It is now a criminal offence to park/stay overnight on the public highway. Police now have the power to move, fine, confiscate vehicles etc.

No overnight parking allowed. Enforcement in place with fines if caught
Toilets are locked at night but friendly pub with good food backs on to one edge of the car park. Surprisingly peaceful, lots of other vans too.
