(BA5 2DS) Wells - 8 Market Street

Great park up. we stayed 3 days park on the gravel outside pets corner. This is the only bit suitable for motorhomes. there was 8 off us on Wednesday ( market day) £7 a day . we used it as a base and got the bus to visit Bristol, Bath and Taunton . bus station next door .

Good park up for a visit to Wells. Make sure right carpark (two right next to each other) - the one without the bus station….but still use their loo!

Perfect location for Wells Cathedral. Approach this carpark from either end of Priory Rd, not through Princess Rd carpark as the trees are hanging very low, and they will make full contact with any air-con unit or solar panels on your roof. Will be returning next month to spend more time exploring the Cathedral. Highly recommend the guided tour.

Stayed Sunday night, good night's sleep. Parked in long gravel bay backing onto Pets Corner. Near the bus station, did hear them starting to manoeuvre before 6am (reversing beeps), but not a big issue. Toilets in adjacent car park were temporarily closed but Tesco is 1min walk and opens at 6am. Car park entrance, it's NOT on Market Street but actually on Princes Road.

Great location but it was pretty noisy. We expected a little noise but there was a car with its engine on constantly. We stayed as a family with two kids (8 and 10) and they struggled to get to sleep. You can also hear the nearby cathedral bells chiming every 15 minutes. Really close to a Wetherspoons so great for a cheap dinner or breakfast. Overall a good visit but maybe not with kids.

amazing spot in centre of Wells. £7 for a nights stopover. the sign does state that MH's taking up more than 1 space must pay for all of them BUT spaces on gravel around edge only have edge markings up the wall. The postcode takes you to Market Street but entrance is off Priory Road or though main carpark off Princes Road. Great location for events at Studio24.

We spent a very quiet Friday night in this car park. Toilets were open all night. Short walk (2 mins) into a lovely city centre. Parsons cafe/bakers do wonderful, very reasonably priced coffees and cakes. The seating area outside the Crown was lovely in the rare sunshine. It's a city centre car park so don't expect a view but a great location for visiting this smallest city in England.

Sitios muy correcto para pasar la noche y visitar el precioso pueblo de Wells.Hay muy pocas plazas para AC grandes pero si llegas a partir de las 17 puedes aparcar sin problemas SIEMPRE EN LA PARTE CON GRAVA porque hay dos aparcamientos juntos,las plazas están delimitadas en amarillo.La foto ayudó mucho. un.Noche tranquila y el 4G va bien,tb la TV.Por 5,75 libras puedes estar 24 horas,de 7 de la tarde a 7 de la mañana gratis.A 2 minutos andando del centro.Muy recomendable.Baños de la estación de autobuses abiertos hasta las 20 en verano por si hacen falta.

Très pratique et nuit très calme. Gratuit entre 19 heures et 7 heures du matin. Toilettes juste à côté.

Great location with lots of room. Flat, relatively quiet evening for a car park in a city. Free from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. then £1 an hour from 7 a.m. So far, so good!

very flat. reasonably priced (£7.10) for whole day. great location as it's so close to the centre of Wells. only issue was the 4g signal was awful. however I'd definitely return

Central carpark, next to bus station, cinema and public toilets and City centre. £7 for 24 hours. Behind council carpark. Our MH is 8.1ms so we entered through the council one as this one too tight. Parked in 1 of only 2 spaces big enough behind Pets Corner. Quiet on a Monday night. Would return.

In juli prima gestaan, in de avond bijna niemand meer geparkeerd dus plek genoeg, dan ook voor grotere campers.
