stayed here for one night, Very quiet and felt safe

Good spot on quiet road. Stayed on a Friday night and only a few cars/trucks passed. Popular with dog walkers in the morning and early evening. But nothing else. Felt safe. Nice walks around airbase. Do not go on the area with the little building, lots of garbage and is used a a toilet. There is a very high chance of stepping in something nasty. I speak from experience.

Quiet enough spot, but be warned that the phone signal is generally poor here for Giffgaff/O2. Normally not an issue, but I parked here specifically for the phone signal so I could do some work (online) in the morning. There was none, so I had to move on.

Nice little spot. The airfield and museum are very small, but well worth a visit.
