Il y a un certain nombre de places de parking - j'ai juste réussi à installer un camping-car de 6,1 mètres dans un seul espace. Aucune restriction pendant la nuit. De 8h00 à 18h00, séjour de 4 heures maximum, pas de retour dans l'heure. J'ai passé un certain nombre de nuits au fil des ans ici sans être dérangé.
Quiet lane right next to the river. Close to the city centre and the river promenade. There are a number of parking spaces - I just managed to fit a 6.1 metres campervan in a single space. No restrictions during the night. From 08:00 to 18:00, 4 hours maximum stay, no return within 1 hour. I spent a number of nights over the years here undisturbed.

Spent 2 peaceful evenings on here, thankful to the previous reviews, truly is a gem of a Free park up, a 5 minute stroll into the city centre, wonderful walks along the River Dee, all the cities treasures right on your doorstep. In theory you are able to park here from 2pm right throu till 12 noon the next day, although it is a very busy space with the Rowing club and city location.
Quiet Road at night next to the river and woke up overlooking the river and sunrise. It got a little busy in the morning (Saturday morning) with people rowing but didn’t bother us. No restrictions during the night. From 08:00 to 18:00, 4 hours maximum stay, no return within 1 hour. Great spot!
arrived 11pm on a Friday. loads of free spaces. spaces are large enough for a long wheel based ford custom. right next to the river Dee. Super quiet. 8am-6pm mon-sat 4 hours free max stay. no return within 1 hour. away from main roads, right in Chester city centre. minutes walk from cafes/pubs/shops. no height restriction.

Honestly a great spot, very busy during day, best to arrive after 5pm. Quietens down overnight. Lovely park next to you with public toilets. The only downside is the river right next to you.. it smells like sewage. This is where we learned that it's legal in this country for water treatment plants to dump raw sewage into the rivers. Ugh!
Great place to stop for the night and lovely walk into Chester. Struggled to find a spot when we arrive about 7:30pm but lots of space later. Great view onto the river.
spent a night here in March 2024, arrived around 4pm and left 8am next day. Super quiet and peaceful spot and perfect for walking into the city. Fantastic!

Great quiet little spot, close to the city centre. quite a narrow road to access and turn around, limited spaces.
Very pretty street and nice and quiet at night. Quite a few spots that are very level. Busy in the evening though as it's right by a rowing club so nothing available until 9pm then there were lots of spots and they filled right back in in the morning.
We stayed her 9 September but on the other side where the tour boats are moored lots of people around until about 11 pm very quite through the night bench wright next to us so we sat out most of the evening traffic warden was taking numbers by 8 10 am had to leave by 9am went to canal street car park £6.00 24 hours would definitely use again
Arrived late just after midnight, and there were no other vehicles parked up here (we were worried from other comments that we wouldn’t be able to find a place!). There are about 10 spaces, and we fit our 6.2 meter motorhome into one space. Perfect parking and quiet!
Great stop as stated nice walk through park to city, park has toilets. Can be busy to find a spot some days we’ve tried a few times in the afternoon. Yesterday we managed to get a park at 3pm so didn’t have to move until 12 next day. Really quite night hardly any traffic or people overnight and still quite after 8am.
No facilities. Nice quiet lane arrived after 6pm spaces available but they are quiet small. I moved to a space where I could allow the rear to overhang without effecting another space. Nice park to walk round but does get locked at night and a lovely walk along the river with a few pubs and places to eat. Lovely quiet night but started to get busy around 7am with people going to the boathouse.
Nice quiet location stayed 1 night will defo go back. bays are a little small but ok.

Stayed Thursday night. Quiet dead end road. 15-20 min walk into town. In between park and the river. Park is locked at night so long walk around. Thanks!
Arrived just after 6pm, there were loads of spaces. Parked up and had a restful night. Excellent location to explore Chester.
Very busy car park. Perfect spot if there’s room we were lucky at 11am as someone left just before we got there. Close enough to walk to the centre
