À 10 min à pied du rer B Arcueil-Çachan qui est 15 minutes du rer B Châtelet au centre de Paris. En plein centre ville, proche de tous commerces mais au calme d’une propriété privée fermée. Dans un jardin privé de 200m2 environ avec projet de permaculture avec Poules, Canards et chats... qui ont peur des chiens. :,( donc si vous avez des chiens et chats il faudra les garder dans votre véhicule et les tenir pour les sortir dans la rue. Il y a 2 parcs à côté pour les promener. Au bout du jardin, Salle de yoga, Pilates, Théâtre , danse dont il faut respecter le calme et l’intimité. Attention le porche d’accès ne fait que 2,3 mètres de large et 2,9 m de haut. Il faut faire ses manœuvres dans la rue pour rentrer bien droit et impérativement en marche arrière et rouler tout droit avant de s’arrêter à 1 m du mur de la salle. Les véhicules les plus gros qui dint rentrés tout juste en étant parfaitement bien aligné et centré depuis la rue : un Sprinter Mercedes AB 812 LE

C’ est passè très très juste. Et il faut prévenir la personne avant son arrivée. Et il faut laisser le portail ouvert le moins longtemps possible à cause des animaux. On peut jeter ses eaux grises dans le tout à l’egoût, un toilette douche dans le jardin peut être utilisé. Guter Platz! Mit einem normalen Ducato Klasse Kastenwagen kommt man gut auf den Hinterhof! Spiegel einklappen und auf den Einweiser vertrauen! Man steht dort gut und sicher. Nettigkeit: Rebecca stellt auch einen Wasserschlauch zur Verfügung. Seid so nett, und schraubt nicht den Wasserstop ab und verlasst dann den Platz. Dann läuft bei Rebecca der Keller voll. Nachdenken hilft!
Parcheggio molto silenzioso e riservato all’interno di un cortile chiuso,altezza max 2 metri e 90, abbiamo passato 5 notti molto tranquille. Servizio di carico acqua e corrente elettrica, per lo scarico c’è un bagno che funziona perfettamente. Rebecca, la proprietaria, è gentilissima. In dieci minuti si arriva a piedi alla Rer B e ci si collega a Parigi in poche fermate. Consiglio vivamente

Leichter Ausnahmezustand, Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, sehr enge Stellplätze auf aller engsten Raum, mit der Bahn alles gut zu erreichen, nicht wirklich weiterzuempfehlen. Zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung. Die Permakultur ist geflüchtet:))))
Sehr nette Dame, hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und mann kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut in die Stadt. Sehr gerne wieder!
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Mit der Frau hatten wir ein sehr nettes Gespräch und der Mann hat unser Auto reingefahren (weil die Einfahrt sehr eng war). Badezimmer war gegen Aufpreis (10€ für Bad und Strom pro Tag) nutzbar und in Ordnung. Sehr sichere Lage (in einem geschlossenen Innenhof), man kann mit einem PIN reinkommen, wann immer man will.
Sehr netter, ruhiger, sicherer, praktischer und günstiger Ort um Paris zu entdecken. Wir sind einfach hingefahren und haben im August spontan einen Platz bekommen. Empfehlung! 25€ ohne Services (aber mit WC), 35€ mit Wasser, Strom und Dusche (haben wir nicht getestet)
Parcheggio poteva essere molto bello, peccato che però il nostro camper mansardato non ci entrava per via del portico troppo basso e ristretto. Può essere ok per i van o per i camper più piccoli. La proprietaria è stata comunque molto gentile.

Ausgezeichneter Stellplatz für kleine bis mittelgroße Wohnmobile. Trotz voller Belegung und ohne vorherige Anmeldung wurden wir freundlich aufgenommen. Vorhanden sind Wasser und Strom, gepflegte Sanitäranlagen sowie eine Gemeinschaftsküche und sogar ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Bahnanbindung ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unseren Paris-Besuch.
Buen sitio para visitar París. Cerca hay supermercado, lavanderia y estación de tren (a 10 min). Acceso a agua, dutxa, wc, cocina i salon. Rebeca es una persona amable, accesible y respectuosa. Las personas con quien coincidimos también fueron muy encantadoras. Gracias Rebecca por hacer esta estància tan còmoda.
Rebecca is such a cool person! She so friendly and we had everything we needed at her place. Clean toilettes and a shower, a good working kitchen and a very safe place for the car/camper. It‘s a backyard in paris(!!!) so don‘t be annoyed if you have to make appointments for moving the car for another person. It‘s not too much space, but she‘s a pro at maneuvering the cars :) thank you, S+L
Rebecca ist super nett! Wurde sich sehr drum gekümmert, dass alle Platz haben und man gut wieder raus kommt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 30-45 Minuten bis Paris Innenstadt.
El sitio sería maravilloso si tuviese el parking, que es su patio interior, arreglado. Aún así, Rebeca súper amable y las comunicaciones con París en tren son sencillas. Frente a la casa hay un Auchan para comprar lo que necesites.
Wir konnten noch am selben Tag bei ihr unterkommen und es war super. Rebecca ist sehr freundlich und die anderen auf dem Stellpatz waren es auch :) Wir konnten eine Küche und das Bad mitbenutzen. Um in die Stadt zu fahren kann man eine Metro für 2€ nehmen und fährt ca 30 min. Alles in allem top, würden immer wieder kommen :))
Una opción genial para visitar Paris, está cerca del metro que te deja en el centro de la ciudad, tienes el supermercado justo enfrente y además lavandería, un montón de tiendas y restaurantes cerca. We planned on staying there for two nights but even stayed longer because we loved it there, Rebecca and her friend were great hosts and very kind. The toilets and showers are in an separated house from Rebeccas, very clean much better than at other campsites. In the garden lives a cat and some chicken which is cute. Exceptional host, was very punctual and prompt in responses. Was very helpful in taking her time to explain the best ways going around Paris and also on anything related to the camp onsite, quick problem solver as she values our time. Yes, the place is small and can park 2 campers, shower and toilet, on a budget, and I’m sure if someone is planing on coming this close to Paris, it’s to explore it.

Wir haben mit dieser Location sehr spontan für eine Nacht und einen Tag eine top Bleibe gefunden. Rebecca ist super lieb und hat gute lokale Tipps. Die Absprache war unkompliziert. Die Innenstadt ist mit Fahrrad oder Bahn schnell zu erreichen. Absolut zu empfehlen!
Rebecca & Jon are the best hosts, their house is a peaceful safe haven in the middle of Paris with the centre 30 min away by train. Be aware that the doorway into the garden area is quite tight and our Ducato which is 2.85M high was the max sized van that can fit in. We originally booked our stay for 3 nights but extended to 5 nights as we enjoyed our time so much there. Highly recommended stay!

Was für ein Kleinidyll in so einer großen Stadt! Rebecca ist sehr freundlich, total bemüht, dass alle Gäste sich wohl fühlen und schafft eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt um Paris mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden und unsere Kinder haben sich durch die ruhige und geschützte Lage von den Großstadteindrücken wieder gut erholen können.

Le 25 rue Cousté , c’est une ambiance familiale! l’hôtesse de la sérénité, de l’amabilité, toujours à l’écoute des besoins, est pleine de ce charme simple, rieur, si rare à notre époque. Le lieu reposant et sécure offre ce qui est nécessaire au séjour ! Quoi dire de plus: une mini ferme en pleine ville avec tous les transports en commun à 10 minutes et les commerces dans la rue même!

The bathroom is dirty. The drain in the shower is bad. The whole place is messy. But the neighbourhood is nice, their is a good supermarket opposite, it is very easy to go to the center of Paris, and Rebecca is very nice. The price for the services are for everyone in the car (not individually). So we payed 62 € for 2 nights
Un spot vraiment au top, bien placé pour visiter Paris avec un accueil chaleureux de Rebecca une personne très sympathique, intéressante et cultivée. L’accès est juste pour un L3H2 avec le guidage de l’hôte ça se passe bien. Nous n’avons pas utilisé les services car en autonomie. Une chose est certaine nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un futur séjour en région Parisienne. Merci Rebecca
First of all, Rebecca is a very helpful and kind. We stayed in a tent on top of the vehicle. It is in a central location, opposite a market and a patisserie. You can reach every point in Paris by transferring to the B train, which is a 10-minute walk away. The price is very reasonable. We loved it, I definitely recommend it.

Rebeca es muy amable y servicial, nos hemos alojado en su parking privado, un lugar seguro para visitar Paris con un supermercado justo enfrente y típicas panaderías para comprar buenos croissants de camino al Rer o al bus, tiene electricidad y agua. Muy recomendable!

Great location to explore Paris, safe parking for camper vans. Very calm at night. Communication was easy, Rebecca is very friendly. The yard is messy, shower and toilet lack cleanliness, unfortunately. If you can deal with this, enjoy your stay.
i contacted the owner to try and book. After an initial response asking for dimensions I seem to have been ghosted as no reply for several days to confirm availability either way. Shame, this seemed ideal
Toller Spot, perfekt um Paris zu erkunden. Herzlicher Empfang und optimale Hilfe. Sehr sicherer Stellplatz. Jedem sollte bewusst sein, dass dieser Stellplatz von einer Privatperson vermietet wird, die nicht 24/7 am Telefon sein kann und sowohl einem Job nachgeht, als auch ein Leben hat. We’ve just spent a couple of nights here to visit Paris. Rebecca was so warm and welcoming, helping to answer our travel questions etc. The entrance was a tight squeeze for our Vauxhall Movano, you wouldn’t get a much bigger vehicle through. Our nights were quiet and peaceful and it made us feel so much better that our van was locked out of sight whilst we were away during the day. Great stay!
Leider kam es zu keinem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation fand über WhatsApp statt. Die Eigentümerin erkundigte sich nach den Maßen des Fahrzeuges und wann wir anreisen möchten. Danach kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich hätte mir zumindest eine Absage gewünscht, daher nur ein Stern.
Endroit au top à 15 mns de Paris en RER. Lieu très calme et sécurisant. La propriétaire Rebecca est très sympathique et chaleureuse. Échanges par téléphone sans complication. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Ein familiärer Platz auf einem Hinterhof. Das Auto steht sicher und die Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist unkompliziert. Rebecca ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wer Luxus und viel Wert auf Privatsphäre legt, sollte nicht hier her. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, Toilette, Dusche, Tisch zum Essen und Stühle. Wir haben tolle Leute kennen gelernt und würden jederzeit wieder einchecken. DANKESCHÖN!!!

RER 10 min. lopen 20 min. metro naar centrum. - Anderzijds: sanitair is muf, volgepropt op kleine binnenplaats, carousel als iemand wil vertrekken. Overdag ga je er niet voor je lol zitten. Communicatie gaat niet altijd gestroomlijnd.

Hemos estado 6 noches, Rebecca nos ha antendido perfectamente, el emplazamiento es el mejor para visitar París por su proximidad al centro, solo tener en cuenta dimensiones del vehiculo hemos entrado y con 2'83 d alto y entramos justos. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Paris.

Perfect place to visit Paris! We stayed here for 4 Nights in the safe and silent backyard of Rebecca, who is very friendly. The next RER-Station is about 10min away and a Supermarket and a Boulangerie is just across the street. Far cheaper and more private than every campsite, and it has everything you need. I would come again, thanks for the stay!

Recomiendo 100% La verdad que llegamos muy tarde y sin avisar, pero Rebecca nos atendió sin problema y con una sonrisa apesar de que era la 23 de la noche. Nos preguntó si queremos corriente o darnos una ducha, también donde está el baño. Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, a 10 min de la estación para ir al centro, súper mercado a 20 metros. Recomendable

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris, à 10 minutes à pied du RER. Endroit très calme où nous avons couché deux nuits pour 45€. Attention à bien vérifier les dimensions avant de venir, nous avons un Van McLouis Menfys 3, qui passait tout juste en largeur. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

todo genial, rebeca muy maja. imposible autocaravanas, solo campers que no pasen los 2,30 de ancho. estuvimos tres noches, ya que Paris no es la mejor ciudad para dormir en parkings y dejar la furgo el día sola. nos conectamos a su luz un día para cargar batería y no nos cobro. tiene posibilidad de baños y todo lo que necesites. el sitio está un poco embarrado y la puerta de entrada cierra mal.

place is quite narrow to get in, so don't expect to be leaving everyday with the van with ease. apart from that, fair price and located nearby a train that takes you to the city
Very nice parking in the heart of Paris suburb. The host are very welcoming and informative. Access is narrow, but worth the effort. Ducato L4H3 (2,8m high with solar panel) can fit, with 5 cm clearance on each side with folded mirrors. Thanks for at nice stay Rebecca!

Good spot to make sure your van is secure. 5/10 min walk from the train station. There was another van staying there. Also a man giving reiki. Smells like a farm but not unbearable. Toilet is pretty rank but useable. Beware of animals under your tires!
