Great place to park. The 2nd parking lot away from the church and closer to the toilets and forest walk (2.5kms walk) is much nicer. Would have been 5 stars but for lots of human traffic early on Sunday morning (probably just a weekend thing) locals seems friendly, one lady said there had been a history of trouble (crime) here but we saw nothing of that and enjoyed our stay and walk.
Stayed in the Jenkins Town Wood car park last night 17th June. Just up from the church. Barrier was not closed and it looks like its not closed very often.
Walkers up to 10pm but quiet after that. No drinking water but toilets clean and open all the time.
Arrived in daylight to find a couple getting intimate in their car, lots of other walkers and joggers passing in the evening, then a very quiet night here. No restrictions for height or length in the slightly sloping church car park. The park's car park further round to the right remained open all night despite signs the gates close after 20:00. A pleasant walk around the trails of about 1 hour.
Grand parking, légère pente, pas de service. Balades à faire dans la forêt aux alentours et beaux panoramas autour de la petite église. Agréable pour passer la nuit
