A good place to park when visiting the city. Not sure about the 24hour fee as the parking says that you pay a fee for the daily rate (not a 24 hour rate) between 6am and 8pm. It doesn’t say you can’t stay overnight but it doesn’t say you can either.

Not easy to find the right entrance but nice there it was perfect. Literally right next to the city walls and €6.50 for the night. Good dog walking park next door. Quiet and safe.

We stayed here for one night. It was quite quiet and close to the city center.

Very happy we found this spot. Would recommend to find easier if using google maps to search for Hasan Parkplätze instead. It will take you to the correct entrance. No services as it is just for parking. The public washrooms are near the Roder gate on the left of the gate, about a 3 min walk. Handy when you are not self sufficient like we were. Thankful we could park overnight here nonetheless!

Area di sosta comoda per visitare il paese ,il centro è due minuti a piedi. Senza servizi. Attenzione: è segnalata erroneamente la via d'accesso, si entra da via Horber strasse. Consigliato.

wir sind Wiederholungstäter, netter ruhiger Platz in perfekter Lage zur Altstadt. 4 Sterne, weil absolut keine Infrastruktur zur Verfügung steht bei 6,60 € - selbst ein Mülleimer fehlt. Schmale Zufahrt, Schrammen an der Einfahrt zeugen von Problemen bei sehr großen Fahrzeugen. Trotzdem vielen Dank an die Stadt, dass Womo's geduldet sind.

ampio parcheggio per visita a rothenburg proprio vicino alle mura abbiamo passato una notte tranquilla attenzione però alle indicazioni del navigatore che ti fa passare dall entrata che è stata chiusa occorre passare da dietro .Allo stop che si trova a 200 mtdall entrata girare a destra invece che a sinistra

Ampio parcheggio comodo per visitare il centro. Notte tranquilla.

Vam ser-hi el 9/08/2025. Bon aparcament que queda just a l’entrada de la muralla del fantàstic poble de Rothenburg, el qual recomano molt. Preu correcte de poc més de 6€ per passar-hi el dia. No vam dormir per ser dissabte i no arriscar-nos al soroll i ambient de la discoteca. Poso 4* perquè no queda clar on aparcar AC. Vam dormir a la sortida del poble on les escoles. Vielen Dank.

Parcheggio economico, silenzioso e pratico a due passi dal centro, pochi posti ombreggiati e bagni purtroppo chiusi a chiave.

Genial per visitar el poble i fins i tot dormir. Nit tranquil·la entre setmana. Val 6,60€ el dia i es paga abans de sortir.

Prima Parkplatz für kurze Aufenthalte und Übernachtungen. Saubere öffentliche Toiletten nur 2 Min entfernt beim Rödertor.

Big areas for parking. we got there about 1pm with plenty of space. by 6pm was full. really convenient to walk to town. ate at Greek restaurant opposite too. that was good too

Wirklich direkt an der Stadtmauer. 6 Euro 24h. Aber Vorsicht an der einen Ecke ist eine Diskothek, das geht es ab 23 Uhr los.

area sosta comodissima alla cittadina, spaziosa. segnalo solo che l'accesso indicato da app adiacente la torre è chiuso. si entra dalla stradina poco prima che immette sulla via della torre stessa.

Hemos pagado 4€ por 3 horas pero la ubicación está genial y la van de 6 metros la hemos podido meter en los sitios del centro que hay un espacio entre los dos aparcamientos.

Spent several days here, fantastic town .. Chitty chitty bang bang locations are very nostalgic to see (bridge/town square/toy makers gaff etc) + the town walk is breath taking. The whole place is incredibly quaint. Parking was equally great, room for several units near cafe (opens 11am) very quiet during week, church youth club nearby.... Avoid when club 23 is open !!

Für eine Nacht ganz nett, Preis mit 6,60€ unschlagbar! Die Lage ist richtig super - man steht direkt an der historischen Mauer und kann von dort aus alles super erkunden. Unsere Nacht war sehr ruhig. Allerdings kein Sanitär oder so vorhanden - hier hat man tatsächlich nur einen Parkplatz. Reicht zur Not aber wirklich aus. Leider war spontan sonst alles andere komplett voll.

Der Platz ist genial gelegen! Also direkt an der Stadtmauer. Allerdings, wie schon erwähnt, direkt vor einer Disco. Die Disco hatte zwar an dem Tag geschlossen, aber es waren trotzdem relativ viele Jugendliche Nachts unterwegs und wir haben uns entschlossen, dann doch auf dem offiziellen Stellplatz zu übernachten.

Stayed overnight, ideal for visiting the old town. Noticed the night club but we were there mid week so wasn’t a problem. Highly reminded walking the walls in the nothing before it gets busy!

such a shame! great spot, i would’ve loved to give it 5 stars, perfect location for a walk into the centre, you won’t find better & so cheap considering its central location, however, the night club was a real pain! we stayed on a Saturday night & loud music was being played until 5:30am, along with loud people outside, kept us awake until the early hours, even after we moved to the other side!

Agree with everyone else that this is an excellent location. We parked near the yellow cafe near the gates. We are winter camping so we had many options to park. The public washrooms are to the left of the main gate of the city. They were clean and I believe open all night.

Great place to park for the town. We parked by kiosk and toilets so out of the way from main car park. 5 minutes and your in the centre. Stayed the night 6.60 euros great for walking dog would stay again

For a parking lot right next door to the old town it gets 5 stars. Obviously not the prettiest place to stay. We parked on the side nearest to the toilets and old town gate, kind of round the corner from the main car park, it was busy when we arrived and it was a good spot for a 7m van.

Abbiamo passato una notte molto tranquilla. Letteralmente dietro l’angolo é possibile entrare alle porte della bellissima cittadina. Consigliato.

Great location, very easy to access the old town from here. Didn't spend the night here, just parked during the day. There are public toilets crossing the tower.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit au calme . nous sommes vraiment tout près des remparts. il y a des toilettes très propres à l'entrée des remparts environ 150m du parking . un radar à l'entrée enregistre l'immatriculation du véhicule et vous payez en sortant par carte ou espèces en tapant votre immatriculation

Spent the night without problem. Plenty of parking spaces and relative flat area. Happily stay again. Tip: pay when leaving, the machine is not a ticket dispenser. Camera at entrance reads rego and you enter your payment when leaving, machine accepts coins or card. Great parking location to visit the old city.

Très bien en journée pour visiter la vieille ville qui est juste à côté. Pour la nuit, un groupe de jeunes est venu s’amuser sur le parking, donc un peu difficile pour dormir. Nous avons payé 6.60 euros pour 24 heures.

Parking à recommander pour la visite de Rothenburg. Arrivés à 18h et repartis le lendemain après avoir passé une super matinée dans cette jolie petite ville. Les plus : la proximité avec les remparts de la ville, beaucoup de place, coût peu élevé (6,60 €). Les moins : un peu bruyant, notamment à 5h du matin lorsque les gens sont sortis de la discothèque; manque de charme sur ce parking en macadam

Parcheggio molto vicino al centro e molto silenzioso, l’ingresso è da via Adam horber. Abbiamo parcheggiato vicino all’altro ingresso che è chiuso perché i posti erano più lunghi e il nostro camper di 6,5 metri ci stava bene. Dal 28 giugno al 3 luglio ci sarà la SOMMER MESSE a rothenbug.

Great place to stay the night for only 6.60€ for 24 hrs! Quiet night and stayed with 4-5 other campers. Very easy access to the old town and walls to walk around. Can pay using phone or app but the machine near the entrance was easier for us. As previously mentioned, enter from Adam-Hörber Straße as the other entrance is now blocked. Would stay here again for sure

L'accesso è solo da Adam-Hörber Straße. Le telecamere in entrata rilevano il numero di targa e quando si paga alla macchinetta del pargheggio inserendo il numero di targa viene calcolata la tariffa (1,10€/h) o 6,60€/24h. Il parcheggio non è molto grande e se è pieno si auto si fa fatica a trovare posto se il camper ha dimensioni grandi. Comodo comunque per visitare il centro città.

Dieser Platz existiert nicht mehr, ein dicker Betonklotz versperrt die Einfahrt!

Nous y avons passé une nuit tranquille après avoir visité la vielle ville et son marché de Noël. Pas de service. Toilette public à côté de porte de la vielle ville à 100m. 6€60 pour 24h.

A great spot to stay and explore the city. As with the other comments. The old entrance is closed. the new entrance is back around the corner. 5 minutes from the main square.

Two quiet, trouble-free nights early in the week (so no nightclub to contend with). You need to enter via Adam-Hörber Straße, the other entrance is blocked. Just outside the town walls so the location couldn't be better!

Guter Stopp um in die Altstadt zu gehen. Wir haben den Platz problemlos gefunden. Es gibt keinen Schatten. Wir haben nicht übernachtet.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad arrivarci perché Maps conduce davanti alla porta Rodentor e l'accesso sulla destra è chiuso. Probabilmente ci si arriva da Adam Horber strasse, ma a quel punto abbiamo dovuto proseguire lungo le mura e fortunatamente abbiamo potuto parcheggiare al bus parking (gratuito dalle 18 alle 9, poi € 5,50/24h).

Während wir 2 Stunden die schöne Stadt besichtigten, haben wir unseren Van hier problemlos stehen gelassen. Allerdings mussten wir mit unseren 6,4m über zwei Parkplätze parken, da es nirgends eine Bucht gibt, in der man hinten rüberschieben kann oder Ähnliches. Also für richtig große Wohnmobile eher unpraktisch! Bezahlt wird erst vorm verlassen des Platzes

Aktuell (immer rund um Pfingsten) gesperrt wegen eines Volksfestes. Offizieller Wohnmobilparkplatz ist aber nicht weit entfernt.

Ieri sera il parcheggio era chiuso ma abbiamo trovato un parcheggio poco più avanti sulla dx adiacente alle mura anch'esso.

6,60 euros por 24 horas, para pagamento basta informar a placa do veículo. Super perto do portão da cidade compensa bastante. A disco não abriu na noite que possamos lá. Senti falta de uma lixeira

Super zentral, sehr ruhig geschlafen und für 6,60 € absolut in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Diskothek auf diesem Platz. War Donnerstag geschlossen, daher sehr ruhig. Wie es dann am WE ausschaut können wir leider nicht sagen.

Es un parking ideal por situación, te registra la matrícula al entrar y cuando vas a pagar, indicas la matrícula y te calcula el precio según el tiempo. Estuvimos toda la tarde visitando el pueblo y nos costó 2,20€, no nos quedamos a dormir porque íbamos en ruta, pero se veía muy tranquilo en domingo.

Am 27.12.2022 noch genauso vorgefunden: Ruhige Nacht, 6,60 € für Tageskarte, Bezahlung online ( Karten am Automat funktionierten nicht). Ideal für einen Städtetrip!

Parking de pago por solo 6,60€ muy buena ubicación, pasamos una noche perfecta y tranquila, eso si, si vas en fin de semana no lo recomiendo puesto que hay una discoteca en el parking!! Por todo lo demás perfecto

Parcheggio a pagamento non enorme, ma vicinissimo al centro storico. Posizione strategica. Presente un piccolo chiosco dove cucinano pietanze tipiche molto buone. Si paga inserendo solamente il numero di targa prima di uscire. Le targhe vengono lette automaticamente all’ingresso.

Der Parkplatz hat zwei nebeinander liegende Einfahrten, bei der einen steht eine Regenrinne heraus auf etwas über 3 m und auf der anderen Fahrbahn gibt es keinerlei Barriere von oben. Wir sind zur Sicherheit die Spur ohne Hindernis gefahren und sind mit unserem 3m hohen Wohnmobil super durchgekommen. Der Platz ist super zentral gelegen, perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Übernachtung ist möglich.

Warning 2.7 hight barriers. If you arrive here and are over 2.7 meters there is another car park area approx 200 meters to the left same pricing and ok to stop over night

Sehr gut gelegener Parkplatz zum Innenstadt erkunden. Recht preiswert und gut zu erreichen. Mit unserem 6m Camper haben wir locker nen Platz bekommen.

Muy centrico y adecuado para ACs largas (mayor que 7m). El pago se realiza antes de salir del parking, simplemente con la lectura de la matrícula.

Dépanne bien et juste à côté de la porte d'entrée à la vieille ville. Un peu de bruit le matin si des voitures ont décidé de s'y garer. Nous avons payé 6,60€ pour la journée il me semble. Attention toutefois le GPS vous amènera probablement vers des plots bétons, il faut passer par l'arrière du parking par la rue opposée.

Parking très bien placé, juste à l’entrée de la vieille ville. Nous y avons dormi en semaine, très calme. Évidemment, rien de bien sympathique sur le parking mais ça permet de dormir à Rothenburg.

We had 2 nights here. It’s mostly a car park for cars so good for small vehicles/campers, but there are a few larger parking spots. We are 7.1 metres long. It’s about two minutes walk to town, great location. Vehicle recognition machine so make sure you pay before you leave. We stayed 46 hours and put all proper info into machine but it still only charged us €6.60. Many thanks to local community.

Sehr zentraler Parkplatz, direkt an der Stadtmauer. Unter der Woche sehr ruhig. Beim hinteren Teil an den Bäumen ist es echt gemütlich.
