(NE47 6JQ) Haydon Bridge - 2A Church Street

As previously said 6.5mtr max size very quite, few dog walkers riverside location not many spaces.

Stopped here for lunch today. Room for a 6.4m LWB camper. Right next to river. Local walks. A Co-op and a pub within 2 min walk. WC across bridge 5 mins. Next to loos is an electric charging point for electric vehicles. Bin and picnic benches. Looks a good place to stay the night. If you have a 6m+ camper then keep going down to the end of the drive for another larger park up.

Velmi příjemné, tiché místo ideální k nocování. Jediná moje chyba. Zaparkoval jsem pod nádherným rozložitým javorem a teď mám auto od javorového sirupu.

Wunderschön!!! Bitte behaltet diesen Platz so schön sauber, nehmt euren Müll mit. Ruhige Nacht mit leisem Rauschen des Flusses. Toll!

This is a beautiful spot, right next to the river. Had a peaceful night. A few people walking dogs up to about 7.00 and then we didn't see anyone until morning. We camped at the end as we have a long van and didn't want to be in the way.

Great quiet spot, full signal, walks along the river. We parked at the bottom, no one bothered us.

Perfect little park up, no restrictions, bin, picnic benches, right by the river, good 4G. There are a few houses overlooking but as long as u r respectful all is good. Town a 5 min walk away.

We hebben hier heerlijk rustig gestaan en ongestoord kunnen slapen, zo vlak bij het mooie kleine stadje.

Lovely place to stay, there were a few cars with headlights on into the night, not sure what they were up to! But once they had left, a quiet night and morning!

very quiet stop in heart of village although tucked away at picnic site at side of river several pubs in village and a coop , popular spot for dog walkers so be careful on grass as not all dog owner clean up after dogs as I found out when I got in my camper, park sensibly a van arrived after me and parked across 3 spaces and was spoken to by a local at 10am next morning, suitable for small units

Beautiful parkup. One of my favourites. Right on the river Tyne and in view of Hayden Bridge. Was such a treat to drink coffee by the river in the morning. Very close to town but quiet and secluded. A few other vans there and the locals walking their dogs were all friendly. The whole area was very clean so please keep it that way!

Excellent spot people were friendly in the railway pub very calm by the river and clean public toilets around corner

stayed for one night quite after 10pm some youths knocking about but didn't cause us any trouble some dog walkers from 7.30am but everyone we spoke to were ok chippy and pub over the bridge you can hear trains but don't run at night 4 stars because you park under trees pitch on a slight slope

Lovely spot. Very quiet picnic area few campers there with us. Right on the river and plenty bins and picnic benches. Short walk to shops and pubs in village - safe.

Great spot by the side of the river nice little beach and picnic areas. Quiet undisturbed one other van. 10 or so spaces. Bins were overflowing.. if you're staying and they're full just use another bin. Towns a 2 minute walk away. Good pubs good chippy not much else. Highly recommend the National Trust nearby!

Sehr schöner Platz für 1-2 Nächte. Einige Hundebesitzer, keine anderen Autos. Blick auf den Fluss. Picknick-Bänke und Mülleimer vorhanden. 2 Parkflächen mit jeweils 4 Parkbuchten. 2 der Parkbuchten sind eben/nicht abschüssig. Supermarkt, Bars, Schlachter sind fußläufig erreichbar. Netter kleiner Ort. (Achtung im Mai: Die Linden haben ihre klebrigen Spuren auf dem Van hinterlassen)

The coordinates on the site are wrong leaving town last road on left before crossing the bridge Farm supply shop on the single track road to picnic area walks along river, Co/op 100yds. 2 pubs within 2 min walk. Friendly dog walkers frequent the area Only suitable for 7m max campervans to fit Parking bays. To allow road clearance Quiet night. No issues. 5*

ein schöner ruhiger Platz, aber er ist schwerer zu finden (nicht über Navi, sondern aus dem Ort kommend direkt nach dem Kreisverkehr die erste links). Für lange Wohnmobile eher ungeeignet, da die Parkplätze für Autos gemacht sind und in den Bäumen sitzen Vögel, die den Wagen sehr beschmutzen.
