Notre site offre une combinaison idéale de sécurité, de tranquillité et d’accessibilité. Le parking est situé directement à l’entrée de l’autoroute Berlin-Pankow (A114) et à environ 6 minutes à pied de la gare S-Bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf. C’est donc un point de départ idéal pour explorer Berlin, avec ou sans véhicule.

Choix libre d’emplacement pour les véhicules jusqu’à 7,5 m, avec de nombreux emplacements adaptés aux grands véhicules ou ensembles jusqu’à 12 m.

Infrastructures & équipements

Électricité : Des raccordements électriques sont disponibles sur place et peuvent être ajoutés en option.
Eau : L’approvisionnement en eau potable ainsi que la vidange des eaux grises et noires sont inclus dans le prix.

Pour un simple service de remplissage et/ou de vidange, un supplément s’applique. Des QR codes sont disponibles sur place pour un paiement via PayPal.

Prochainement : installations de lavage et de séchage ainsi qu’un service d’échange de bouteilles de gaz.

Accès

À proximité immédiate de l’autoroute A114 (env. 100 m) et de la gare S-Bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf (env. 300 m).

Règles

Par respect pour les autres, notamment nos voisins, merci de respecter le calme nocturne de 22h à 6h. Les déplacements, bruits de moteur et autres nuisances sonores doivent être réduits au minimum pendant cette période.

Les stores et bâches doivent rester repliés.
Les chaises, barbecues et autres équipements de camping ne sont pas autorisés sur le site.

1 minute to the A114 motorway, 5-minute walk to the Pankow-Heinersdorf S-Bahn and tram stop. Despite its central location, it's quiet. This makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city.

Upon arrival, please drive past the workshop. You can choose your own spot in the rear of the property.

Unser Standort bietet dir eine ideale Kombination aus Sicherheit, Ruhe und hervorragender Erreichbarkeit. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt Berlin-Pankow (A114) und nur etwa 6 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Pankow-Heinersdorf entfernt. Damit ist er der ideale Startpunkt, um Berlin mit oder ohne Fahrzeug zu erkunden.

Freie Platzwahl bis 7,5 m Fahrzeuglänge und viele Plätze auch für große Fahrzeuge oder Gespanne bis 12m.

Infrastruktur & Features

Strom: Stromanschlüsse sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden und können bei Bedarf hinzugebucht werden.

Wasser: Frischwasseranschluss sowie Grau- und Schwarzwasserentsorgung für Wohnmobile sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Möchtest du nur Ver- und/oder Entsorgen, so erfolgt das gegen Gebühr. Du findest dazu QR Codes vor Ort und kannst via PayPal bezahlen.

In Kürze bieten wir dir auch Wasch- & Trocknungsmöglichkeiten an. Ebenso kannst du deine Gasflaschen bei uns tauschen.

Alle Services werden unabhängig von anderen Unternehmen vor Ort angeboten und sind per Self-Service rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Ausgenommen Gas-Flaschen aus Sicherheitsgründen.

Unmittelbare Nähe zur Autobahn A114 (ca. 100 m) sowie zum S-Bahnhof Pankow-Heinersdorf (ca. 300 m).

Auflagen

Bitte beachte im Sinne gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme, insbesondere zu unseren Nachbarn, die Nachtruhe von 22–6 Uhr. Fahrten, Motorgeräusche und andere Lärmemissionen sollten in der Zeit auf ein Minimum beschränkt werden.

Markisen oder Tarps müssen eingefahren bleiben.

Stühle, Grillgeräte oder sonstiges Camping-Equipment sind auf dem Platz nicht zulässig und müssen im Fahrzeug verbleiben.

El aparcamiento se encuentra directamente junto a la entrada de la autopista Berlin-Pankow (A114) y a unos 6 minutos a pie de la estación S-Bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf. Es el punto de partida ideal para explorar Berlín.

Elección libre de plaza para vehículos de hasta 7,5 m, con muchos espacios también aptos para vehículos grandes o conjuntos de hasta 12 m.

Infraestructura y servicios

Electricidad: Conexiones disponibles en el recinto bajo solicitud.
Agua: Suministro de agua potable y vaciado de aguas grises y negras incluidos en el precio.

Solo servicios de carga y/o descarga disponibles por un coste adicional. QR codes en el lugar, pago vía PayPal.

Próximamente también servicio de lavado y secado, así como intercambio de bombonas de gas.

Muy cerca de la autopista A114 (aprox. 100 m) y de la estación S-Bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf (aprox. 300 m).

Normas

Por respeto mutuo, especialmente hacia nuestros vecinos, se debe respetar el horario de silencio de 22:00 a 06:00. Los ruidos deben mantenerse al mínimo.

Los toldos o lonas deben permanecer recogidos.
No se permiten sillas, barbacoas ni otros equipos de camping en el recinto.

La nostra struttura offre una combinazione ideale di sicurezza, tranquillità e ottima accessibilità. Il parcheggio si trova direttamente all’ingresso dell’autostrada Berlin-Pankow (A114) e a circa 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione S-Bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf. È quindi il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Berlino, con o senza veicolo.

Libera scelta del posto per veicoli fino a 7,5 m, con molti spazi adatti anche a veicoli più grandi o combinazioni fino a 12 m.

Infrastruttura & servizi

Elettricità: Collegamenti elettrici disponibili in loco su richiesta.
Acqua: Rifornimento di acqua potabile e smaltimento acque grigie e nere inclusi nel prezzo.

Per solo carico e/o scarico è previsto un costo aggiuntivo. Sul posto sono disponibili QR code per il pagamento tramite PayPal.

Presto saranno disponibili anche servizi di lavaggio e asciugatura, oltre al cambio bombole di gas.

Regole

Per rispetto reciproco, soprattutto verso i vicini, si prega di osservare il silenzio notturno dalle 22:00 alle 6:00. Spostamenti e rumori devono essere ridotti al minimo.

Tende da sole e teloni devono rimanere chiusi.
Sedie, barbecue o altri accessori da campeggio non sono consentiti.

Onze locatie biedt een ideale combinatie van veiligheid, rust en uitstekende bereikbaarheid. De parkeerplaats ligt direct bij de snelwegoprit Berlin-Pankow (A114) en op ongeveer 6 minuten lopen van het S-Bahnstation Pankow-Heinersdorf. Daarmee is het de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te verkennen.

Vrije plaatskeuze voor voertuigen tot 7,5 m, met veel plekken ook geschikt voor grotere voertuigen of combinaties tot 12 m.

Infrastructuur & voorzieningen

Stroom: Aansluitingen zijn aanwezig en kunnen indien nodig worden bijgeboekt.
Water: Drinkwater en afvoer van grijs- en zwartwater zijn inbegrepen.

Alleen gebruik van aan- en afvoer is tegen betaling mogelijk. QR-codes ter plaatse, betaling via PayPal.

Binnenkort ook was- en droogmogelijkheden en gasfleswissel.
