Amazing place to stay. Great views around the surrounding hills. Very peaceful apart from the marmots shouting as people get close. Had a walk up the hill to the dam and the spectacular lake. Priveledged to see the cows being walked down the hill. Pulled in for 2 nights, stayed 2. Shame people had been making fire pits here though.
Bel parcheggio tranquillo proprio sotto la diga. Vista sulla valle ma per vedere il ghiacciaio si può dormire sopra la diga. Ci sono molti spot bellissimi

Lovely park up for the night. Peaceful. Quiet. Good phone signal. No other facilities. Would have gone higher to explore but the gates were closed. Also can’t get access to the via ferrata which this park up is used for. Would use again tho if visiting the area.

Stayed here last night. Very peaceful & nice scenery. One of few free places to stay in Switzerland! No facilities, but no complaints as it is free. Great for completing Via Ferrata as it is located next to the start. After completing Via Ferrata, I noticed a lot of people camping on other side of the dam next to the lake. If it wasn't as busy (it was a Saturday) I would have joined...
Un des meilleurs spots de notre séjour en Suisse. il faut le vouloir pour monter jusque là, mais la vue est magnifique. Le coin est super calme, il y a énormément de place pour le van camper. La via ferrata est géniale, si vous avez le matériel, n'hésitez pas à la faire (niveau AD a TD suivant les passages).

Bumpy grass parking, but it’s possible to find level spots. Quiet at night, despite it being right off the road. One of the better options in the area.
Nous avons décidé de passer la nuit sur le parking de la via ferrata car quelques vans se trouvaient déjà au pied du barrage. Le parking était calme, il n'y avait plus de passage de voitures la nuit et nous avons pu y laisser notre van le lendemain pour aller faire un tour à vélo. Compte tenu du nombre de vans au niveau du barrage nous étions contents de la tranquillité de notre spot!
