Parfait laverie unique à l’île de Skye, elle se trouve bien derrière l’hôtel à droite de l’entrée (il faut descendre une petite pente pour y trouver la porte rouge ouverte de 9h à 21h), nous avons retirer de l’argent à la banque à 3min à pied de l’hôtel et échanger au guichet de la bank pour avoir des petites pièces pour pouvoir utiliser les machines, linge propre et sec rapidement, je recommande

Very old machines but they work and we could wash our clothes with no problem Helpful staff at the youth hostel. 1£/detergent

maybe not new but done there good laundry for a few coins. Parking is not available

Laverie automatique bien pratique pendant un road-trip! Certes c'est vieillot et pas hyper propre mais le lave-linge et le sèche-linge font leur job! Merci pour ce service...difficile à trouver!

You have to get tokens from reception. Arrived at 12pm Sunday, but Reception closed until 4pm... There was also a queue of laundry bags by the machines. I don't think this is a reliable service as Hostel guests also using. Shame there's no real laundry facilities on the island.

very good laundrette.. but owner was very angry we parked in the carpark behind. He came round shouting at us to move the car and stop making cups of tea. Back to laundrette facilities... there are 3 washers 1 x large(13kg) £7, 1 x medium(6.5kg) £5 and 1 x small £4(4kg). 2 x dryers £3.

Kleiner Waschsalon. Es kann nur mit Münzen bezahlt werden. 5£ pro Waschmaschiene (25 Min). 3£ pro 30 Min trocknen. Waschmittel ist vorhanden.

Très bien, ça dépanne vu que c’est la seule laverie. 2 grosses machines, lavage en 30 min, 5 Livres. Et 2 gros sèche linge ! Mis à disposition de lessive ( elle sent très bon et lave bien), détachant et adoucissant ( dans le placard à la porte bleue) !

Nicht ganz neu, aktuell 3 Waschmaschinen (je 5 Pfund) und 2 Trockner (je 3 Pfund). Ggfs. muss man auf einen Trockner etwas warten. Aber sowohl waschen als auch trocknen dauert nur je 30 Minuten. Pizza nebenan ist super lecker und in Portree lohnt sich ein kleiner Bummel.

Only laundry room in the area, so you have to work with what you have. Very old machines. 2 washing machines are out of service, so you only have 1 5kg and another with 12kg. Coin operated. If you need change, go to the hostel front desk and ask them. Very nice lady will gladly do it for you!

La laverie est très sale et ne sent pas bon, ça ne donne pas très envie de s'en servir. 2 machines sur 5 HS. Mais ça dépanne.

3 of 5 washing machines broken (Sep 2019), people queuing. Went to the hostel next door for the washing, came back to do the drying here. Plan to spend the day if you need to wash more than one machine.
