beautiful park up spoiled by several cars coming and going through the night playing loud music, revving engines, shouting and beeping horns repeatedly. would use during the day but will not use again overnight
Parking vache et veau rock cafe. Arrivé à 18 heures, j'ai pris un bon repas au pub des vaches et des veaux, avant d'aller au lit pour la nuit. Je me suis réveillé tôt pour faire une belle promenade jusqu'à Ilkley à travers les champs. Les vues sont incroyables depuis ce parking
Cow and calf rock cafe car park. Arrived at 6 pm ish had a nice meal at cow and calf pub, before going to bed for the night. Woke up early to have a lovely walk down to Ilkley through the fields. Views are amazing from this car park
Parkplatz für Kuh- und Kalbsfelsen. Ankunft um 18 Uhr ish hatte ein gutes Essen im Kuh- und Kalbslokal, bevor er für die Nacht ins Bett ging. Wachte früh auf, um einen schönen Spaziergang durch die Felder nach Ilkley zu machen. Die Aussicht von diesem Parkplatz ist fantastisch?

We really enjoyed staying here. Amazing views, and the cafe does an excellent bacon sandwich for breakfast. Respect to Bradford Council for officially allowing overnight stops here (but only for 2 or 3 self contained vans, 2 nights max, no fires or BBQs etc). I could only find one marked bay, which was on a moderate slope. The boy racers came and went but didn't bother us.

Despite being a scenic spot we agree with several previous reviews. Ilkley seems to have more than its fair share of scumbags. Constant noisy comings and goings all night, loud music played right next to us, shouting and the ‘highlight’ having our van banged on in the headlights of a car that quickly left in a hail of gravel. Never again

Amazing views and flat area around the back of the cafe. Yes there ere lots of people here last night and they were playing some music but as soon as the sun set they left and they were all friendly. Handy bins and both sunset and sun rise were fantastic. Great walks and the Cow and calf rock are a great playground. Would come again probably only on a week night.

fantastic views. Good walking. pub just up and across the road. however as other reviews cars coming and going through the night although nobody bothered us we could hear car doors engine noise and talking which disturbed us and this was a sunday night

beautiful during the day but definitely won't be spending the night again. cars constantly in and out playing loud music . I'm not sure why they park so close when they have an empty car park

I feel bad giving it 1 star because the place is beautiful with great views until the sun goes down and the dickheads turn up they parked right behind my van on an empty car park 3 cars and blasted the music until about 2am

Beautiful views over Ilkley from a few level-ish spots behind the cafe, main carpark is on a slope. Coupe of 'yoofs' in noisy cars with noisy music pulled in, gave absolutly no trouble (they're just enjoying the place like we are), and left soon after. Direct access to Cow & Calf Rocks and Ilkley Moor, so great dog walking & the onsite cafe (has toilets) that opens every day @ 9am for buttys

Lovely place to pitch up, waking up to some great views. I would recommend parking in the car park just behind the cafe as your out of the way there and don't really hear the road traffic. Downside is that at night the car park seems to attract some undesirables, one car full came to smoke something pungent, one person saw fit to do donuts in his car, don't let this put you off from a great spot.

Haven’t actually stayed overnight but spent some time here in the van; you’d certainly be in for a windy night most of the year.
