A large sloping lay-by with great views. We were the only van there on a Friday to Saturday overnight in May. The road was moderately busy morning and evening. The lay-by slopes along its length but it’s not too much of a gradient if parked 90 deg to the road. No issues with any anti-social behaviour. Gets busy with people walking their dogs from about 7am onwards.
Its a nice place to park, quite a big layby. its one of the best places around for taking photographs of the sunrise. I usually get there early and don't normally see any cars parked. although this morning there was 1 car with a rooftop tent.
