Hoodlands Farm Campsite is right on the edge of the Peak District national park, with the most breathtaking far reaching views, a few minutes walk from Langsett reservoir and the Pennines, a pub and a cafe. 5 minute drive to fox valley shopping centre and Underbank activity centre and water sports

Campingplatz Hoodlands Farm.

360 degrees views and clean facililities, really friendly owner. Says it is a membership campsite but I just called up and paid cash (or bank transfer) on arrival. Concrete blocks provided as field is on a slope. Hear the Curlew birds Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately not the most peaceful of campsites. Lots of screaming children until 10pm at night, and many loose dogs running around

We really liked this place. Facilities are basic but clean and modern. Owners very friendly. Pretty views.

Gorgeous campsite, with beautiful views. Lovely toliet and shower block with basic for washing up. Pretty slopey so would advise leveling blocks for any campervans. £20 for non-electric pitch, £25 electric pitch.

10/10 for friendliness, but it is a sloping field with very basic facilities. A lovely place, but £25 is rather overpriced.
