(SO40 7AA) Ashurst Campsite

Ein super schöner Platz mit viel Platz für alle Gefährte. Sehr gepflegte WC/Duschanlage. Duschen kostenfrei und unlimited. Der Platz ist mitten im Nationalpark und umgegeben von Bäumen. Auf dem Platz wird man gelegentlich von Pferden begrüßt. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderungen sehr zu empfehlen. Super schöne Natur!

Abbiamo dormito per caso una notte dovendo poi fare riparare il furgone nelle vicinanze. Camping molto ampio in una foresta con tantissimo spazio. personal molto gentile e socievole, bagni e docce puliti, scarico e carico disponibili. Silenzioso di notte e comunque è molto ampio con possibilità di stare isolati. Consigliatissimo per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura.

Lovely place to stay, very quiet in the week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were very clean, there is a laundry room and dishwashing room too. No electric hook ups. Woke up to ponies outside the door. 2 pubs within walking distance.

Gorgeous place in the forest, I would have given 5 if there was electric, being amongst the wildlife, listening to the birds, sheer bliss, Ashurst Village has everything you need, we had lunch in the Happy Cheese pub, great food, good price, garden and play area for the kids, definitely recommend site and pub

Very nice and big campsite with one big building for toilets and showers wich is older but very well maintained, no electricity but when you have electricity in your van its no problem. we had a very nice and quiet time here although it was a busy weekend.

Un campsite parfait pour une halte au calme au milieu des chevaux. Il y a de l'espace en plus pour s'isoler. Je recommande!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel proper sanitair. Rustgevend kamperen in het bos waar pony’s los rondlopen. Op wandelafstand is een pub met restaurant. Wel prijzig: 38 pond voor 1 nacht voor een camper met 2 personen. Er is geen electriciteit aanwezig.

Super ruhiger und schöner Campingplatz und mit den herumlaufenden Pferden einfach cool. Sanitäranlagen sind einwandfrei. Man hat freie Platzwahl. 25 £ für die Nacht mit einem T4 und zwei Personen sind voll in Ordnung.

nice campingsite. clean shower and toilet. possibility to do you laundry. payed 27£ for 3 adults for 1 night. freeroming pony's and horses.

has everything you need but be aware that there is an active train line very close to one side of the camp which went on until all hours and started very early

Absolutely gorgeous place, very close to a fantastic pub and Indian restaurant ( don’t advise if your staying in a small tent or van) surrounded by cows and horses. Lovely bike tracks, you can ride or walk for miles. Very well kept snd lovely welcome by the staff. The gates are locked between 10-7.30 so be aware if you need an early start

Als je niet uitkijkt staat er 's avonds (gezellig) een paard voor je camperraam. Want die lopen namelijk rustig over het uitgestrekte camperterrein. Prima camping met ruime plekken. Er is géén elektriciteit.

Simple but beautiful lovely site. Can choose to park anywhere on-site. Lovely to be in between the trees. Park away from the main road to avoid noise. Toilets are clean and big. Pub a short walk away that does tasty food and drinks. Dart board free to use

Super mooi en schoon. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Prachtig bos en pony’s! Het is oneven terrein, maar heel Engeland is oneven terrein, dus zoek je plek en gebruik je blokken waar nodig! Ga vooral ook in het bos wandelen of fietsen!!

Fantastic site. So peaceful. Lovely to wake up to New Forest ponies. Very clean facilities & friendly staff/wardens. Great place to explore the forest - lots of walks nearby & train station 5 minutes away to get to Lymington, Brockenhurst, Poole, Southampton etc. No dogs due to nearby nesting birds. Only glass recycling - no tins, paper, plastic etc but bins near Happy Cheese pub. Loved our stay

Accueil souriant et chaleureux... Magnifique endroit! Réveillés par les chevaux sauvages. Sanitaires impec et douches bien chaudes. Parfait!

En pleine nature accompagné de chevaux sauvages. Très bon accueil. Sanitaires très propres. un petit moins par le bruit du train. Il faut mieux s'installer à l'opposé des voies de chemin de fer.

Wunderschöner Campingplatz mit altem Eichenbaumbestand und freien Wiesenflächen. Ponys, Kühe und Eichhörnchen leben friedlich nebenher. Viel Platz, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter*innen, sehr sauberer Platz und ebensolche Sanitär, direkter Zugang zum abenteuerlichen Wald, sehr ruhig und entspannt. Komplette Ver- und Entsorgung, aber kein Strom. Kosten für 7 m Womo incl 2 Erw.: 20,50£ p.N.

Very beautiful campground with a lot of space and very kind service! You can choose a space on your own. There is quite busy railway track passing by. Paid 32 £ for a campervan and two persons in summer.

Schöner großer Campingplatz mit sauberen Sanitär. Man kann stehen wo es einem gefällt. Nur der Zug ist etwas laut aber Nachts ist nur selten Verkehr und stört nicht.

Really tidy, clean and well laid out. Always within 5 minute walk to the facilities which are spotless with instant hot water. Variety of different landscapes, open and wooded. Only reason marked down 1 star is that either side of the campsite there is a railway track or a main road. The road isn’t too noisy but park close enough to the trains and you won’t forget it!

Excellent setting with animals roaming wild. Very clean facilities but that is reflected in the price, not cheap but we will definitely be camping here again.

Très joli camping, le train ne passe cependant pas loin (donc bruit) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. £26 pour l’emplacement mi août mais attention nous y sommes retournés 3 jours plus tard c’était un “spécial week end” (le lundi était férié) et le prix est passé à £39,50

Spot super magnifique mais malheureusement interdit aux chiens contrairement à la description faite.

Nous venons de nous arrêter mais le tarif n’est pas de 10 mais de 22 livres. Nous avons été surpris mais le lieu est très chouette.
