Great laundry room. Washer and dryer and there are also clean toilets and a shower. The toilets are free but for the shower and laundry you just go to the Balenstrand adventure shop opposite the marina (which is also tourist information) for the code and to pay 110NOK. The guy was very friendly. The laundry facilities are available 24-7. Highly recommend. There is plenty of parking available

Kostet inzwischen 110Kr fürs Waschen & trocknen unbegrenzt. Code gibts bei der Touristeninfo (auch per Telefon). Alles ordentlich, aber beim Tumbler die Wasserkammer oben links nicht vergessen, auszuleeren und bitte auch den Filter unten im Türring nach jedem Trocknen reinigen. Ein Waschgang bei 40celsius dauert ca 2,5h, also genug Zeit einplanen :)

Off season. Tourist information centre was closed and the hotel said they didnt knew the code and send us to the supermarket. The lady in de supermarket gave us the code. Didnt had to pay. Clean toilet and (hot) shower.

On a Saturday, we got the code from the tourism information centre located right near the facilities. We paid 90 NOK to use the laundry (washing machine/dryer, as much as we wanted) and 90 NOK to use the shower (also as much as we wanted). Please note that there is only one shower, one washing machine and one dryer, though each is efficient.

Not open on Sunday, joker and coop also closed

Sehr süßer kleiner Ort. Das Tourismusbüro hatte geschlossen aber eine nette Dame vom Joker hat und den Code gegeben. Waschpulver und -Mittel war vorhanden. Bitte beachten ausreichend zu Schleudern vor der Benutzung des Trockners. Während dem Waschen haben wir einen Sprung in den Fjord mit anschließend warmer Dusche gewagt. Direkt vor Ort werden auch Kajaktouren angeboten. Beim Coop gibt es auch eine Post mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern.

Uns wurde der Code von einer netten Mitarbeiterin aus dem Joker gegeben nachdem die Touriinfo schon geschlossen hatte, mussten nichts bezahlen. Haben gewaschen, geduscht und im Fjord gebadet. Ein süßer kleiner Ort der mir in Erinnerung bleiben wird :)

L'Office du tourisme était fermé lorsque nous y sommes allé. Nous avons demandé les horaires d'ouvertures à la supérette d'à côté, qui nous a indiqué qu'ils ouvraient lorsqu'ils le pouvaient, car en manque de personnel. Nous avons préféré passer notre chemin. Lavage : 90 NOK

pour nous c était ouvert. 9 euros et on a le code pour une machine à laver et un sèche linge qui fonctionne très bien ainsi que l accès à une douche bien chaude et propre.

Accès impossible ce dimanche 21 août. Le point d’information est fermé et impossible d’avoir le code dans les hôtels et restaurants alentours.

Abbiamo usato la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Servizio super utile dato che in Norvegia si fa fatica a trovarne. Ottimo e pulito!

Super schön in Balestrand zum verweilen und der Wäsche und Duschservice ist wunderbar! Vielen Dank

Sauber WCs am Hafen mit direkter Parkmöglichkeit (zwei nahegelegene Supermärkte). Zudem kostenpflichtig warme gepflegte Duschmöglichkeit, Frischwasser und Waschen/Trocknen vorhanden. Bezahlung in der gegenüberliegenden Touristeninformation (balestrandadventures). Bei geschlossener Touristeninformation wird auf das nahegelegene Hotel verwiesen, welches jedoch keine Zahlungs-/Dienstleistungsvereinbarung mit dem Touristencenter getroffen hat - … den Code gab es von den freundlichen Rezeptionistinnen trotzdem :) Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zu bequem ist sich durchzufragen (nach der Saison).

Tourist office is closed with a sign to ask for help at hotel Kviknes 300m down the road. The receptionist at the hotel said the facilities are currently closed. If you want to come here to use them, I suggest contacting the hotel first to check they are working.

We used today the excellent laundry & dryer facilities at the harbour. For 90nok we received from the local tourist office the door code to enter the laundry room (which is valid until midnight). Please note that you have to bring your own washing detergent. Everything clean and top in order.

We tried to use the facilities but they were locked and we got shouted at by an older local that camping is not allowed (we weren’t planning on staying just wanted to use shower/laundry). Unsure where to find the code to get in so we left.

Très bon plan ! Machine à laver + séchage, douche super propre, eau disponible ! Possibilité de baignade et pêche dans le port.

Eau gratuite ! Vous pouvez appeler et ainsi avoir de l’électricité + douche + lave linge + toilettes mais en basse saison seulement je pense car c’est avant tout fait pour les bateaux

Une machine à laver et son sèche-linge à volonté pendant 24h au prix de 90 nok. Accès sécurisé, chapeau et on peut se garer devant. La personne du tourisme information est super gentille et serviable. Vous avez 2 supérettes à portée de la main pour passer le temps. Super bon plan
