Enormous free carpark. Plenty of spaces for any 6 hour period but don't park in the bus lane as these are needed by the buses. Free, clean toilets. As well as visiting the village you can walk up the footpaths and onto the hill behind to see beautiful views, or along to the lake, but it can be a little muddy.

Great parking with designated places for motorhome. You are allowed to park here for max 6h. We arrived at 7.30 am and there were still spaces available. after 10 a.m., you might find it challenging to find a spot. We went for a nice hike from there and swam in the lake. People also take a bus from there to other towns. So just arrive early if you can.

Wir sind heute morgen (Montag) um kurz vor 8 Uhr angekommen und haben den letzten Parkplatz ergattert. wirkt so als würden hier auch viele übernachten, da es noch sehr ruhig ist. Guter Parkplatz für die Besichtigung von A.

Simple parking en pente (durée de stationnement max de 6h), complet à notre arrivée à 10h.. attente 15 minutes pour trouver une petite place coincé entre une voiture et une moto ..tout de même pratique pour visite À .. (départ de rando sur place )

Buen aparcamiento para la llegada/salida del ferry y para visitar el pueblo. Durante el día es muy transitado por todo tipo de vehículos, hay que tener paciencia o suerte. Las vistas desde el acantilado cercano son geniales

Super um tagsüber die Stadt zu besuchen, das sogar für Umsonst. Es gibt direkt dort auch Toiletten. ABER: Leider parken einige Womos wieder als gehören ihnen der Platz. Es ist nicht Nett über 4 Parkplätze zu parken, es gibt ein paar große Plätze für große Wohnmobile und der Rest ist nur für kleinere. Wenn man sich das Chaos anschaut, wird es sicher bald verboten mit Camper hier zu stehen.

As a car park for visiting Å it is absolutely fine. Plenty of space. You can stay for 6 hours. Free.

Perfecto para ver la ciudad. Es amplio. Vimos muchas autocaravanas y furgos a primera hora de la mañana. Cerca del ferry de Moskenes.

Perfetto per visitare Å. Ci sono i parcheggi dedicati ai camper (anche se quando siamo arrivati noi erano stra pieni). Siamo arrivati il mattino e c'era parecchio posto libero. Si può rimanere per massimo 6 ore, ma bastano e avanzano per visitare il villaggio.

Parcheggio grande e gratuito. C'è molto ricambio di auto/camper quindi non è difficile trovare posto.

Guter Platz, groß, auch im Juli möglich. Abends kommen hin und wieder Busse, sind aber nicht laut. Keine Versorgungsmöglichkeit.

Solución rápida, como nosotros, llegáis de madrugada a las Lofoten con ferry. Es un parking con baños disponibles que pertenecen a la tienda de souvenirs. Bastante ruidoso por el movimiento constante de turistas que visitan el bonito pueblo de Å.

Parking for 6hrs only, park in bays, we watched a man checking registrations and ticketing vehicles. Nice historic village with hike. Very busy, approach roads were grid locked at times also drivers to fast for small roads and don’t move over.

Toiletten sauber und beheizt und Warmwasser. Viele Stellplätze. Maximal 6 Stunden Stehzeit. Super um sich die Stadt Å anzugucken. Ruhig ist was anderes. Nachts ständig Autos die über dem Parkplatz drüber fahren.

Dogodna lokalizacja do zwiedzenia miejscowosci, w dzień mocno zatłoczony, spory ruch w nocy, łazienka z ciepła wodą, ale niezbyt czyste.

Great place, but little noisy.

Large free level carpark that loads of vans use after coming off the ferry. Toilets but no other facilties. Shop/information centre looked good but doesnt open till 11am. Located on the edge of an amazing village.

Parking bien placé, le village est juste à côté. Attention, avec un véhicule long, si le parking est bien plein, s'engager dans la file à gauche en rentrant peut s'avérer "acrobatique"...

A lot of spaces but in high season you have to be lucky to find a free one.

Arrived late after the ferry and wow, 50 campers and caravans already on spot! But still nice to find this space! Clean toilets.

Kostenloser Parkplatz und super geeignet, um sich den Ort anzuschauen. Toiletten gibt es auch. Manche Leute können nur leider nicht parken und nehmen deswegen unnötig viel Raum ein :)

Perfect for a visit of A. Please do not take up 2 (or even 4!) spaces! If we want everyone to have a spot and for this place to remain free, we have to show some respect!

Einfach toll, das Å die Möglichkeit bietet, umsonst zu parken, doch leider gibt es einige WoMo-Fahrer die hier ihre Stühle aufstellen und "campen", statt anderen die Möglichkeit zu geben, den wunderschönen Ort anzusehen.

I have rated this against what I expected to find there. An ideal spot after or before the ferry crossing. The town has a lovely bakery and is we worth a visit.

Après notre ferry et arrivé sur les lieux à 4h30 du matin nous étions bien contents de trouver ce parking pour nous accueillir. Nous étions très nombreux mais cela nous a pas empêché de nous reposer. Merci à la commune.

Das ist ein Beispiel dafür, wie krass übervoll die Lofoten Ende Mai sein können. Beide Fähren, sowohl kurz vor 17 Uhr als auch 1 Uhr sind voll und als 1 Uhr Anleger hast du kaum noch eine Chance da zu stehen. Das ist mittlerweile nichts besseres als der Ausweichparkplatz vor und nach der Fährfahrt. Gott sei dank waren die Toiletten in einem akzeptablen Zustand.

Sind dort nach der Fähre hingefahren. Gut zu erreichen, viel los. Der Laden hatte leider zu und nur 1 von 2 Toiletten war geöffnet. Von dem Parkplatz kann man gut kleine Wanderungen starten und das Dorf Å anschauen.

Schöne Kurzwanderung möglich. Dorf sehr gut erreichbar

In der Nebensaison überhaupt keine Platzprobleme. Auch schien niemand die Überschreitung der Parkzeit zu kontrollieren. Einzig die Busse des ÖPNV verkehren hier noch, sodass die entsprechend markierten Flächen nicht zugeparkt werden sollten! Es war allerdings nur eine der drei Toiletten aufgeschlossen.

Super Möglichkeit um nach der späten Fähre nicht lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen zu müssen, guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen sowie zur Besichtigung von Å. Keine Toiletten. Sehr viel Platz für viele Wohnmobile, ist aber uneben.

Leider halten sich nicht alle Camper an die 6 Std. Parkdauer. Dies führte dazu, dass der Platz ziemlich vollgestellt mit WoMos war. Manche davon parkten auch noch so, dass sie 4 PKW-Parkplätze gleichzeitig einnahmen. Also bitte benehmt euch, haltet die Regeln ein und seid rücksichtsvoll!

Great free parking for upto 6 hours whilst visiting the lovely village and the view point. toilet a bit dirty but ok and free, large rubbish bin in carpark. bid not stay the night as it said no camping. thank you to the village for providing the free car park as it saves lots of congestion in the village.

Schöner Parkplatz um sich Å anzusehen und die Gegend zu erkunden aber: Den gesamten Parkplatz säumen Schilder mit dem Hinweis das die maximale Parkdauer 6 Stunden beträgt. Wir haben uns daher für die Nacht lieber nach einem anderen Platz umgesehen.

Parking gratuit. Les alentours sont magnifiques, le petit village touristique aussi, vive la morue. Merci pour cet espace gratuit sur les Lofoten, pourvu que cela continue !

Ok for one night, especially coming with evening ferry or going in the morning ; it does the job, toilets are clean, with sinks/hot water.

Well... it’s a pretty uncharming but functional parking ground. Big bonus for clean toilets and warm running water in the tourist information building. The walk to Å Takes about 2mins, using the way next to the tourist office.

Grand parking gratuit, sans charme, mais qui permet d’aller visiter le village en contrebas (n’oubliez pas d’aller y déguster un cinnamon roll, dans la boulangerie), et de randonner un peu plus haut.

Kein besonders toller Ort - ein Parkplatz halt. Bis nach Mitternacht ziemlich laut. Früh ging es such recht zeitig los.

It may be a very popular tarmac car park but this really is a great place to say and completely free. The location is superb as the surrounding area is just stunning. Free toilets with hot running water. What more do you want.........water maybe but that’s just being picky!

Schöner, ruhiger Platz über der Stadt. Toller Ausblick von den Klippen. Stockfische neben dem Parkplatz sorgen für den typischen Geruch, den wir aber nicht als unangenehm empfanden.

Quiet spot. Toilets are clean and have hot water. The only problem is the fish drying racks just behind the parking are full in springtime so there was a constant faint smell of fish.

Le spot n'est intéressant que pour dormir gratuitement et avoir une petite belle vue. Village avec un intérêt très limité.

Wir sind gegen 6 Uhr morgens nach der Fähre dort angekommen, um noch etwas zu schlafen. Es waren noch ausreichend Plätze vorhanden. Spätestens mittags ist der Parkplatz jedoch brechend voll von Womos, PKWs und Bussen. Leider wurden wir auch ziemlich rücksichtslos zugeparkt. Liegt vielleicht an der Zeit Mitte/Ende Juli und ist früher oder später im Jahr besser.
