Beautiful place in front of an artificial lake. Sanitary adequate, nice and clean. Restaurant with good food. Purchase of breakfast sandwiches possible. Otherwise shops in the village about 600 m or a nearby village about 4 km. Very kind and helpful receptionist. German is spoken well.

Our story is not about centuries, traditions and passion for viticulture. We leave that story to others. Our story is about the journey of a spouse who inherited a winery at the ages of 26 and 30. It was not a planned or easy journey. It was full of "difficulties", uncertainties and difficulties. But when life stops you and gives you a winery with vineyards, you have to make a wine that people like. We have been doing this since 2002 and we hope you enjoy our world as much as we do. We are fortunate to be in the middle of a tourist triangle formed by the Adriatic, Venice and the Dolomites. We are only 5 minutes from the A4 motorway (Cessalto exit) between Venice and Trieste, a great location for exploring the area. A small supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office and a bank are just a few steps away from us.

Camping Fusina is open all year round and enjoys a privileged view of the Venice lagoon. It is possible to reach the historic center of Venice by motorboat directly from the hotel in just 20 minutes. During the summer period, there is also a motorboat connection to the beaches of lido degli Alberoni. It has a swimming pool, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and mini market (seasonal services) and laundry. Camper Service, WiFi and electricity free.

The SAN PIO X Agri-Camping - Farm since 1708, is a rural, multifaceted reality, unique in the surrounding area. A 360° project in balance with nature, aimed at increasing the “well-being” of those who choose to experience it. The agri-campsite extends over a lush green area near the main farm building, as well as a further large area featuring 15 different species of bamboo that create a pseudo-maze where shaded areas equipped with benches and tables are available for guests to relax. The pitches for campers and caravans are on solid gravel and natural grass: each is equipped with drinking water and independent electricity connection. The pitches for tents are on natural grass. BIG and MAXI pitches are also available for campers up to 12 meters long. The SERVICE areas are designed for maximum guest convenience. In addition to access to drinking water, sinks for washing dishes, showers, toilets, a washing machine, and a dump station for campers, they also offer areas equipped for separate waste collection and a barbecue area with wood. During the summer season, at the times indicated, guests of the Agri-Camping can use the swimming pool free of charge, where they can bring their own sunbeds and umbrellas, removing them when they leave the area. Umbrellas and sunbeds are NOT available (even for a fee). The small farm shop sells ONLY “organic artisan specialties” produced on the farm, which are an integral part of the “Healthy Food” NUTRITIONAL program, ALWAYS FRESH WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES; raw materials grown in the farm's fields, ripened exclusively by the “energy of the sun” and prepared in the farm's laboratory. ALL supermarkets and services are available within a 1.5 km radius. WHERE WE ARE: AGRICAMPING SAN PIO X farm since 1708 is located about ten km from Padua, a city of art and history, reachable by bike via a 9.5 km dedicated bike path, by car (about 15 minutes) or by bus (about 25 minutes, stop in front of the church of San Giacomo).
