West Brightenflatt is a secluded site in the north of Cumbria close to Carlisle. We welcome caravans, campervans and tents. We have views towards the Lake District and have hard standing and grass pitches.

Nous avons adoré l’endroit . Très paisible dans un très bel environnement. Tout près de Carlisle et facile d’accès . L’accueil est très sympathique. Très grand emplacement avec eau et électricité sur chaque emplacement. Sanitaire « rustique » mais propre . 4g à fond. Pour réserver appeler le numéro figurant sur leur site. Paiement 25£ en espèces tout compris. Merci encore . Nous reviendrons
prachtige plek, zo sereen en rustig, inderdaad maar 1 toilet en douche, maar wel een waanzinnig fijne douche! bedankt voor deze mooie rustige plek!
Spot très calme situé au bout d'un chemin empierré. Les emplacements sont spacieux. Le proprio habite le mobile home à l'entrée du site et fait le tour des campeurs en fin de journée. Douche et WC sont propres. Bravo pour le site.
Cash only!! Lovely campground in the middle of nowhere ;). There're 5 pitches with electricity, 9 without. Al really big with gravel and grass. No reception or what so ever, we just parkt it. The friendly landlord came by around 5P.M. to collect the money. 1 shower (really nice one!) and 1 toilet, possible to empty your grey and chemical washt. Cows, sheep's and squirrels around the yard.
Sehr schöner und gepflegter Platz incl. Dusche, Toilette und Spüle. Wir haben 30 EUR für Strom gezahlt mit vier Leuten (Camper + Zelt), was für die Gesamtleistung mehr als fair ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)
Lovely and quiet Place with cows and sheeps and a very nice and friendly owner! Showers are simple but clean and continiously warm Water. Perfect for people who love nature and calmness
Fantastic site. Water and electricity at every pitch. Lovely clean toilet. Black waste is very accessible and brilliant views on a clear day. Little bit rocky if windy but is expected.
De la A6071 il faut prendre le chemin indiquant "hunley farm". c'est un 1er camping. Pour aller au "West Brightenflatt Caravan Site" il faut continuer le chemin. La personne à l'accueil est très sympa. Il n'y a qu'une douche et 1 WC. C'est sûrement un peu juste si le terrain est plein, mais nous n'etions que 2 alors pas de problème.
Sehr schöner, großzügiger Platz. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Dusche, WC total ausreichend,warm Wasser einschalten etwas kompliziert, funktioniert dann aber sehr gut. Ganzjährig geöffnet.Bezahlen nur mit Bargeld möglich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
High on a hill, exposed to wind and rain but with great views. Good level gravel pitches, hookup and water. Toilet block is fairly basic, shower (£1) broken when we were there though we were warned. The following AM we discovered a puncture but couldn’t remove the wheel due to stuck wheel nuts, the owner and his son were unbelievably helpful, spending nearly 2 hrs helping! Thank you
Lovely views to the countryside, generous size pitched with bench, very clean facilities. We will definitely come back.
