Ca a le mérite d'exister et gratuitement, merci! Maintenant, aucune pression au robinet pour la cassette WC donc il faut aller aux toilettes.

Nous avons pu vider la caissette des toilettes. Il y a 2 boxes derrière une tole. Pas de tuyau et un robinet qui envoie et stoppe sans arrêt. Heureusement que cet espace existe car il y en a peu mais c'est pas idéal niveau pratique. Difficile de se garer devant l'après-midi. On a eu un coup de chance.

Nous avons profité de la rabdo à l'Old Man of Storr pour vidanger les eaux noires. Fait le job, tout était fonctionnel.

Good place to fill waterbottles and pee and empty the dirty water. But you can only fill up small bottols and the sink and there is no big tap for hoses.

Impossível parar. Descarga de água negra super nojento o lugar, não há água para lavar o cassete, nem o local de descarga. Não há água para reabastecer o motorhome, talvez tenha tirado o ponto com a torneira.

Toilets are open 24h and you can dump your black water for free. Parking lot is very crowed during the day and so is the toilet. Be aware that you need a parking ticket from 8a.m.-8p.m. and overnight stays are not allowed.

Great place to empty the toilet for free and fill with water - these can be found in the little compound next to the toilets. No need to pay to park for these, just park up outside the toilets on the main road, but this would be difficult during the day as it’s so busy so just stop by in the evening when it’s quiet and do it stress free!

Von 20-08 uhr kostenlos. Wenn man nach 20 uhr ankommt und z.B.ein 12 Stunden Ticket löst gilt das für den nächsten Tag bis 20 Uhr. Das ist fair. Man kann also getrost ausschlafen und muss nicht um 8 Uhr in der Frühe ein Ticket lösen. Die Plätze an der Straße sind aber wegen des vorbeifahrenden Verkehrs recht unruhig. Da wackelt die Kiste schon nicht schlecht. Leider kein Trinkwssser, aber Chemieentsorgung perfekt. Toiletten kann man benutzen.

Sehr praktischer Stop zum Entleeren der Wohnmobil-Toilette. Der Platz ist generell sehr voll aber man findet einen Stellplatz am Seitenstreifen. Toiletten für den hohen Andrang relativ sauber.

Perfecto para vaciar el inodoro químico y cargar agua limpia gratis! El único inconveniente es que tendrás que aparcar justo delante para poder cargar agua y tener manguera larga. La toma de agua está dentro del vaciado de aguas negras. Agua gris no permitido.

Endroit pratique pour vider les toilettes tout en visitant le old man of storr, mais il y a peu de place sur le parking comme beaucoup de monde vient pour la randonnée. Les vans et camping cars doivent en plus se garer le long de la route, le parking en hauteur est réservé aux voitures. Il faut donc arriver tôt pour se garer.

realmente este sitio debería estar catalogado como un punto de servicios y no como un área de pago, ya que no es nada recomendable dormir aqui a no ser que no haya mas remedio. Aparcas en plena carretera, a menos de un metro del comienzo del carril con solo una linea pintada como separación. Como aparcamiento de dia esta bien (de pago), se puede vaciar aguas negras gratuitamente

Platz überwiegend schräg, fast alles war morgens schon voll. Leider parken hier auch Autos, obwohl oben dafür Platz ist. Toilettenentsorgung sowie Abwasser z.B. mit Eimer möglich. Wir füllten kein Wasser auf, da an den Toiletten ein Hinweis steht, dass es kein Trinkwasser ist.

Zwischen 8pm-8am kann man hier entlang der Strasse mit einem WoMo/Campervan kostenfrei stehen. Wir sind hier um kurz vor 8 abends angekommen, um morgens einen Parkplatz zu haben bei dem Andrang. Relativ ruhig ist es Nachts, etwas abschüssig aber gutes Netz. Auch öffentliche Toiletten & eine Chemietoilettenentsorgungsstation gibt es hier (kostenlos).

Situada en un punto excelente, ya que aprovechamos el día a realizar la ruta de subida a The Storr para vaciar nuestras aguas y rellenar el depósito de agua limpia.

Aparcament al lateral de la carretera, buidat de wc químic i aigua gratuïts, però per omplir aigua no hi ha lloc reservat; només podreu omplir si amb sort trobeu espai al costat dels wc i teniu una manguera mínim d'uns 12 metres (no hi ha manguera).

Attention ! tout type de voiture aménagé ( même sommairement, qui passe sous la barrière des 2 mètres) est verbalisé par la police (100 livres) ( elle photographie l intérieur du véhicule !!!) et colle l amende sur le pare brise. et cela même que vous ayez payé votre parking ( 5 livres pour 6 h de stationnement).

Amazing facilities. We were able to empty the chemical toilet, fill up the drinking water with our hose pipe (tap located by chem toilet dispo). The loos were clean and working and I was able to wash my face in warm water in the sink! Dropped some coins in the honesty box as these facilities are great!

Ich versteh die Kommentare nicht, Toiletten waren sauber und auch Trinkwasser nachfüllen. Funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn man den passenden Schlauch circa 10 m und einen Halbzoll Schraubverschluss dabei hat. Das sollte eigentlich in jedem halbwegs vernünftig ausgerüsteten Camper vorhanden sein, aus unserer Sicht alles bestens.

Ne vous garez pas avec un van aménagé sur le parking du haut. MÊME en journée pour aller visiter "the old man". La police met des amandes. En faisant une réclamation via le site du highland et notre numéro PCN nous avons pu faire annuler notre amande. mais c'est risqué.

Toilettenleerung ja, es ist auch Wasser zum Reinigen vorhanden, das Nachfüllen von Wasser eher nein, außer man benutzt einen Eimer oder hat einen Schraubanschluss der passt dabei. Die öffentlichen Toiletten sind auch gut und verhältnismäßig sauber.

On a profité pour remplir notre réservoir d’eau et vider la cassette de toilettes. Ça nous a permis de tenir encore 3 jours en autonomie! Merci!!

Bien pour la randonnée, mais en pente pour les CC qui ne peuvent pas aller sur les parkings hauts (limités à 2 m est interdit de nuit). Les toilettes sont propres mais pas la vidange des eaux noires, sans robinet de rinçage... Pas de robinet d'eau pour les pleins d'eau potable, sauf les lavabos. Dommage.

We good to walk the Stor. Public toilets good. The black waste dump was a bit yucky as there is no water to flush the cassette or wash down the dump, however thank you so much to the people who have provided this free service, we as full time travellers appreciate it very much.

Only parked for the day to walk up. Wouldn’t advise staying the right as it’s on a very busy road and could be a safety issue and very loud. Lovely views. Toilets available at visitor Center.

Drove up to park the van for the night &it’s not allowed in the upper car park. Lower parking right next to the road - we didn’t stay the night (signs saying certain types not allowed) &parked up in a lay-by. But we used the lower parking the next day £5. Clean Toilets on the lower area. Gave it a 3star as we used it during the day&not at night as we didn’t want to park right next to a main road.

Nous sommes arrivés le 9 juillet 23 vers 19h et avons passé une nuit calme garés gratuitement au bord de la route ou presque personne ne passe la nuit. Nous avons vidé gratuitement les eaux noires puis avons fait la marche jusqu'au Old Man tranquillement avant l'arrivée des touristes. Le stationnement est payant à partir de 8h30.

Pratique pour faire la fameuse randonnée du Old Man of Storr. Attention à se garer sur le côté de la route et non sur le parking. Aucun panneau interdit le stationnement de nuit mai stationnement limité à 12h et payant entre 8h et 20h.

BEWARE!! Any camper van or "vehicle prepared for camping" will get a £100 fine just for parking in there. Doesn't matter if you fit under the 2m barrier and if you don't lift your roof at all and just park and hike. Today at least two camper vans got this fine while hiking. Totally unfair!!

Excellent stop, we were able to use the facilities and empty our toilet for free!

Chemical toilet free disposal, but no tap water, nor a place for grey water disposal. Free of charge also means that the facility is very dirty. It is not clear if it’s possible to spend the night. The parking fee applies from 8 am to 8 pm, but there is no sign stating that overnight parking is prohibited.

Works well. Most probably you should pay for parking and hike to great views above!

Parking de la randonnée donc beaucoup de voitures partout. Mais nous avons quand même réussi à prendre de l'eau, il faut un très long tuyau car ce n'est pas à côté. 2 éliminations eaux noires avec chasse d'eau, donc pratique. Parking payant, toilettes.

Guter Parkplatz! Wohnmobile und Camper parken an der Straße. Früh aufstehen, denn ab 9 Uhr wird es voll. Keine Übernachtung. Nach Straßenarbeiten war oder ist es eine von den paar Schotterstraßen auf Skye. Hier zur Sicherheit unbedingt langsam fahren, da die Steinchen in alle Richtungen knallen.

Lozen zwart water ok . Water hebben we niet genomen. Voor de wandeling, het is een pittige klim die niet te onderschatten is . Toch de moeite waard.

Can’t stay here overnight, there are multiple signs and also a barrier for large vehicles. Only cars can park here. You can park your motorhome on the side of the road (still have to pay) but you can’t sleep there.

Great place to empty the chemical toilet and to fill up on water. You don't need to pay for either of these, but if you want to stay a bit longer, there is a fee to park. Note: campervans cannot access the parking lot due to severe height restiction, but can use the spaces immediately next to the water and chem toilet dump for a short period.

Stopped here great for the storr. Black waste to the left of the toilet block free but the fresh water tap has pressure issues. Spoke to ranger who confirmed problem and said it had been reported. Didn’t try filling up as flow was a dribble.

Black water disposal unit a bit messy. NO fresh water tap unless you want to use the one adjacent to the disposal. Yuck! No grey water disposal. Toilets clean but strangely no toilet seats. Dustbins. Would rather go somewhere else another time.

Sehr guter Platz für die Wanderung. Automat hat Bargeld genommen aber kein Ticket ausgegeben. Mussten mit Karte nochmal eines buchen. Schwarzwasser Entleerung ist etwas dreckig aber am Ende zweckdienlich, Frischwasser würde ich zwischen den beiden Entleerungen auf keinen Fall entnehmen. Es gibt keine Schläuche zur Spülung der Kassetten daher nutzen sicher viele eben diesen Wasserhahn...

Parking incontournable pour vider ses toilettes mais surtout pour aller voir le Old Man Storr. Le prix du stationnement est très abordable sur l’ile de Skye, surtout lorsque des services pour motorhome sont mis à disposition. Le rechargement d’eau est gratuit mais difficile d’accès. Il vous faudra un tuyau de 12 mètres ou sinon il faudra faire des allers retours avec des bidons d’eau.

Die meisten Flächen recht uneben, teilweise steil. Je nachdem, welchen Platz man bekommt. Top Übernachtungsplatz für eine Wanderung beim Storr!

Only 3 stars due to chemical toilet disposal and water fill, otherwise would be less. Need a 10-15m hose if parked as close as possible, otherwise would need longer to fill. Toilets are abysmal, pay 50p for 1 blocked urinal and 1 blocked toilet in the men's and no toilet seats in either. Expensive for parking time too, £3 for 3 hours or £5 for 6 hours. Only place to park without a walk though!

Waste disposal is there, but no drinking water found. No longer free to park £3 for three hours of £3.40 on Ringo. Public toilets are 50p and were not very clean. Good stop if your desperate for waste disposal, but better stops to the south. Also gets very busy.

Wir waren mit dem wohnmobile zum wandern hier. In diesem zuge haben wir die möglichkeit der kostenlose entsorgung des chemie-wcs genutzt. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Vielen dank für diese möglichkeit ! den rundweg des old man of storr sollten nur sehr erfahrene personen wandern. Ansonsten kann man hin- und zurück zu den steinformationen wandern. Eine gewisse gundkondition sollte vorhanden sein.

Water tap does not have a lot of pressure. halfway our 20l jar the water almost stopped running so not very convenient. Busy car park so would recommend coming early or late of you don't want to walk far with your toilet :)

7.2 m Motorhome - Plenty of space and perfect spot to walk Storr. Parking £3.40 for 4 hours on the Ring Go app. There are facilities for fresh water and toilet disposal but you need to park by the toilet block. Toilets 50p. You can press the green button on the inner side of the wall to release the gate. Why would you though!? The money helps to pay for the services!

In an area where Grey waste water disposal is kind of tricky, this didn't really help because it is not a drive-over facility (there is at least 5 metres between the closest parking space and the disposal location). We had to go back 5 miles to the Portree camping site where you can dump and fill for £3.

Great facilities, worth the parking fee. Someone has thrown a poo bag into one of the elsan disposal points, abuse it you lose it and it would be a shame, we need more of these.

Well worth the £3, facilities are immaculate. The hike up Storr is incredible. Black water disposal and water fill are brilliant and accessible 24/7. Waste & Dog Waste bins.

£3 to park for 3 hours which is a bargain for the walk and to use the toilet facilities!

Used these facilities while were there to hike up The Storr. Emptied toilet cassette and managed to fill the water tank, brilliant! The bathrooms are also one of the nicest public facilities I’ve used, well worth a stop and worth paying the parking in my opinion even if just using facilities to ensure they remain in place!

Free CWD & Water. Visited twice in a week, the second time and there was no water flow - perhaps it’s metered? 50p barriers include toilets have installed so expect a small fee for services in future..

Definitely waste water here, there’s also a tap which we used to fill up our tank and didn’t get ill so that’s pretty sweet
