Halfway stop from Derby to Southampton and what a little gem of a place this is, the wardens are very polite. The plots are very spacious with hard standing adjacent to grassed areas, there are nearby pubs and bus stops should you wish to explore. at the time of the review they are awaiting portakabin type toilet and shower facilities to be delivered.

A great site in a lovely location, Phil and Sandy were knowledgeable of the area and friendly. The site has no shower or toilets at present so only accepting self sufficient vans. Easy walk into lovely Burford with pubs and shops. Clarksons Farmers Dog pub is 3 miles down the road and easily reached from the site by bus for £4.80 return.

We stayed for four nights and it was perfect for us because unlike the ‘big’ sites we’re not paying for facilities and things we have no intention of using. An informative brief on arrival by the friendly wardens ensured we made the most of the local area. Walking to The Farmers Dog is just a 4.5mile country walk along public rights of way and single track lanes. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a night to test out my new Campervan. Staff very friendly and helpful, small site good facilities and quick walk into town. Nearest pub less than 5 min walk

A very neat, clean, secure and quiet site perfect walking distance into Burford. £20EHU. As stated, no toilets only (very clean) pot washing sink. But worth being prepared for as site was so nice. Went out of season between xmas&NY. Would stay again.

Excellent site. Perfect for Burford and good bus. Links to Oxford and Witney. Site owners really helpful. Snack wagon outside open 7am till 11pm.

Great little campsite, phoned quite late in the day to enquire about availability. Luckily, November is quite a quiet time of year, so we were able to get a spot for the night, £25 a night with EHU, water tap next to the van, they did have dish washing area, but no shower or toilet available when we were there. hosts were helpful and welcoming. would definitely use again.

Lovely few days. Warm welcome from relief wardens. Hard standing away from the road Burford chocablock with tourists & traffic, but nice meal at The Angel. 9 mile hike from the site. Friends live in Northleach, not far away. Take bus or park at The Prison & walk into town. Not touristy but really interesting. Pick up a walking tour map from the church which has interesting local history display.

Preis- Leistung stimmt, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, freundlicher Empfang, grosse Parzelle, super Ort für Cotswolds und Oxford. Bufon ist hübsch.

Terrain parfaitement entretenu. Pas de problème pour la cassette wc, par contre nous avons dû jeter les eaux grises sur la grille dans la rue (bof). Le village est magnifique tout comme Bourton on the water.

Good little secure spot with electric. lots of pubs and shops nearby. all amenities needed for campers. only downside is no toilets and showers. but I'd stay again.

Abosulutley spot on site site. Wardens could not be more helpful. Pitches are large and spacious and individually sectioned off , Mostly hardstanding, All are level and well drained. Adequate water and EHU points through out the site. Drive gates are locked between 10Pm and 7Am as a security , stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again , Blenheim Palace, only just down the road

Good location close to Burford. Pleased to see dogs must be on leads on the campsite. Roomy pitches. Warm welcome by the owners. As we are a fully contained motorhome we do not mind that there are no toilets and showers. All seems very well organised and reasonable.

No toilets, no showers, cost £20 a night. Lots of notices prohibiting things, eg no exercising of dogs. dogs to be kept on lead, no barbecues, Even prohibited from washing boots in the sink for dishes. As if one would....

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans le camping, le patron est très cool et les emplacements suffisamment grand. Camping très calme malgré la proximité de la route

Symbols state it has a bakery. Starbucks just off the nearby roundabout. No bakery on site. The symbol states motorhome waste water point. ItOwner advised I could dump my waste water in the roadside drain outside the site. I am not sure this is even legal. I didn’t use this as I don’t want to pollute the countryside. Nice private pitches. Water and electricity points good access
