Reservation is not necessary but it´s always good to let us know that you are coming. Our bathrooms are spotlessly clean and at the highest level of hygiene. We organise the whole day with breakfast, lunch, equipment, transport, professional guide and insurance included. Welcome to Tara-Raft Rafting Center, beautifully located on the banks of the Drina River at the entrance to the UNESCO-protected Tara Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe. Surrounded by mountains, forests and crystal-clear rivers, our resort is the perfect destination for travellers looking to combine nature, adventure and relaxation. We offer spacious campervan and motorhome pitches with electricity, fresh drinking water, free Wi-Fi and access to sanitary facilities with sinks, hot showers and toilets. Guests can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool (daily entrance €5 per person), a riverside restaurant serving authentic local cuisine, a beach bar with panoramic river views, comfortable accommodation, a children's playground and direct access to the river. Guests who combine meals with a rafting experience can also benefit from our special camper packages and discounts. - Special offers for campervan & motorhome guests We offer special packages for campervan and motorhome travellers staying for one, two or several days. These can combine your camping stay with breakfast, lunch or dinner, rafting and other activities at special package prices. If you would like us to prepare a package for your stay, simply contact us in advance by direct message or WhatsApp and tell us how long you plan to stay and what you would like to experience. - Rafting Tara-Raft is best known for its rafting experiences on the spectacular Tara River. We offer two different daily rafting programs. Our Tara-Raft Signature Rafting Experience (€100 per adult) includes professional guides, premium safety equipment, refreshments during the trip, a riverside snack, professional photos and videos, making it a complete adventure experience. Children up to 6 years participate free of charge, while children up to 12 years receive a 50% discount. For guests looking for a simpler option, we also offer our Essential Rafting Experience (€70 per adult), which includes the guided rafting trip and safety equipment. The same children's discounts apply. Besides rafting, guests can also enjoy kayaking, hiking, off-road adventures and other outdoor activities organised directly from the resort. - October–April / Off-season From October until the end of April, Tara-Raft operates in its quieter off-season mode. The campsite remains available, but our restaurant and some other resort facilities are normally closed or operate only on request. If you would like breakfast, lunch, dinner or another special service during this period, please contact us before your arrival. Whenever possible, we will be happy to organise something especially for you. Rafting can be organised throughout the entire year, including during the off-season. In fact, we offer some particularly attractive off-season rafting prices and packages. If you are interested, send us a message and we can prepare a special rafting, meals and accommodation/camping package for you. - Our four-legged welcoming team ? Don't be surprised if the first members of our team to welcome you are our dogs! We have four friendly dogs who live permanently at Tara-Raft and freely walk around the resort. They are not stray dogs. They are part of our Tara-Raft family, are accustomed to being around guests and are well socialised with people and other dogs. They may come over to your campervan to say hello and investigate their new neighbours, but they are friendly and used to life around the campsite. - Summer weekends Please note that Tara-Raft is an active adventure resort rather than a traditional quiet campsite. During the summer season we regularly organise live music events on Friday and Saturday evenings, usually until around 1:00 AM. These evenings create a lively and friendly atmosphere that many guests enjoy, while the rest of the week remains peaceful and quiet. If you are specifically looking for complete silence on weekend nights, this may not be the ideal time to visit. Whether you are travelling through the Balkans with your motorhome, stopping for a night on your journey, or planning to stay for several days and explore the Tara and Drina rivers, we look forward to welcoming you. Grab is an ideal base for exploring Durmitor National Park, only 20 km away. Nikšić is 85 km from the camp, while Podgorica Airport is approximately 140 km away. The final approach is via an 8–10 km narrow paved road followed by approximately 1.5 km of gravel. The road is suitable for motorhomes, campervans, caravans, and regular cars—no 4×4 is required.
