The view is awesome and the car park is very spacious. Height barrier at around 2.5 to 3m - sorry can’t be more specific. As others have commented it is a popular spot for youngsters in their cars to hang out, and others out dogging, but they don’t actually bother you. It does mean cars coming and going until after midnight but then it’s really quiet. The morning view is spectacular
Beautiful daytime stop. But definitely not good for overnight stops due to creepy men, young people hanging about smoking weed, car spinning, loud music etc.
Been here a few times for the view. Nice view, but very busy, lots of comings and goings. It gets weird after dark and toilets close around 5pm. Nice to rest at in the day. Would not stay overnight.
I live locally to this. It's a well known spot that men to go in the night time for evening... exercise. I would avoid staying here, there is plenty of laybys on the A46 nearby that would be more noisy but much better to stay in
Lovely place in the day time, with loos and a nice walk and people having picnics. But after 5pm that really changes. You have men in cars and men standing around, not sure what it's about but didn't hang about to find out.
As long as you can ignore the men alone in their cars the view really is amazing at sunset and you can reverse into a spot to sit out the back of the van to watch the sun set.
A well known dogging spot. Would avoid at all costs (unless that’s your thing of course!)
Full of dodgy old blokes hanging around the toilet block and arsehole boy racers at night avoid any time of day.
