A water mill dating from the 16th century, the Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active oil mill in the Vallée du Vern in Neuvic-sur-l'Isle. It was in 1857 that Jacques Elias bought the Veyssière mill. Since then, from generation to generation, we have perpetuated the artisanal production of oil and flour with character: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. A true living heritage, a place of life and sharing, a visit to the Veyssière mill will take you on a journey between history and gastronomy. Free visit and tasting offered.
