My first time using a spot found in this app and it was absolutely amazing, thank you for everyone who shared their experiences this place is perfect for overnight, but it can get full real quick so you need to get there soon. We slept with no problem, didn’t hear any noise, we left at 10am because you can only stay 2h free during the day. Please be polite and don’t leave any rubbish behind.

wow! what a great place to stay for the night.. Arrived late afternoon on a Sunday was busy but came back later and found a great spot. The bells are a great sound and added to the experience. very safe and quite all night. a 5star place to pull up. (2 hours free parking but free 6-8)

Stayed here on Friday 22. There was a large steampunk event but the noise of people walking past stopped at about 11 and even then it was minimal. The cathedral does chime, I am not sure what time it stopped and started again but even though it woke us we quite liked it, it was part of the experience. It did slope slightly towards the kerb as well but again worth it for the location.

Sotto alla cattedrale, due ore gratuite fino alle 18. Noi abbiamo dormito senza problemi a parte le campane fino alle 23

Free for 2 hours up to 6pm then free through the night. Being right next to the cathedral there are chimes but don't panic they stop at 11pm and don't start again to 7am. Absolutely in the middle of the city so only a few steps to everything including pubs and restaurants. Perfect park up. No disturbances after 11pm.

Spent a Saturday night here. I got a spot fine in a campervan, but bigger would've struggled unless they arrived after 10pm as it was mostly full of cars until then. Noise from pedestrians passing by calmed down around the same time. Picked back up again around 8:30am. Otherwise a very peaceful night.

A lovely little spot. Nice an flat and not too noisy. The bels don’t start till 7. Can park from 4 then the restrictions finish till 6pm. Didn’t have to rush in the morning as it was Sunday so no restrictions at all.

Honestly such a cool experience! Even if the cathedral bells ring every half hour/hour! Stayed for the night and got up early to walk around. Park free night till 8:00am then 2hours free till move. Bathrooms in local shops nearby. Cobblestone street but level if you go in middle of cathedral. Good signal. Quiet evening for a Friday night. Some suspicious people but they don’t linger.

Gratuit le soir et la nuit et le dimanche toute la journée... Je n'y suis pas resté la nuit mais c'était possible et sans doute plutôt calme. Un côté des rues bordant la cathédrale est pavé, l'autre non !

Day and night parking spot beside the Cathedral. Monday to Saturday every day 8am-6pm only 2 hours parking no return within 2 hours. 6pm-8am and Sunday no restrictions. Nighttime couple cars driving around, bit noise on cobblestone.

Beautiful view of the cathedral and right in the centre of the city. Stayed here Saturday night into Sunday all day. No hassle and perfect location for exploring the castle etc. Free after 6pm Saturday until Monday morning. The cathedral bells ring often but we enjoyed listening to it and found it rather charming ☺️

Just parked up here (15 minutes ago) and cathedral bells have rung twice! Googled and found that this will happen every 15 minutes throughout the night. Too tired tonight so will have to move on. Great spot for a wander around the city in the evening though.
