Just a lay-by, closest place to park for motorhomes if visiting the rope bridge. Only a short walk to the visitor center, unless you want to ring 72 hours before your visit to have the 2m barrier opened. No need to pay unless you want to walk across the bridge, but it is a good experience. Also check out the old quarry to the left of the coffee shop, game of thrones location.
easy and free to park but sloped. motorhomes are welcome at Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge parking but you do have to call and have them come open it for you and it costs £10 unless you are a member of either the UK or Scotland National Trust. the walk from this layby to the rope bridge is downhill, so uphill back. it's only about .10 mile along the road so it's not too bad.
Seul parking possible pour les camping-cars pour aller à Carrick à rede ( qui vaut la peine pour la vue pas pour le pont qui n'a rien d'exceptionnel. par contre trop en pente et bruyant pour dormir
Parfait pour longs véhicules. Plus large en haut vers les poubelles. Nous nous sommes garés ici pour aller au pont de cordes, mais on s'est aperçu qu'ils poussent la barrière de 2m de hauteur devant l'entrée principale sur simple demande. Donc inutile de prendre des risques en marchant sur la route. Sûrement encore plus facile si vous réservez en ligne. Pont payant même en arrivant à pieds ^^
Merci beaucoup pour ce spot qui permet de visiter Carrick Rope Bridge. Le parking du site étant limité en hauteur. En bord de route mais très large.
No es un aparcamiento per se sino una especie de cuneta amplia para parar y ver las vistas, pero hay bastante espacio y está muy cerca de la entrada de la ruta. Pero vaya, que es un saliente en la carretera.
