You will be able to park in the middle of the rows of vines, alone in the world surrounded by nature! An authentic moment! Beautiful setting with a view of a medieval castle! Pitch, overnight stay and access to dry toilets: free! We work in the vineyards so call or send us a message to let us know of your arrival, so we can welcome you! Discover the wines of our cellar: Dry White, Sweet White, Rosé, Red Bordeaux Supérieur (many vintages from 2014 to 1993), and our Honeys. Shop with local products. Sauternes from the heart! Our historic, century-old estate extends over 6.5 hectares in the Sauternes appellation. Our gravelly-sandy terroirs bring concentration, finesse and elegance to our wines. Their originality is our signature. HVE label since 2019. If you're a wine tourist who loves our French terroirs, we'd be delighted to welcome you for the evening, arriving before 6pm and spending the night on the estate. This will be an opportunity for you to discover our atypical history and know-how during a free tasting session. You'll be able to take full advantage of our very special environment, ideal for walks and strolls.

Welcome to Château du Garde. A haven of peace and discovery nestled in the heart of the first hills of Bordeaux. Here, between verdant vineyards and serene meadows, you'll find an idyllic setting just 15 minutes from the outskirts of Bordeaux. Upon your arrival, we will be delighted to welcome you and guide you to your ideal location. It is important to check in at reception to avoid any potential difficulties on soft ground. Please note: Upon arrival on Chemin du Garde, a diversion has been put in place as construction is currently underway on neighboring houses, which is closing the main road. Follow the white signs (motorhome area) indicating a secondary entrance. We invite you to discover the estate's wines with a tasting at €8/person. Tastings take place at 6:30 p.m., hosted by Jean Benoit Subra, owner and producer. New this year, we offer electric bike rentals to explore the city of Bordeaux and an escape game through Bordeaux, featuring historical sites and puzzles. For cycling enthusiasts, the cycle path 800 meters from the estate will give you access to all the Gironde trails. We also have a washing area for emptying black and gray water, available upon arrival for €5. Come discover the tranquility, beauty, and superb wines of Château du Garde. A small, organic family winery, a member of BORDEAUX PIRATE, we invite you to visit our winery, on the slopes of Haut-Tellas, at Château Haut-Tellas… Your stop at Haut-Tellas will allow you to discover our fine range of white, rosé, and red wines, as well as sparkling wines, grape juices, Brut Rosé, and brandy! And all this while being ideally located for visiting the magnificent and luminous city of Bordeaux... The vineyard on the outskirts of Bordeaux constitutes one of the last rural, green spaces before the city... We welcome you to a green space opposite the winery, on a dominant, unwooded plot, offering you an unobstructed view. In case of extreme heat, we will be able to find wooded areas for you... We regularly organize events at the estate, with our Open House and our festive Apér'Haut-Tellas evenings! Enjoy wonderful festive evenings at the estate. We are not always on site, as the vines are not in a single block, we do not live on site, and we have to sell our wine during the week and sometimes on weekends...
