Great spot on the side of the road. Stayed for one night April 2022. Incredible view of the lake which was frozen. No bins or amenities present. Be cautious of road closures, we were unable to get direct to Rjukan from here despite maps saying it was open.

Mooie plaats. Er staat geen parkeerverbod, dus geen probleem.

Campsite near the Jotunheimen National Park, not far from the E6 in the middle of the mountains at 750 m above sea level. located. New, modern sanitary facility, tastefully equipped, single cabins with shower, sink and toilet. Large area, with solid meadow. There are also asphalted spaces near the sanitary building for caravans/motorhomes. Huts of different sizes available. Bicycle rental on site and arrangement of activities. The place holder is happy to give tips on tours and sights. Speaks Norwegian, Danish, German, etc. Languages. COOP market on the square. We also recommend the “Kafe” with food and delicious coffee and cake. Luxury in the mountains.
