Clean, well managed site but not geared for campervan, caravans exclusively. Has a busy marina but not accessible to the campers. Has a few clamping pods but they are badly located right beside the admin block. One pod had a massive aerial pylon beside it. The management is efficient with gated entrance with key fob pass. The café hours are very very limited. Hot food only avaliable until 3pm.
Arrived at 18:10h, reception closed, phone goes to mailbox.

If looking for privacy and peaceful relaxation, this isn’t for you. It’s very open being beside the only public access road for the local marina and children’s play park. There are no privacy fences/hedges which encourages a lot of intrusive staring!!! Equally a lot of noise from the contractors, Marina etc. The showers and toilet block are good and the site is clean with mostly helpful staff.
Brilliant value for money, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Not all places completely level but basic raisers will sort that. Great place to visit with dogs; great trails and can easily walk for 1-2 hours around Oxford Island. We stayed one night, quite basic but clean toilet and shower facilities, but would return anytime for £25! Half an hour drive from Belfast is ideal
Ich kann allen bisherigen Beiträge nur bestätigen. WIr waren sofort entzückt und sind 2 Nächte hier geblieben. Toiletten und Dusche sind nur mittels eines Schlüssels zugänglich und die Duschen erinnern mich eher an einer Sportsstätte. Waren trotzdem sauber. Schöne betonierte Stellplätze mit Elektrizitätvä und Wasser an jedem Platz. Freundliches Personal. störend ist der Lärm von der Autobahn.
Heel handig om via de park en ride 15 wandelminuten verder oor bezoek Belfast ( half uur direkte verbinding naar binnenstad) prima camperplaatsen met eigen electrisch en waterpaal alleen sanitair verouderd. prima wifi signaal..wel in de buurt van het toiletgebouw staan. geen 5 sterren ivm staat sanitair. Rustige camping
Wir haben zwei Nächte hier gestanden. Der Platz ist sauber und günstig. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Endroit sympa avec une réserve ornithologique à 1 miles à pieds. Le personnel est sympathique. Le monsieur parle un peu français, prend son temps pour expliquer comment se rendre sur les lieux ornithologique.
Stayed 4 nights £25 a night inc EHU . Excellent value and facilities. £20 refundable deposit for key and key fob. Hot free showers (2) got busy at weekend - clean tidy pleasant environment friendly staff would definitely stay here again
Lovely site £25 including electricity - had trouble getting electric to work - park ranger came and knew straight away problem was that for this campsite plug needed to be 3 mm longer and by using a splitter plug and then our lead it worked
Muy buen lugar. La noche por 25£. Llave de acceso a duchas privadas y fregadero con agua muy caliente. Lugar con mucha seguridad, paseos, parque infantil y de deporte. Bar con desayunos ( te dan un vale de descuento del 10%) para desayunar. Personal muy amable y el entorno muy cuidado. Electricidad y agua corriente en parcela con asfalto y rodeado de hierba. Basuras. Perfecto para pasar la noche.
Stayed one night here and although the road noise did start early I slept well. The showers and toilets are a little tired but for the price the place is worth visiting. The footpaths around the area are good for nature walks but beware of the autumn midges….
Stayed here a few nights ago. Great clean and Tidy place, stopped by on the off chance and managed to get the last pitch. Staff very helpful. Decent showers, toilets and has electric hook up ok very pitch along with a tap. Cost us £24 for the night and £20 refundable deposit for the keys.
Excellent accueil, mais emplacements sans brise-vue et il s'agit d'un grand parking sécurisé avec clés pour sanitaires (WC, lavabos et douches) et badge pour l'entrée et la sortie. La Marina est très belle et les sentiers de balades agréables. (20€/jour avec électricité)
Der Platz hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind noch akzeptabel, die ca. 20 Stellplätze auf Betonflächen sind umgeben von Gras. An jedem Stellplatz gibt es Wasser und Strom. Nicht so gut, dass es wirklich sehr laut ist. Kinder spielen bis 11 pm auf dem Platz und am frühen Morgen lauter Straßenlärm von der Schnellstraße. Abends viel Betrieb am Yachthafen, laute Motorräder usw..
Stayed here on 1st November 2022 for one night in campervan. everything was spotless including showers and toilets. staff was friendly and helpful. would stay again.
Great little site! We had a really friendly welcome; they were busy and we had turned up on spec, but the guy found us a pitch for 2 nights. Pitches are hardstanding with fresh water and EHU, and a small patch of grass. The toilet/shower facilities look a bit worn, BUT the shower was a constant good flow of hot water, so we’re not complaining! Close to cycling/walking trails for Lough Neagh.
Au bord du plus grand lac du Royaume Uni, emplacements un peu restreints en juillet 2019 du a la réalisation de pitch en dur mais néanmoins très bien
