Der Hafen liegt wunderschön, die Stadt ist toll und der Container am Hafenende namens Harbour Café bietet leckere Snacks bei super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis an.

Idyllic spot quite a passers by early evening and in the morning but very quiet night. Water tap on the key and public toilets that closed at night but were open by about 7/7:30. Really accessible to all the main parts of St Andrews. Great spot.

The Shore. St Andrews Harbour. Excellent spot with a toilet close by, and only a 10/15min walk to the town. Quiet. Clean. No hassle. And the beach is literally 2mins away

Super endroit pour dormir . Au pied de la cathédrale de la plage et de ce mignon petit port. Nuit très calme. N’hésitez pas à manger à la petite cabane au bout du port. C’est défraîchi mais qu’est ce que c’est bon!!!!!! Et pour vraiment pas cher!

Very peaceful night, close to the town, a 10 min walk. Stayed for the night and would recommend.

Nice place, very quiet. There is just a risk of bad smell in case of low tide, and of course there are many seagull.

Ci siamo fermati per un paio d'ore. Parcheggio perfetto, bagni vicini e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale/cimitero.

On s’y est garé et on y a dormi (protégé du vent!). Il y a des toilettes publiques ouvertes en journée, un p’tit banc le long du port, une cabane tenue par une amie avec des repas pas chers du tout, la promenade le long de l’eau + proches centre ville ! Au top.

Nous nous sommes garés ici en van pour visiter la ville, parfait, mais peu de place disponible. C’est une impasse, mais ok pour faire demi tour au bout

Nice spot, short walk to town. We had a decent spot, plenty of room for our van. Toilets open between 9 and 6 roughly.

Pasamos una noche bastante tranquila, aunque algún coche pasó durante la noche. Tiene unas vistas geniales del puerto y se puede ir andando a los monumentos de la ciudad. Hay baños públicos.

Places donnant sur un petit port, à proximité immédiate de la plage et des ruines de la cathédrale, centre ville à 10 mins à pied, très joli, pas mal de passage surtout la journée, toilettes publiques ouvertes la journée

Good parking space next to the harbour and beach, public toilets at the end of the street. Parking spaces are against a wall next to a road, a bit of traffic but not enough to be bothered by it

Great spot for an overnight stay, overlooking the harbour and a 2min walk into the sand beach.

From a local, this is most likely the best place to spend a night in a van in St Andrews. Lovely spot down at the harbour, 5/10 minute walk from the town, public’s toilets (open from 9am to 6pm roughly) and a couple of bins. Please be mindful of parking as it is popular with people going to work etc too. Keep this area clean so they continue to allow van parking !!

lovely spot to park up for the night! I loved listening to the sound of the harbour over night, might be a bit nosey for some. access to East Sands, great for a walk if you're traveling with dogs. *If you're traveling in a motorhome with an overcab,DO NOT take the road down from the town centre through the arches at St Leonards. The wall arch at the bottom is 8ft and you WILL NOT get through it!*

Super Parkplatz. Wir standen eine Nacht an einem Samstag hier und es war absolut ruhig, obwohl die Uni eine riesige Party veranstaltet hat. Zudem gibt es sogar kostenloses WLAN. Bitte versucht, in den Parktaschen zu stehen.

This is definitely a great spot and it is fantastic that the Council has permitted camping here. Beware that if campers continue to take up more than one park, this site will most likely be banned soon. please show respect to the locals and don't park side on as this is a much needed car park for local workers.

Great spot near the town centre and the beach! Public toilets nearby (not 24hr). We stayed Sunday night with no trouble from boy racers or similar. Would recommend for a night or two. All spots slightly sloping but easily solved with you have levelling ramps.

This is a great spot. No parking charges as well as being lovely and quiet. Tap available on the harbour-side of the fence towards the cafe. The cafe is really cheap with lots of nice walks and sights to see as well. Toilets and bins close by - don’t take this gem of a spot for granted!

Be careful. Seemed a good place to park. We saw a few motorhomes and caravans parked there. However, our Motorhome was higher than the second curved arch in the street to get there. Therefore, we had to to backwards until the graveyard so we could turn and go frontwards. Ps: it is a one way road, fortunately we were able to exit with no problem.

Great place very close to town center, slight slope on most spots but not a big issue, I will definitely use again, actually stayed a second night. no mobile reception at location on three network unless you head over to the beach. I never used the public toilets so can't comment.

Perfecto lugar gratuito para ver la playa - el castillo y alrededores. Hay lavabos publicos gratis alli mismo. Y una caseta de venta d burguers , sopas, helados.. a buen precio: 2-2’5£ / burguer. Son plazas bien niveladas. No vimos probiciones para quedar aparcados a la noche. En la gasolinera morrisons petrol station de st andrews se puede llenar aguas limpias previo autorizacion de los empleados

Super emplacement le long de la muraille et donnant sur le petit port. Des toilettes à proximité qui ferment le soir. Nuit tranquille avec passage de quelques véhicules le matin. Très proche à pied de tout ce qu'il y a à voir à Saint-Andrews.

Tolle einfache Lage direkt an der Stadtmauer und dem kleinen Hafen! Das öffentliche WC nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen!Kleines Kaffee und Eis dei der kleinen Hafenbrücke! Wir fühlten uns wohl obwohl direkt an der Strasse! Ideal für kleine Spaziergänge an den Strand oder in die Stadt!

Brilliant to find a free park up so close to the town. Nice view of the harbour and very close for a walk along the beach. It is on a slight hill so be aware of that. Most cars did leave in the evening if you unsuccessfully tried for a spot during the day. Toilets opened early around 8am but did close at 5:30pm as advertised.

Super spot pour passer une nuit et pour se balader, plusieurs places disponibles pour des vans et camping-car. L'endroit est calme et la vue sur le petit port de St Andrews est très sympa !

Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h30, il y avait encore beaucoup de places pour se garer. Effectivement, stationnement en épi pour les voitures mais facilement 3 grosses places pour les campings cars. Belle vue sur le petit port, promenade autour des ruines de la cathédrale et du château accessible en moins de 2mn, très bon spot et toilettes publiques juste à côté du parking ouvertes de 9h à 17h.

There is space for 2 vans parked parallel to the wall, but the rest of the parking was given to diagonal parking. My van is 6.3m long, no way I could get it into one of the slots without really inconveniencing other road users. There was one van, about 7m, which parked parallel in the middle of the diagonals. That's not how to behave if we want to continue to have free parking facilities.

Parked here twice. First night (Sunday) it was very busy with other motorhomes (around 7). I managed to get a spot but was on a slope so decided to move. Second night (Monday) arrived late, around 9pm. There was plenty of space, only one other campervan. I stayed the night. Very quiet.

Les places de parking sont en épis et donc plus adaptées pour des vans, malgré tout nous avons pu garer notre camping car le long du mur près de la vieille porte en arrivant à 20h, il n’y avait personne ! Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, l’endroit est charmant proche de la mer et du centre, et avec des toilettes à proximité.

Achtung: Für größere Wohnmobile absolut ungeeignet. Es ist eine Sackgasse.Für kleinere Kastenwagen geeignet die nicht größer sind als PKW.

Very convenient location. 10 mins stroll to the town centre. Quiet, flat and secure. 5 other motorhomes and vans here too tonight. Get here early. We were first here at 2pm and the rest of the spots were full by 7pm. Saw a couple of latecomers arrive who will have been disappointed.

Parked no issues, there were 3 other vans when we arrived. Parked and headed in to town on foot. Great spot, there is a small number of cars passing and the seagulls are loud in the morning. Probably stay again tonight.

Beautiful park up. We stayed for an evening and it was wonderful. Toilets available in the harbour. Peaceful night sleep if you don’t count the seagulls in the morning! Shower in walking distance at leisure Center for a few£. Felt safe leaving our camper. Would stay again!

Ein sehr ruhiger schöner Platz. Wir sind recht spät abends angekommen und hatten freie Platzwahl. Die Nacht war ruhig und angenehm. Zudem gibt es ein öffentliches, recht sauberes Klo. Sehr zu empfehlen.

tremendous wee spot. was there Friday after Elie and kingsbarns wind was wild. no wind here very quiet apart from a couple loud cars coming by but didn't effect me at all. woke up to a braw sunrise and the harbour and wee cafe is lovely. lovely beach just a all round lovely spot. and gents toilets there also public. will 100% be going back there and I'm O2 and got 5g so a bonus lol.

Arrived here Sunday evening, one other camper present. Our 6m MH didn't stick out too much so all good, longer may struggle. School run starts 0730 when parking fills up quickly. Stayed again Saturday night when everywhere else was full, no issues parking again. 0330hrs the street party started, hundreds of students flooded on to beach and continued for next 5hrs. No sleep but fun to watch!

Stayed her in our T6. Me and my partner arrived around 9pm and there were 2 other vans there (always good) and great place to stay. Really quiet and lovely morning. Free and 5 min walk to the cathedral and town. Toilets are next to the park space. Brill

Perfekt geeignet, um zentral in der Stadt zu parken und am nächsten morgen durch die Stadt zu spazieren. Dicht am Strand. Die Toiletten des Hafens sind nachts geschlossen, sonst aber absolut akzeptabel und sauber.

Petit parking au bord d’un port très sympathique pour passer la nuit. Ne pas compter sur les toilettes le soir, elles étaient fermées à 16h. Robinet d’eau à disposition et douche au leisure center pour 3,2 livres!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s absolutely ideal. Might not be suitable for larger motorhomes. Public toilets open throughout the day. Quick walk into town, as well as leisure centre 10mins walk away if you need a shower. Only advice is not to park outside of the David Donaldson Plasterers building as their vans turn up throughout the morning.

Ein ruhiger Platz, direkt am kleinen Hafen & dem Meer. Fahrzeuge über ca.6m können nur parallel zur Stadtmauer parken, was bei uns keine Probleme bereitete. Nach 2min Fußweg erreicht man einen schönen Strand. An der Tordurchfahrt gibt es eine öffentliche Toilette, die tagsüber geöffnet hat. Das Zentrum von St.Andrews ist fußläufig in ca.10min erreichbar

Lugar tranquilo lavabos publicos y justo al lado la catedral, bastante aparcamiento, se puede dormir.

What a little gem. The spaces are actually at the end of Shore Rd in front of the boats. However we got here early and it was busy with car's. So we parked further up in front of the houses until it went quieter. It's deceiving and you need to walk up to the cafe on the harbour and over the bridge. The beach is amazing lovely and clean and great for the doggies. Lovely spot.

Buen lugar para dormir o aparcar. Nosotros no dormimos, pero había varias autorcaravanas que habían pasado la noche. Sí hay baños, uno a cada lado del arco para ir a la ciudad. Y están muy bien cuidados. Incluso me encontré con un hombre que venía a limpiarlo. También hay un pequeño bar que lleva un mujer mayor y varias chicas jóvenes trabajando. Nosotros comimos muy bien también.

Kleiner Hafen mit toller Aussicht. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Innenstadt. Sehr ruhig nachts. Wer einen höheren Wagen hat, sollte den Weg außenrum wählen. ✨

Attention à la hauteur, notre camping car (3 m) ne passe pas. Il a fallu remonter la rue qui est en sens unique.

Super location, next to St Andrew’s. Very quiet & peaceful. Avoid “The Pends” street to get there as you might struggle with a Motorhome.

This is our 2nd time staying here, love it! Lovely views and walks, right next to the harbour, toilets open till 3.30pm, cafe open till late, defo recommend

It was a lovely place to spend one night, no toilet facilities at night. The beach is just over the little bridge. The seagulls will keep you up at night and wake you up early.

Nice park up down by the small harbour behind the cathedral. Very quiet during the night, starts to get busy about 8am. Free parking, plenty of diagonal spaces perfect for small camper, but some do slope quite a bit. Will be back again.

Right behind the St Andrews cathedral. Spend a Monday night there, almost no people or cars, very quiet and nice. Public restrooms are closed after 15.30 but open again on 9am. Little coffee shop near by. Would totally recommend

Very close to town and beach parking space fine for vw anything bigger will have to park over a few spaces seagulls can be a bit loud in the morning.

Sinon ne prenez pas la route qui y descend avec les arches limitée à 6 pouces, prenez la suivante. Toilettes vieillotes mais propres, ouvertes le jour

idéal pour visiter nous ne savons pas encore si nous resterons cette nuit Nous ne restons pas cette nuit bien que cela n'a pas l'air de poser problème nous préférons un endroit plus calme car nous sommes samedi soir !

Bei Zufahrt über " The Pends" beachten , dass ein Torbogen nur eine angegebene Durchfahrtshöhe von 8 Fuss (etwa 2,40 m) hat. Sonst wie beschrieben. Schöne Stadt.

Great spot nice and quiet. Nearby toilets close mid afternoon but opened between 8-9am, they are not the best but better than nothing. Nice walk by the harbour and along the beach to the leisure centre where we went for a swim and a hot shower, toilets also available here.

Excellent spot to visit St Andrews. Nice location next to St Andrews harbour. Plenty of space for campers when we visited in May. Very close to the beach and walking distance to the center.

Wir wollten dort eine Nacht verbringen, leider roch es am Hafen unerträglich nach Fäkalien, sind daher weiter gefahren

Fabulous spot, no other cars when we arrived (it was Storm Corrie!) so we parked side on. Fairly level and very sheltered. Great spot to walk into town/beach.

Great spot arrived at 11am car park was almost empty, lovely walk up to the castle and then into a the centre.

Lovely place by the old harbour but be aware that there are only realistically 2 spaces for motorhomes. Campers would be able to squeeze into the diagonally marked spaces. Just!
