We filled up here for free in Feb 2023 and weren’t approached by any employees. Water pressure from hose is ok (10 minutes for 66L). There is also a drain for grey waste, however we couldn’t access as a car was parked in the spot.

Situated in a large rompetrol station. Refilled with large water bottles as cars were parked on the lots next to the tap. Look out for the structure that says ‘apa’ (water in romanian).

J'ai pu faire mon plein d'eau en branchant mon tuyau sans problème. Le débit est un peu faible, mais OK (un bon 1/4 d'heure pour remplir mes 110 litres). On peut se garer juste à côté. Le robinet se trouve à l'arrière de la station, tout comme le GPL.
Très bon débit et super pratique pour se garer à côté ! C’est top !
