très sympa ! Il y a tous les services, le bus est à proximité, et on s'est senti en sécurité. Mais c'est un peu bruyant avec le boulevard et la salle de bain un peu vétuste. On recommande cet endroit
Good location for public transport to Sofia. Clean toilets and showers. Friendly helpful owners. We found a fabulous steak restaurant just down the road. Lidl close by. Good stopover.

We arrived late at night too, but that wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host/owner was easy, he speaks English. We felt safe and slept very comfortably. Sanitary facility clean and there is hot water. Thank you for everything! I definitely recommend this place!
Wir sind auf der Heimreise und suchten nach einem sicheren Ort in Bulgarien und haben ihn hier gefunden!!! Zusätzlich gibt es eine sehr saubere Dusche und Toilette (auch Wäschewaschen ist möglich), sowie W-Lan. Ein toller Ort - gerne wieder!!! Danke
Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa, toujours prêt à rendre service ou à trouver la solution avec ses amis pour tout problème lié au camping car. L'endroit est sécurisé par caméra. Vous avez un petit "restaurant" au bord de la route en face de l'arrêt de bus qui mène à Sofia. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Great place to spend a couple of nights. Nicholai, the manager here, went out of his way to help us get a new Windscreen fitted and fixed some broken cupboard hinges. Can't thank nicholai enough, friendliest service we have had in Europe to date!

Super parking avec douche, lavabo, eau et vidange. L'hôte est un ange ! Il fait des aménagements pour caravane et camping car et connaît un très bon garagiste si besoin ! Malgré la proximité de la route nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit ! Je recommande vivement, la wifi fonctionne très bien aussi ! Merci encore pour tout !
5 Sterren want deze plaats, maar vooral de eigenaar, verdient deze 5 sterren. Zelden zulk een vriendelijk/ meedenkende man meegemaakt. WiFi heel goed, wc/ douche heel schoon. Electric goed, staan achter een gesloten hek dus veilig vlakbij Sofia. In de buurt hier of na de Bulgaarse grens zoeken naar een camper plaats, hier is een pareltje?
Very friendly owner. He also helped me to fix a lightbulb and some issues I had with my car lights for very cheap. Close to a lot of shopping centres and Lidl 5 min to walk.

A basic secure car park with facilities, perfect for visiting Sofia. CCTV and locked gates at night. We felt very safe here. It's on a busy road and isn't pretty but this wasn't an issue for us parked at the back. Lidl, fuel and LPG stations, a vets, local shops all within easy walking distance. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful and great info for using local transport.
Stayed at this place for more than a week. Nice spacious parking with a friendly and very skillful owner who knows a lot about the city and gave us good tips where to go.
