We produce it in our new, state-of-the-art mill located on the same premises. At Societat Agrícola Siurana, we also produce organic eggs. We have 9,000 organic laying hens that produce around 8,500 organic eggs per day. These hens eat 100% organic feed and enjoy complete freedom, as they have access to 36,000 m² of outdoor terraces. From the beginning we have been very clear about the principles of sustainability and respect for the biodiversity of our environment and nature.
