Amazing view down the valley, on a fairly main road but quiet enough at night. Other pull in on quieter roads nearby worth a look too. V good for nearby walks. Check out Button village shop 5mins away for supplies.

10/05/25 stayed for one night spectacular views quiet with only a few cars passing and after 11 didn't notice anymore cars passing i was the only one here still has remains of tarmac but could get 2 - 3 vans in
CLC8709/03/2025Parked here overnight, quite quiet 1 other van parked. Few cars passed late on but very peaceful overnight. Beautiful view of sunrise and no noticeable passing traffic until 9:30-10.

Stunning views ! Next to a very easy drive road . Lots of cars arrived in the morning , but I was the only one there staying that night. And didn’t hear much road traffic considering it’s just off the road . No bins. But pub 10 mins walk down the road (really lovely walk too)

What a view! We went for tea at the red lion, then 5 minutes up the road to this car park for the night. Lovely and quiet. Morning coffee and walk with a fabulous view then off to Whitby. Worth a stop
