questo posto è un centro di servizio fantastico. Abbiamo potuto usufruire dei bagni e soprattutto delle docce calde (tutto pulitissime), ricaricato il serbatoio dell' acqua e scaricato le acque nere. il tutto gratuitamente (vi invitiamo comunque a lasciare una donazione per tutto il servizio e la gentilezza) e con vista su loch lomond. le ragazze all'info point sono state fantastiche!

Douches propres. Dons recommandés. Le robinet d'eau pour le remplissage est à gauche de la cale de sortie des bateaux.

Excellent facilities. The toilets drop was being well used, it is clean and fully serviceable. Recommend the coffee shack as well as it is just beyond the toilet block.

Lieu très pratique pour vider les eaux noires et remplir le réservoir d’eau. Personnel très sympathique. Services gratuits mais ils acceptent les dons. Prévoyez de la monnaie car le jour où nous y sommes allés, le TPE était en panne.

Un chouette endroit pour faire le plein d'eau et vider les tomettes chimiques. Toilettes et douches propres. Une seule douche femme sur les 2 fonctionnait (mais la porte ne fermait pas à clé et le mitigeur était cassé). L'eau oscille entre brûlante et glaciale... Sinon, la dame de l'accueil était très gentille et m'a accueillie avec le sourire. Le tout gratuit, mais donation souhaitée (en cash)

Short term parking with great free showers! The parking meters were out of service but we only stayed long enough to grab a shower. There’s a QR code to leave a donation for the facilities. We parked across town near the co-op for free overnight.

Fantástico. Buen lugar para pernoctar junto al lago en el club nautico. Se puede cargar agua fresca y dispone de servicios y duchas gratuitas (se puede dejar donativo). Imposible descargar aguas grises ya que el lugar es inaccesible. El personal es muy amable.

Nos hemos duchado, echado agua y vaciado las aguas negras. El personal super amable. Una maravilla, con lo difícil que es encontrar un sitio para poder vaciar las aguas. Acuérdense de dejar propina!!!

Top, quel bon plan pour un ravitaillement et une bonne douche chaude. On a fait le plein d'eau et le changement d'eau noire, nickel. Ils sont super sympa. Mais un peu difficile de trouver, l'emplacement indiqué sur l'application est incorrect (c'est plus a droite), et rien n'est indiqué dans le bâtiment. Rentrez au Duncan Mill Mémorial spliway. Il y a un QR code pour faire un don, n'oubliez pas!

Sitio muy recomendable, cómodo y útil para cargar agua y desechar aguas negras. Las grises no lo utilizamos, sabiendo q había q hacerlo con cubos, no íbamos muy llenos y preferimos esperar. De todas formas, no encontramos indicación para aguas grises. El responsable, "ranger", super amable!

Etwas schwer zu finden. Links reinfahren, da wo "only boats" steht. Vorher aber kurz bei der Rangerin fragen, wenn viel los ist, muss man evtl. warten. Frischwasserversorgung und Schwarzwasserentsorgung top. Grauwasserentleerung wie von den anderen beschrieben nicht möglich ohne extra Behälter.

Superbe site dans un endroit tres chic et ou tout est payant. Ici, c'est gratuit pour les vidanges et le plein le gardien qui facilite l'accès en enlevant les cones est tres sympa. Comme tout est gratuit, pensez a faire une donation a l'accueil Poubelles diverses de tri sélectif a disposition, douches et toilettes gratuites également.

Es war nicht viel los. Wir fragten die Rangerin, dass wir Wasser für den Van brauchen. Sie sagte es sei nicht offiziell, aber wir dürften die Cones wegnehmen und hinfahren. So konnten wir mit dem Schlauch, der dort war, füllen.

Aardig personeel, water vullen kan en je mag ook grijs water lozen, dit moet wel via een slang of iets dergelijks. Om 21:00 uur gaat de poort dicht en er blijven staan mocht niet! wel werd netjes uitgelegd waar we wel konden staan. dus, geen overnachting.

Hot showers available in the toilet block on the right side of the building. Fresh water and wastewater dump are located on the left of the boat ramp. All free to use during business hours. At the far left there is a gravel beach for kayakers to use, picnic tables, and a walking trail with lovely views!

Wir sind hier eigentlich nur zur Entsorgung hergekommen und wurden sehr Freundlich von einem Mitarbeiter eingewiesen. Dieser Bot uns ebenfalls netterweise an eine Nacht auf dem Parkplatz der Maid of the Loch zu verbringen (Ich schätze dies ist nicht immer möglich da overnight Parking nicht erlaubt ist) In dem Toilettenhäuschen gab es saubere Sanitäranlagen und kostenlose warme Duschen.

Nicht einfach zu finden wo man warten soll! Ein Schild wäre ein einfaches, dass Womos in der Kurve anstehen sollen, bis sie geholt werden. Entsorgung prima, Wasser getankt haben wir nicht, da wir nicht drauf vertrauen, dass keiner den Schlauch zum Kassetten reinigen nimmt. Nettes Personal, Dusche gut aber fiel dann mitten während einseifen aus! Tür schließt nicht fest. Aber für gratis top!

Marina vom Loch Lomond.Super nette Mitarbeiterin.WC super entsorgbar, Wasser-kein Trinkwasser!!!-mit eigenem Schlauch kein Problem.Grauwasser müsste über extra Behälter in Container umgefüllt werden.Toiletten vor Ort konnten kostenlos benutzt werden,Duschen wäre sogar kostenlos möglich gewesen.Wir haben eine Spende von 5£ für die örtlichen Lifeguards hinterlassen,worüber man sich sehr gefreut hat

Großartig, dass hier Ver- und Entsorgung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es wir nur eine kleine Donation erwartet. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die einem helfen, die Hütchen beiseite zu stellen. Auch die Frischwasser Versorgung geht. Grauwasser muss über Behälter zum Ausguss gebracht werden.

Great place to fill up and empty. The carpark to the right as you drive in from the roundabout is okay to stay the night. There’s a retail centre a 7 minute walk away and walking around Loch Lomond when the sun sets is beautiful. Showers and toilets are great. (Women: only the left shower worked and make sure it’s set to ‘eco’ otherwise the temperature goes all over the place)

Wir wurden sehr nett von einer Frau eingewiesen und konnte unsere Toilette entleeren. Leider war der Frischwasserschlauch nicht zu benutzen und unsere Gießkanne passte nicht in die Öffnung.

Toilettenentsorgung war möglich. Der vorhandene Schlauch am Trinkwasser war leider kaputt.

Servis H²O a černé vody O.K. Poněkud neintuitivní přístup k servisnímu bodu. Nelze čekat před servisním místem na ploše se žlutými obdélníky, pokud je místo momentálně obsazené. Na řádné používání dohlížela "dispečerka".

Super facility! Waste dump and fresh water are to the left of the boat slip— not super obvious. No place to dump your greywater, but the bathrooms and showers are clean with hand soap and hot water!

Awesome place for emptying black waste. we picked food up half a mile down the road and ate in the carpark. toilets are clean and spotted 2 showers in there too. Good place for a break from driving

Basic toilets and showers (for the Men's room 2 of each), but for free and clean. There's a car park right before the building in which the toilets are located - also free! The gate closes at 9pm, but you could always get out, so maybe even possible to sleep here. But PLEASE if you're avoiding to pay money to a greedy campsite owner, maybe consider a small donation (5-10£).

Safe place to park up, make sure you go all the way to the campervan icon on this map not just the postcode (it’s just a 2 min drive further up the road). Toilets and showers are at the campervan location in the white building shown on the picture. There are barriers overnight (we arrived at 2am, but still managed to park behind the barrier near the exit).

Boats are give priority at this facility so you might have to wait. We weren’t allowed to drive up to the water supply and the hose is not long enough to reach where we were parked. There is black water but no dedicated grey water disposal

View is amazing - park in the far corner (right) from the office - on exit if the gates are close you can drive round and over the floor pallets that stop vehicles coming in from that way. Make Donations. P.S certain staff will say no but others put blind eye to it

Maybe not the most amazing spot to sleep (no sign saying no overnight parking) but next to the Maid of the Loch. As we arrived around 7pm, showers and toilets were closed but they were open a bit before 9am. Donation strongly recommended for the local boat rescue. It was amazing to have a hot shower! We were advised, afterwards, to drive a mile further for a better view, on a beach.

A great stop over, the toilet and shower are very clean, filled up with fresh water, had a lovely walk. and gave money into the office in an honest box.

so you know, services are "bus" side not "carpark side". Water and waste was a little hard to find, look for two tall grey metal boxes near/on the slip way. ladies showers didn't work when we visited. but lovely stop, plenty of parking, nice small beach to take dogs onto.

Asked lovely lady in the office if we could park overnight. She said yes and that we could park anywhere. Elsan point and fresh drinking water with a hose attached . Toilets and shower open 9am til 3.

This place needs to make its policy clear. There are no signs saying no overnight parking. But when you go in the office they say its for trailers only. Well there's 2 huge car parks and 2 days ago they were empty ! What's happening now is people are nipping in to empty waste and fill water and leaving with no donation given. So RNLI you are losing out. Let vans stay again and you'll make money

Seems this policy has changed in the last 3 days. Just arrived at this location. Asked in the office if it was OK to park up for the night, please. The answer was no, it wasn't. Could depend on who is in the office but don't depend on this stopover. Have a plan B, particularly if it's late in the day.

Perfect voor een overnachting na een leuk verblijf op en / of aan Loch Lomond. Wandeling naar Balloch Castle is erg leuk, is mooi park bij. Herendouches deden het perfect. Bij de damesdouches ging het water van gloeiend heet naar ijskoud. Maar hebben toch kunnen opfrissen. Mochten, na vragen, onze watertank bijvullen. Is rustige plek met enkel vriendelijke mensen.

Great place for getting rid of waste , no grey water, left donation , the other one advertised in Talbert was shut so this was handy.

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, aber hier ist es für eine Nacht perfekt. Ruhig, direkt am Wasser und vor allem gratis Dusche und WC. Wobei eine Spende für das örtliche Rescueteam....sollte drinnen sein.

Amazing staff. Really nice and warm showers (2 male and 2 female). Can get busy after all the water sports ends. Fresh water and dirty water disposal available. Everything is for free but please give a donation towards the RNLI, they will be very gratefull

Very helpful staff, went into the office to ask and someone came out to show us where everything was. All free but ask for a donation. We dropped black, grey, rubbish and filled up with water. There is a water hose provided but we used our own. Plenty of room for larger vehicles to manoeuvre

Endroit parfait. Nous avons passé une nuit sauf que le site est fermé par une barrière le soir à partir de 20h, on ne nous a rien dit. Pour les sanitaires, accès gratuit, juste un don.

Tres bien pas très beau ni paradisiaque mais nous avons passés une belles soirée au pub The Ben à 5 minutes à pieds!!! Street food indienne ou paki, maid ambience excellent avec guitarist des 70’s! Et 90’s!! Spritz, rouge, blancs, bière… tout est présent pour passer une bonne soirée!!

Exactly how it's advertised. The fresh water and black water are located at the top of the slipway, to the left of the office and toilet block, I asked in the office and was told that there was a voluntary donation, which I didn't mind at all. The showers I presume we're in the toilet block which we didn't use. Thanks, will deffo use again.

Even though it was so busy today because of the good weather, the park rangers were so nice and we could use the facilities no problem. Filled up with fresh water, dumped our black water (grey water is possible as well but only if you have a separate container). And we took a nice hot shower (men’s and accessible showers are working, women’s not). Then paid a donation online (ask in the office).

At 5pm on a Saturday we managed to get parking spot no bother for 7m van. Ladies showers (x2) not currently working (10 Aug), staff aware. They were happy for me to use shower in the accessible toilet which was nice & hot. Men’s are working. We emptied cassette toilet & refilled drinking water, donated £5 cash in the wee office. Grateful to have this facility for our travels around Loch Lomond :)

We filled our tank with water, it is drinking water. There are showers and toilets, we didn't use it. The guy responsible for the area was so kind, came to us, explain everything where is it and also advise us to sleep on the lay-bys on the loch. Playground is 5 min walk if you are with children.

Great service to just stop by. We did so on the way to return our hire van in Glasgow to fill up/empty out, clean and shower. There's a little beach where you can swim as well. It was a bit tricky to find the gray water drain and water tap, but it's just on the left side of the boat ramp. There is a hose for the water if needed. Recycling available as well.

Great toilet and shower facilities. Just rocked up and had a quick shower and left. Parking was not easy because it’s busy but I just waited a few minutes for someone else to leave. Not an overnight spot. But great for freshen up.

Nice little locked up by night park up. Donation to local steam boat. Toilets open during open hours. We would 100% stay again. There’s a pub 5 minutes walk away and a sea life centre. Pit stop after driving from Northwich to Mallaig

Great facility, able to empty toilet cassette and have nice hot showers. As mentioned a donation to the rangers office and worth £5 or more. Wish more places had the initiative to do this.

Parking avec toilettes, douches et vidange des eaux grises, gratuit (avec donation). Attention, cela ferme à 21h00. Bien que plusieurs camping cars et vans y soient stationnés, le personnel du Paddle Steamer a bien confirmé qu’il était interdit d’y passer la nuit.

Absolut super kostenlose Möglichkeit für alles was man braucht inklusive toller heißer Dusche. Solche Plätze sollte es öfter geben. Da spendet man sehr gerne (haben 5 Pfund gegeben) die obendrein noch einem guten Zweck zu gute kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Option. Abwasser geht nur über Eimer entleeren. Super nette Leute! Einer sprach sogar super gut deutsch.

Gut: abgelegen und ruhig. Dusche und WC kostenlos. Die Leute von der „Marine Rescue“ sind super freundlich. Achtung: kein overnight möglich, das Areal wird auf die Nacht abgesperrt. Wir haben gefragt, wo man denn hin kann und uns wurde ein großer Parkplatz empfohlen am Kai wo die Fähre ablegt, das war auch in Ordnung.

Super endroit pour profiter des services ( remplissage en eau + vidange des wc ). En effet si vous avez un seau pour pourriez vider vos eaux grises car il n y a pas d'endroit dédié . Les sanitaires sont dotés de douches chaudes et c'est très propre ! Le personnel est très accueillant !

Super endroit pour se réapprovisionner en eau potable (tuyau à prévoir) et vidanger la cassette chimique, pour les eaux grises il faudra un seau car non accessible directement. Le bonus comme tout le monde le dit, c’est l’accueil chaleureux du personnel et l’accès aux sanitaires avec douches chaudes fonctionnelles. Pensez à la petite donation, le lieu en vaut vraiment la peine!

Simple but easy and effective for free. Friendly people from the shipyard showed us the way. Interesting detail and bonus: the steam paddle ship "Maid of the Loch" under restauration right next to the service point. You can pay them a visit and get a tour on the boat.

Stopped here on the way up to Skye 2 weeks ago and again today on the way back. Filled up with drinking water and emptied our recycling. Showers looked clean although didn’t use them.

We were able to empty our toilet, refill drinking water and use the hot showers. Make sure if using the showers to check they are switched on by the mains plugs on the wall as you enter the toilets! Toilet lights are on a timer/motion activated which doesn’t reach the showers!!

One of few places open in January to refill drinking water, very helpful staff, and clean hot showers (which close at 3.30 in winter) . Not sure if you can stay overnight, as we stayed further around the Loch away from the town.

We came here at 7th of November 2023, and toilets and showers were closed. But it was possible to fill drinkingwater. A cosy little cafe at the pier!

Vraiment cool de pouvoir vidanger a cet endroit ! Pour laisser un don, il faut aller à la maison qui se trouve sur la jetée ! Malheureusement, nous avons frappé et personne n’a répondu ;(

Superbe accueil des bénévoles du lieu. Accès au robinet et à la cuve pour vider la caissette WC. Ma compagne a utilisé la douche et nous avons laissé quelques pounds en remerciement. Un grand bonheur de trouver encore ce type de service !

Great toilets / showers. Nice walk by marina with the old steam boat that’s being renovated. Views of the Loch. Only day time parking.

Very nice volunteers who showed us where the facilities are and where to leave our chemical waste. We took a shower and the showers were very clean. You can leave a donation in the office on site, which goes to the lake rescue. We definitely recommend this place!

Guter Ort zum Entsorgen von Schwarz- und Grauwasser, sowie zum auffüllen des Frischwassers. Wenn Sie den National Park besuchen wollen gehen Sie vorher in das Büro gegenüber der Entsorgungsstation. Der ältere Herr dort ist sehr freundlich und versorgt einen mit allen Karten für Campingspots und Erlebnisse in der Region. Lassen Sie gerne eine Spende für die Seenotrettung da.

Zwart water, drinkwater en grijs water (indien je bak uitneembaar is, je kan niet over de put rijden!). Binnen zijn er zeer propere toiletten en warme douches! Een donatie kan je achterlaten in het kleine bureau’tje, zeer vriendelijke mannen! Geen overnight parking mogelijk.

Wir haben hier nur Wasser aufgefüllt. Aber die Damen und Herren von der Slipa Lage waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Haben ein kleine Spende gegeben für die Rescue Mädels und Jungs

Net een stop gedaan om water te tappen en het chemische toilet te legen. Afvalwater kan je niet lozen. Ik kon niet direct ontdekken waar we moesten zijn maar een zeer vriendelijke mevrouw van het haventje hielp ons geweldig. Ze kwam ons zelfs nog een kaartje brengen van het gebied, om aan te geven waar we zoal koffie konden drinken. Uiteindelijk op de pier koffie gedronken. Top!

Douches hommes et femmes séparés, 2 cabines de chaque côté. Bien entretenu, tres propre.

August 2023 arrived to emergency services who had used bolt cutters to get through locked gate to deal with a fire. Would not expect it to be out of season so may now be closed

Dear lovely people. This is a great opportunity and I wish more places had showers and toilets. Please keep this place clean. I used the free shower and had a tea at the sweet cafe. Later someone threw Wet toilet paper against the toilet door. Threw a bottle in the toilet and used one of the free hygiene products and threw the case back with the unused on. Please treat with respect and watch kids

Great to have fresh water fill and black waste disposal. Helpful chap on the pier in loch lomond waterfront livery helpfully directed us to it and politely asked us to keep the slipway clear for boat access. Grey waste is unusable unless you have a removable grey waste container (eg under sink). Unable to get anywhere near it to dump from under van tanks - water fill and lampost prevent this.

No overnight camping allowed here. Toilets showers, can refill water and empty waste but overnight stays are policed by the rangers and gates are locked.

Really friendly and helpful staff helped us with some nearby places for overnight stays, and we were more than welcome to use their facilities - washrooms, water refill and waste disposal, etc. great coffee bar on the pier too: well recommended.

Ideal para vaciar negras y llenar de limpias. Una pena que no tenga alcantarilla para poder vaciar las grises (nosotros lo hicimos con un balde echándolo en las negras). Vimos alguna autocaravana vaciando directamente al suelo... Luego nos cerrarán el sitio.

Wir konnten duschen, Toilette entleeren und neues Wasser befüllen. Sauberkeit an Campingplatz wahrscheinlich besser aber perfekt für Leute die freistehen wollen. (Keine Übernachtung hier). Spende wurde dankend angekommen

Nos meilleures douches de tout notre voyage! Bien chaudes, douchette, propres. Impeccable après une randonnée au Conic hill comme c'est ouvert jusqu'à 21h. Pas de nuit sur place. Accueil très sympa.

Top, il est préférable de se présenter à l’accueil, le personnel est top, super gentil. Ils vous orienteront vers le lieu où vous pourrez vidangez vos toilettes. Les douches sont disponibles dans le bloc toilettes.

Idéal pour vidange toilettes et prendre de l’eau. Pas adapter pour vidange des eaux grises. Bel accueil des rangers.

Hidden gem in a lovely place. Rangers couldn't have been more helpful. came straight over to help us on arrival. Fresh water refill. Toilets and free hot showers. Not able to stay overnight but pointed us in right direction to a Car park across the road which facilitated an overnight stay. Wish there were more places like this about.

Douche impeccable (interrupteur pour les douches derrière la porte) et très bon coffee house au bout du quais. Attention eau !NON potable! dans les sanitaires..

Douches et toilettes proches, nous avons passé une bonne nuit au calme et pris le petit déjeuner sur la plage de galet juste derrière le parking.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Ont peux visiter un ancien bateau à vapeur.

Parfait pour faire le plein d’eau gratuitement, vider les eaux noires mais pas d’évacuation des eaux grises, le ranger propose de vider à même le sol mais bon ça coule directement dans le loch donc non merci…

Awesome facility with friendly and helpful rangers. Emptied our tanks and filled up with water. Showers were glorious - if they don’t work, the power switches are behind the door to the bathroom.

Alles wie beschrieben die entsorgung war kein Problem ausser Graudwasser, danach eine kleine Spende geben.

Toll! Duschen und Toiletten sind supersauber und kostenlos, sogar Tampons sind frei verfügbar. Wir haben auf dem Parkplatz daneben eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Kein Schild dass Übernachten verboten ist wie auf den anderen Parkplätzen rund um das Gebiet. Wir werden der Organisation eine Spende zukommen lassen.

Super sauber tolle Dusche Toilette samstags mittags ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Mit 6 m geht es Grad noch so. Ich danke dem, der das reingesetzt hat.

Wir waren zum Duschen hier. Wirklich super gut, warmes Wasser ohne Zeitlimit und es ist kostenlos. Angeblich täglich von 8-21 Uhr offen, wir waren gegen 6 Uhr abends hier und es gab keine Probleme. Danke für dieses Angebot

Great place to fill up water and empty waste. Rangers are really helpful. Water and waste point is located next to the green fence near the slipway.

We arrived at 8pm on a Sunday and the barriers were closed. Couldn't use services. I'm sure it is a great place but a shame the times were incorrect or perhaps unpredictable. There isn't anywhere else that we know of nearby, the Wood campsite closeby doesn't allow service use without a booking, so be careful to have a backup on your route.

Very helpful ranger. Filled up water, emptied grey and black and parked by the boat trailers for the afternoon. All free very nice spot.

Free water to fill your tank and also availability for cleaning grey and black waters. Toilets with showers. Plenty of space to park. Close to lake walking circuits. Very useful.

the water is not good for cooking or drinking it tastes like chemicals. The showers were off other then in the disabled bathroom, still good facilities.

Just filled with fresh water, dumped our toilet waste & had a nice hot shower. great facility & all free although we donated to the lake rescue fund. There is 2 fresh water taps inside alluminium boxes next to the boat ramp on the left facing the lake. Also a black water dumpsite in front of one of the water tap boxes. The showers & toilets are up the right hand side of the white building.

Showers and toilets are open. Hot water, all for free. A simple dream.

Nice place because of many big park sides for Vans and Campers. After a little walk (1 minute) there is a great view over the lake. But sadly the Toiletts were closed. With the closed toiletts the option to empty the chemical toiletts of the camper van and fresh water we're also closed. We think it is because the attraction (the ship) is under restoration.

It’s a superb location for getting a free shower and free water ánd there is also a spot for emptying your toilet (next to the tap).

Free access to toilets and showers, with a great view of the loch thrown in. The showers are with the toilets, so follow the signs and you should find them just fine. Also had some free sanitary products for emergencies!

Wow was für ein Service, saubere, heise & kostenlose Duschen. Bei den Frauen sinf neben dem Waschbecken zwei Schalter, shower 1 & shower 2, diese müssen angeschaltet sein, damit die Dusche funktioniert.

Showers are operated by the Loch Lomond National Park Service. They are free to use and were very clean as we visited. Two showers each for women and man in the white building (first picture here is misleading). Good water pressure and hot. Loads of parking around the corner. If showers are turned of, there are switches behind the entrance doors to the bathrooms.

Just somewhere to empty toilet and refill fresh water before moving on to a good spot for the night...no overnight parking in these local car parks though. Drive to the "Stop' point at the the top of the slipway and wait for Ranger to point you in the right direction. Very helpful man :-D
