Was a bit weary at first as don’t like to intrude or anything but parked further up the track in front of wooden fence picked up litter that was left before us but the road is not great we made it further up but stay on the gravel path if driving to spot further up do not go on grass path as scrapes

Lovely spot for a night or two (more if you have the equipment), very good phone signal, we had no issues at all and only disturbed once by a small lorry passing through.
Plenty of room and open space. Easily fit my 7.5t lorry up the single track road. Lovely views just shame about the amount of rubbish

Het is een prachtige plek om te overnachten! De weg er naartoe is wat hobbelig, maar eenmaal boven aangekomen is het uitzicht prachtig. De mensen die langskwamen begroette ons allemaal vriendelijk. Enige minpuntje is het afval dat men hier boven her en der gedumpt heeft.

Super schöner (abgelegener) Stellplatz. Ich habe ziemlich genau bei der Markierung des Stellplatzes gestanden & war ganz alleine. Die Straße zum Stellplatz hin ist ziemlich früh eine Einspurige Straße, hat aber genügend Ausweichflächen. Das letzte Stück nach dem Viehgitter im Boden wird die Straße etwas schlechter und dann zu einem Kiesweg. War aber kein Problem.
As backhojo previously said, you are better off driving further up the track from these co-ordinates. We drove past a few vans set up for the night to a clear, level area of ground. Positives - Great views and no passers-by. Negatives - Lots of broken glass rubbish that had been left by persons unknown. I collected it all to continue the 'good nature' of wildcampers and to help others.
very quiet nights sleep Great location. bit bumpy road to get to this spot , I parked on the grass at a broken bit of wall . some rubbish left by past tenters by the looks.
Better to drive 200m further up the track from these co-ordinates (see other listing) as at the exact coordinates shown here there is little ,if any, parking. The photos on this listing look to be taken from the top of the hill , which is the best place to park
The road is fine if you're careful. Spot is VERY remote. There is a lot of bramble there so be careful. At the entrance to the area is a sign police will patrol here due to a history of antisocial behaviour. We were here from 9pm to 5am and were left alone.
Stayed last night. Bagged the litter that was laying around will drop it in a bin later. Use gps co ordinates to get here. Xlwb sprinter no problem. Seen hardly anyone
As mentioned previously the road is very rough in spots, and you’ve got to be careful for maps not to take you to the dead end road. But what a spot when you make it! Stunning views and nice and quiet.
Great spot, go right to the top of the road. Road is a very rocky and bumpy road. so drive extremely carefully. views from the top of fantastic and the sunset was unbelievable worth staying just for that. early on in the evening further down the track I think there wasn't kids turned up playing music
Postcode took me too a private farm lane with sign's telling you to stop, used link from p4n for phone navigation and took me right there
Lovely spot. The occasional vehicle passing. Wind turbine in the field next to you. Very windy, but I like that sort of thing.
