parked up for the night - lovely drive up to spot and we're lucky enough to have it all to ourselves tonight. Watching Kestrels and Red Kites in the sky. There are large potholes at the entrance as others have mentioned, but took our time and was ok.

Nice spot - 2 other motorhones here when we arrived and still plenty of space. Noone bothered us apart from a few sheep

Good parkup, high up good views quiet road (single track) note there are currently huge potholes at the entrance so may not be suitable for all vehicles, also beware there are roaming sheep and lambs so suitable for only good temperment dogs :)

Some potholes at entrance. Locals come by to watch the sunset, so be considerate of them. There’s a cattle grid nearby, which causes some noise, but not too bad.

Just about to leave here. Great spot with beautiful views. Definitely enough space for a couple of large M/H’s or 3/4 smaller ones. No amenities but a lovely quiet spot.

Stayed here last night, had the place to ourselves with sheep around. Very peaceful and dark night, great.

Beautiful quiet hard standing car park (no services) with glorious views over the Galloway hills and Wigtown Bay. Stopped for lunch but happily use it for an overnight stay space permitting.

Fantastic Spot, Quiet rural location with room for 3 MH / Campervans if parked with consideration for others. 4G and 3 bars mobile reception. There are no signs forbidding overnight parking.

Great views. Good site for at least 2 Large Motorhomes 3 campervans I parked for lunch. Moved to Come back to sleep. Motorhome had parked across the parking area allowing no more vehicles to park Becoming a theme with some Motorhome owners in many public car parks parking across bays taking up 4 spaces Many larger vehicle drivers manage to fit within 2 bays easily Park sensibly ALL...

Great viewpoint and I was able to walk from here. Ground isn't particularly level and beware giant pot holes in entrance. Only me at night and one more car pulled in during the day, some road noise but dies down over night

Beautifully quiet and the scenery is, as everyone else has said, staggering!!! Good space and only 10 mins from the A75.

on of the best park ups we have done. views stunning so quiet overnight. can't wait to come back. ee and 3 works well.

nice and peaceful during the night. no traffic at all. hit and miss in the mornings whether u get woken by cows or sheep. been here twice and had been woken by livestock once and once without. worth it for the early morning views

A nice quiet view point. Space for 4/5 vehicles. Some amazing views and close to Gatehouse of Fleet for any essentials. No facility's or bins.

Fantastic view only got part sunset due to cloud bank but very atmospheric. fairly flat which is a bonus.

Gorgeous. So quiet and very few passing cars which all seem to give a jolly wave! Can see the Bay of Kircudbright and the White top of Culreach. Can’t wait for the sun to go down and see the stars.
