Parkplatz über Nacht genutzt, um Rangers Spiel zu besuchen. station kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Während Spiel war Parkplatz voll, danach standen wir dort mit 2 Campern. 3 Pfd. Kein Service. Durch Riverside-Museum scheint es ein CCTV zu geben, bin aber nicht sicher. Für eine Übernachtung ( wenn man autark ist), völlig ok.
Top plaats. Lawaai was niet storend maar onze mobilhome is extra goed geïsoleerd. Betalen: munten of website. Nummerplaat niet herkend maar je kan verder klikken en betalen. Wacht tot 18u om overnight betaling £3 te kunnen doen. 10 min te voet tot Partick metro/bushalte. Honden mogen niet op metro wel op de bus. Neem in Dumbarton Road vlak aan station bus 77 naar centrum of de hop on hop off.
Der Parkplatz ist für einen CityTrip perfekt. Stellt man sich auf die Plätze vor dem Lärmschutzwall, ist es Nachts auch relativ ruhig. Mit dem Hop-On/Hop-Off-Bus der dort eine Haltestelle hat, ist man super schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Um das Museum rum kann man Abends auch noch sehr schön sitzen und auf das Wasser schauen.
n ayant pas monnaie, nous avons voulu payer avec l application Ring Go. celle ci ne reconnaît pas les plaques Française. Nous avons demandé à la police qui était sur place qui nous a dit d aller un peu plus loin car c est gratuit. Nous nous sommes mis sur la parking " Coath parking only " même si cela paraît étrange.
Parkplatz vom Museum - guter Platz um City zu erkunden. Sightseeingbus fährt hier direkt an/ab. 3£ pro Nacht, tagsüber andere Konditionen (Preisstaffelung Stundenweise). Straße mit dauerhaftem Verkehr, aber gar nicht so laut wie erwartet. Öffentliche Sitzmöglichkeiten vom Museum könnte man nutzen, öffentliche Müllbehältnisse vorhanden. Wir würden hier wieder stehen
Een betaalde parkeerplaats net buiten Glasgow. Met een shuttlebus die je naar het hartje van Glasgow brengt. En nog leuker een fantastisch leuk groot gratis transport museum voor de deur. Echt de moeite waard. Geen camper service. Wel wat verkeersgeluid, maar goed geslapen.
Wir haben hier eine ruhige Nacht am Freitag verbracht. Genügend Platz, Mülltonnen, Preis mit 3£ pro Nacht bis 8 Uhr absolut akzeptabel. Danach etwas teurer, aber für einen Stadttrip immer noch günstig. Ein Besuch im kostenlosen Riverside Museum sollte man unbedingt einplanen, wenn man hier parkt. Sehr sehenswert. Eine Haltestelle von Hopp on Hopp of ist auch hier.

Great park up for £3. ideal if you are visiting Glasgow for any reason. a bit of background noise from traffic but that is to be expected from a city centre park up. noise was worse in the morning than at night but still bearable.

Ideal for a trip into Glasgow. It’s outside of the LEZ zone (which our campervan isn’t allowed in) was the best we could find within reasonable distance. Good safe place to park, just a big flat car park at the museum. No toilets. It’s £3 overnight but £2.50 per hour before 6pm which is pretty pricey. You can’t pay the £3 overnight charge until 6pm, so we just renewed our parking at 6pm via the app and paid the £3. You have to leave at 8am too. About 15 min walk to Kelvingrove where there’s the art museum and bars and restaurants then a further 20 mins right into the city centre. The best we could find around here so I would recommend for people in vans wanting to spend the night in the city!
Very noisy location, even traffic lights that make noise at 6 in the morning. Groundworkers start also at 6. It’s also next to a main road
possible pour une nuit mais c'est juste un parking. assez calme il est vrai. sur Glasgow allez plutôt au parking de Pollock House au milieu d'un parc et gratuit. musée des transports super.
A good location, pretty quiet overnight. You can only use coins to pay or else pay via app.
Probably as good as you can get for a carpark in Central Glasgow. Stayed here for 1 night and it did the job as we were meeting friends in the city. Now £3 to stay 6-8am. Very well lit, didn’t see any CCTV as in previous posts. Had some clowns come and do some donuts and see how much they could rev their engines on the gravel about 23:30 but was quiet after that.
Best stop over in Glasgow. very large, flat car park. Good lighting & cctv. £2 per hour between 08.00 - 18.00 and flat fee of £3 overnight. Stayed 1 night ( Friday 7th April). No issues. very safe. Road noise from main road from early, but nothing the earbuds didn't block out. Bus stop on site into town. we grabbed an Uber without any worries
This was a great stop, two pounds overnight, but it was hard for us to pay with our United States based phones. Eventually we gave up and called to pay, which made us use cell service we hadn’t planned on. Have coins to avoid this! There is a bus stop in the parking lot that has the double decker on/off tour, which was perfect for us and the kids. The museum is free and kids loved it.
Übernachtung am 28.+29.10.: großer Museumsparkplatz, Preise wie oben angehen, Sa Abends war es etwas länger lauter, aber ok; in der Nähe Riverside Museum + Museumsschiff Glenlee, ca. 20 min zum Science Center, ca. 10 min zum Morrisons und einer U-Bahnstation, von dort ca. 10 min in die Altstadt (einfaches Ticket 1,60 und Tagesticket 4,60)
Einfacher Parkplatz direkt am kostenlosen Riverside Museum. Für eine Nacht ganz okay, allerdings hatten wir bis ca. 23:00 Uhr laute Musik auf dem Parkplatz und mehrere Autos.
Parking du musée, ok pour la nuit (2 pounds), néanmoins cher si on reste plus longtemps. Passage de trains assez régulièrement juste derrière. Juste à côté de la Distillerie Clydeside.
its okay, 2 pound for a night on a good lit place. just feeling a bit onsure if you stand alone. no harm done. nice museum!
Fine for an overnight stop but quite expensive if staying for longer periods. About 60 mins walk to the centre.

Looks dodgy but actually a great spot. Absolutely no housing nearby and apart from some teenagers playing on skateboards on the science centre steps, no gangs of thugs or boy racers. £2.40 for the night which is a bargain. Only minus is a big one being the nearby expressway and more importantly the flipping RAILWAY ! It’s not subtle but I got over it. A great park for inner city though.
Great spot. Overnight charges 6pm-8am £2. Otherwise various hourly charges. Free for Blue badge parking in specified bays only. No facilities other than coffee hut & ice cream seller.
Aucun souci, nous avons bien payé 2 £ pour rester jusqu'à 8h, il n'y avait personne d'autre que nous mais je pense qu'il n'y a aucun souci pour rester la nuit
Pour la journée vaste parking qui permet de visiter à pied 3 musées Kelvingrove, Riverside et Science centre. Nous n y avons pas passé la nuit.
Big, well lit car park. £2 for all night from 6pm-8am. Best place we could find arriving late night.
Not sure where the £2 parking overnight comes from, parking costs vary from £2 for 1 hour upto £10.40 for 10 hours. Not sure you can stay overnight. On the plus side, there are plenty of spaces.
