Parking with amazing views to Menai straight. There are few picnic tables.
The place was really quiet at night when I stayed but keep in mind it was during the week. During the day it can be busy with people coming to walk along the beach.
The straight in from is great for birds watching, to the point that there is a hide in the beach.
The low tide will take the water really far away. Keep that in mind if you are thinking on swimming. The back of the parking is a green lane with cows.
There is a garbage bin.

Stunning place but there is a no overnight parking sign as you enter, which disappointed me as it wasn’t mentioned in the description. I prefer not to push it. It’s a nature reserve so it’s essential to leave no trace. Council arrived in the morning. I

Got here around 5pm, very rainy so car park was quite quiet. We got tucked into the far car park with 2 cars. We had a lovely walk down the beach with the dog. We got set up with a tarp in between the cars for shelter, a few locals went past and were very polite saying we had the right idea. The height barrier wasn’t in use when we entered and left around 11. Lovely views especially when the tide was in.

Height barrier 2m. locals left note on the window that is no overnight stay and that they took registration number. p.s nice views from parking lot

Height barrier now in use and the locals we did pass on the narrow road down, couldn’t have been any more rude if they tried……

Great spot! The height barrier wasn’t in use but if it was, would have been an extremely tight squeeze! Looks under the 2.2m range from a glance.

Beautiful stop off but extremely busy! I counted at least 8 vans on Sunday which appeared to takeover the entire beach car park. Lovely walk down the pebble beach for the dog. Spoke to a local here who was polite about it but really not happy that his beauty spot had been found by everybody. I think it's likely the height barrier will be reinstated if we're not careful here! I moved on instead.

Fabulous spot, council guys on site in the morning looking at the height barrier so be aware it may be being re-utilised. Massive shame if so as stunning stopover.

Beautiful spot. Three campervans on a Saturday night, quiet and some cars then arriving from 7:30. Very windy in the afternoon

Beautiful spot. I can see mountains, the sea and a castle! Just myself here from 10pm. Completely quiet and peaceful until 6am when the cocklers arrived with vans and a noisy quad bike. They did not bother me though. Litter picked a bag of other people’s rubbish before leaving. Height barrier is not in operation. No signs forbidding overnight parking.

Quite place. Many cars stop over till after sunset to finish picked up food and drinks or watch the sunset. Not problematic or noisy and stopped after dark.

Height barrier now locked max 2m. Otherwise looks like a great spot.

Visited this location on 19/09/20. Great location right by the Menai straights. Amazing views of puffin island to the right and Penrhyn castle to the left. Few other motorhomes around us in the night. Great spot will certainly visit again.

Great place to stay overnight, no signage about. Amazing views over the water towards Anglesey. There were 5 campers here overnight. Also saw you can camp on the beach if you drive down further. There is a 2.2m height barrier, but doesn't seem to be in use anymore.
