03June/25 - Arrived at 4pm and was very quiet. The spaces were quite small so our 6m campervan was sticking out. If it was busy, it would have been an issue. 1 Swiss francs per hour which is very reasonable. We stayed until 6pm which was plenty to enjoy the town.

Parkplatz ist super für eine Nacht. Es waren noch ein paar weitere Camper da über Nacht, aber wie immer alles problemlos. Öffentliche Toiletten sind für die Benutzung von 1Fr und ich muss sagen das diese sauberer waren als auf vielen Campingplätzen. Also kann ich den Platz an einem kleinen Dorf gern weiter empfehlen.

Haben dort für 1 Nacht von Montag zu Dienstag geparkt mit einem größeren Womo (7 m). War kein Problem und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Es existiert eine saubere Toilette - nachts sogar kostenlos. Sehr ruhig und teilweise schöner Blick auf den See! Bezahlt haben wir via App.

Parking full at 4pm and 7.30pm as well. Rather impossible to park for Motor home, maybe 1-2 good spots.

Nice stop over. Minimal services, toilets were clean - 1CHF to access. A bit pricey at 1CHF/hr even overnight, but not bad for Switzerland! Fairly flat on the lower level of the car park. Walk down to the lake is worth it, beautiful at sunset!

Je viens d'y passer la nuit pour 14 CHF (1CHF/ heure). Endroit calme dans un joli village où vous pouvez apprécier la vue sur le lac depuis le ponton à quelques minutes à pied. La barrière des WC était en panne hier mais a été réparée à l'instant ce matin. 1CHF l'accès.

Dormimos una noche aquí gratis porque la máquina estaba rota. Baños de pago. Lugar tranquilo, algunos aparcamientos tienen más pendiente pero se puede apañar.

Nous avons dormi 1 nuit ici, l’endroit est parfait. Il y a des poubelles et les toilettes sont gratuites la nuit. Nous avons payé environ 12€ (pour un stationnement entre 22h et 9h30).

2 nuit passer le 2 et 3 mai. 10/10 endroit nikel pour passer la nuit les toilettes sont propres et on était gratuites durant mes nuits passer peut-être que le système de barrière était en panne je sais pas en tout cas wc propres et presque vide la nuit

Prima plek voor een nacht, betalen bij zuil, 1 franc per uur, we hebben betaald, maar er was geen controle.

Spent 1 night here, and it was good. Parking machine on sight takes card/Apple Pay. Bathroom was clean and warm.

We spent 2 nights here in the Caddy! What a brilliant spot it is, met some great people and had no bother at all. Joined by lots of other camper vans. Awesome place to go out and do the passes such as Grimsel Pass. Much love Tom and Jaz

Da der Parkautomat defekt war haben wir kostenlos übernachtet, Toilette hat 1 CHF gekostet - kann man mit Karte bezahlen, in der Nacht war die Toilette kostenlos, schöne Sicht auf den See und sehr ruhig

Místo sice bylo, ale Sprinter, který je přes dvě parkovací místa nám neakceptovali. Paní nám sice ochotně ukázala kempy v okolí, nicméně vše bylo plné a rovnou nám sdělila, že s takhle velkým autem tam prostě akorát zavázíme. Švýcarsko je celkově velmi ortodoxní vůči spaní a parkování v obytňácích.

Pasamos dos noches, ambas sin ningún problema, lugar tranquilo a la entrada del pueblo. En la segunda, por la mañana vino un supervisor a comprobar si habíamos pagado. Recomiendo pagar son 1CHF/hora está bastante bien. Buen viaje!

Perfect spot, sloped so be careful where you park. Clean toilets for 1 fr, at evening were free for some reason. Should be paid, but no one sleeping there did so.

Llegamos al parking con mucha lluvia a última hora de la tarde. Estábamos sólo 3 furgonetas y un coche. Se pegó toda la noche lloviendo. No pagamos (y nadie más lo hizo) y nadie pasó por allí a revisar. Nos fuimos a las 7:30 sin problemas.

Dormimos bien y acompañados de otras furgos y caravanas. Bajamos a ver el pueblo de Iseltwald a 5 minutos por una senda. Hay pocas plazas en plano y no hay prácticamente vistas. WC pero de pago. Por esta zona hay poco así que no ha estado mal.

fast die einzige möglichkeit, hier erlaubt zu schlafen. man zahlt pro stunde einen franken gebühr und darf über nacht bleiben. toiletten kosten einen franken pro benutzung, über den ausgangknopf kommt man jedoch auch kostenlos rein. einige plätze sind sehr abschüssig, mit etwas glück ist es leer und man bekommt einen flacheren. schöner ausgangspunkt für wanderungen.

Bien pour une nuit mais nous étions nombreux. Les + : easy Park et toilettes. Un peu bruyant le matin en semaine avec la circulation quand on dort sous tente de toit.

Parking un peu pentu mais acceptable, suffisamment grand pour plusieurs dizaines de caravaneurs la nuit, 1CHF de l'heure, très calme, en surplomb de la ville piétonne (5 min de marche), des toilettes sur place.

Rustige en propere parking. WC’s aanwezig (betalend, maar kan ook met de kaart). Aan te raden om op tijd te komen, anders wordt het moeilijk om te manoeuvreren (campers,…).

Ruhiger Platz für die Nacht. Saubere Toiletten, die man mit Bankkarte auch nutzen kann( 1Ch).

Buen aparcamiento para ver la ciudad. Llegamos al mediodía y tuvimos suerte de encontrar una autocaravana que se iba, sino no aparcamos.

Un parking top pour passer une nuit dans cette jolie ville. Ne venez pas trop tard si vous voulez avoir des places restantes et pouvoir manœuvrer (nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 et il était quasi plein).

El sitio donde mejor dormimos en Suiza, siempre había sitio. El baño muy limpio (1 Franco). Pueblo encantador y con una pequeña zona de baño en el lago. Muchos turistas asiáticos van a ver la famosa pasarela de la serie "Crash landing on you", pero no se quedan a dormir.

Sehr schön gelegener Platz. Alle Angaben stimmen. Allerdings schwierig für Wohnmobile über 7m. Die Parklücken sind zu kurz.

Nous avons pu dormir sur ce parking. La condition : 1CHF par heure. Les toilettes sont aussi payants. Mais franchement vu la galère pour trouver un endroit, ce parking a très bien fait le taf. Très calme, et le village est très mignon. Surtout le soir avec le coucher de soleil.

Great and quiet place to stay overnight near Interlaken (one of the only possibilities) for a reasonable fee. The little town is easily reachable from here.

Kleiner kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz der das übernachten gestattet unter gewissen Auflagen. Die Kartenzahlung bei den Toiletten war leider defekt. Etwas blöd wenn man nur auf der Durchreise ist und kein Hartgeld mit dabei hat.

Die Gemeinde hat für das Stehen über Nacht einige Auflagen erlassen. Man darf nur eine Parkpazelle des Parkplatz nutzen, keinerlei Camping verhalten wird akzeptiert. Am Parkplatz ist tagsüber ein Kommen und gehen. Abends wird es ruhig. Wir können eine Übernachtung und den Besuch des netten kleinen Ortes weiterempfehlen.

Malgré tout merci à la ville d’iseltwald de nous autoriser à y rester la nuit, sans camper bien sûr ! Mais parking payant, même la nuit, ça c’est moins cool, encore plus sans services ! 1 CHF/H

Great location, short walk to the village which is lovely, cool pizza/bar nearby in the hostel. Less one star because you need to pay, also you need change for the toilet and it is on a slight slope

Overnight parking for a small fee. We paid on the app. Toilets available for a small fee (.50 or 1CHF can’t remember). Plenty of parking available, however, the upper parks are on a slope so lower ones are better for overnight parking. Great location in a quiet village.

GOOD NEWS: this parking is now officially designated for overnight stays. BAD NEWS: there is no free time frame anymore. You have to pay 1 CHF / hour even at night. Interlaken region is getting less and less welcoming for budget travellers.

Parking perfecto para ver el pueblo. A partir de las 18:00 es gratuito hasta las 7am. Se puede pagar vía App o con monedas(1CHF por hr) Dormimos varias campers y algunas personas, desafortunadamente, sacaron sus mesas y sillas afuera. Por esta razón cada vez más nos encontramos con restricciones en los parkings. Una pena que no se respeten normas tan simples. Veremos si lo que dura este.

Excellent spot, très calme aucun problème. Nous étions pas mal de campeurs ce soir là. Les toilettes sont payantes mais parfois les portes ne sont pas complètement refermées ce qui permet d'y accéder gratuitement.

Emplacement fidèle à la description, les toilettes étaient gratuites quand nous y avons passé la nuit.

Buen parking, muy tranquilo. El terreno esta un poco inclinado pero nada grave. Havia gente sacando mesas por la tarde… durante la noche la luza no se apaga pero no molesta. El pueblecito es muy bonito. Una gran noche.

Gracias a Iseltwald por dejarnos pernoctar aun en algún sitio de la zona por la noche no se paga de 19h a 7h de la mañana luego ya es 1cf la hora pero lo dicho para como esta la zona esta muy bien es amplio esta algo inclinado pero nada exagerado,autobús cada 1h o cada 30 min a interlaken que te deja en la estación para ir al Top of Europe u otras actividades sin duda recomiendo

Super Platz um am nächsten Tag in die gut besuchten Orte um Lauterbrunnen zu fahren. Eine der wenigen kostenlose Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Weg dorthin. Es ist ziemlich voll, ab 19 Uhr wird es schwierig einen Platz zu finden. Bitte nehmt euren Müll wieder mit, so dass man noch lange an diesem Platz stehen kann. Gerne wieder! Empfehlenswert ist ein kleiner Spaziergang zu dem Wasserfall.

Very nice place, we spend here 3 nights. Parking is free 19-7:00. After 7 a.m pay 1fr/1hour. We disapointed from toilet. We have to pay 1/2 fr. And we didnt have coins. But toiltes are in town 500m in square and Pay 1fr by card is possible. In town should be Money changer for coins but we didnt find it.

Wir kamen gestern um 21.00 Uhr an. Hatte noch genügend Platz. Der Platz war relativ ruhig. Ab 19.00 Uhr bis 07.00 Ihr muss man nichts bezahlen. Heute früh kam auch ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und hat das WC gereinigt. Danke an die Gemeinde für diesen Ort.

Escasos sitios para autocaravanas grandes de hasta 7,20 y la mitad de los aparcamientos al menos en pendiente. Muy lleno dada la dificultad de ir a camping sin previa reserva en todo Interlaken. Tranquilo en la noche salvo por la obra en la carretera colindante. Pueblo precioso.

este sitio durara poco sin prohibición, muchas furgonetas con sillas y mesa fuera, ocupando mas de un sitio, con la ropa tendida en las vallas... la noche fue tranqila, se llena muy rapido y no muchos sitios llanos

Hemos llegado a las 23:30 y hemos conseguido sitio, hay muchas camper y gente haciendo noche. Hay baño pero hay que pagar. Por la zona está todo lleno y hemos visto a la Policia poniendo multas!

Noche tranquila pero se llena por la tarde. Es posible aparcar con vehículo grande pero si está lleno es complicado.

Guter, ausreichend großer Parkplatz ohne Höhenbegrenzung. Wir kamen um ca. 19:30 und es waren noch genügend Plätze frei. Toilette gegen Gebühr vorhanden, Waschbecken und das Männerurinal sogar ohne Gebühr.

Molt bon lloc per dormir, sobretot si se us fa tard en plena temporada i no heu reservat, perquè ens hem trobat tots els càmpings d'Interlaken, Grindelwald i Lauterbrunnen totalment saturats. Aquest aparcament estava ple de furgonetes i autocaravanes, i pots treure taules i cadires sense problema. Hi ha lavabos, però de pagament. I això sí, en una part hi ha pendent, i a partir de les 7 calpagar.

seems to be allowed here, in august it was 50% full with overnighters! view is okay. there's even a bench. toilets cost 50 rappen though, but access to water taps for hand washing is free. okay for one night, lots of hikers in the morning. for a small morning walk follow the signs to the waterfall, about 15 minutes away up the hill, is very nice!

Aviso: no hay duchas. Pagamos los 0.5 CFH para encontrarnos solamenre con el WC, sin rastro de duchas. El parking está en pendiente, pero es muy tranquilo, con vistas al lago y a 5min del centro del pueblo andando.

C’est pas la vue dont on rêve mais c’est au moins un parking pas trop cher où on est autorisé à passer la nuit. WC propres (& douches?) 0,5 CHF.

If you want to use the toilets make sure to bring 0.5 chf coins as that’s all it accepts. Parking can be paid by the app. Great spot to access the town. Many campers there inc large motorhomes. If you’re a large vehicle arrive early or late to be able navigate through and park, busiest time is middle of the day when it can be completely full, we left early morning to avoid getting stuck!

Great spot to stay overnight in a Van. We looked for a camp site for days with no luck. Struck gold with this place. A cost from 7am-7pm, free outwith. Can pay on an app if you do choose to be here during paid times. Loads of people doing the same thing so get down early for a flat spot. Short walk to restaurants and coast. Toilets available at a cost too.

Un parking perfecto, muy tranquilo, alejado de la carretera principal, con wc y en un sitio precioso. El único defecto que podríamos sacarle es que hay un poco de pendiente y conviene calzar la furgoneta.

Quiet place to spend the night for free and without any problem. We stayed there for 2 nights, there are toilets (for 1/5 cf). It's a sloping parking, but manageable.

5 stelle per la comodità e perche abbiamo apprezzo che in zona é l'unico paese che lascia ancora campeggiare liberamente. se c'è troppo caldo consigliamo di non andare troppo sotto la roccia ma di rimanere più esterni. sempre pieno di altri van e mini van ma ottimo zona per visitare il lago.

Skvělé místo s výhledem na jezero v krásné vesnici. Na noc přijelo hodně obytných aut, přespání není problém.

Big parking space, free from 7pm-7am. Parking metre ONLY takes 1/2 CHF. Toilet and shower also available for 1/2 CHF. Not very busy, some noise but not so bad for a free overnight stop.

Endroit très calme avec des toilettes à proximité. N’hésitez de payer 1/2 francs à chaque fois seulement en pièce donc pas pratique. Les places du bas sont un petit peu moins en pente. L’endroit est calme avec une jolie vue. Dès le matin bruit de la scierie à côté.

Toller Stellplatz für eine Nacht mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Badeplätze usw. findet man im Ort, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. WC sehr sauber - aber unbedingt 1/2 CHF Münzen erforderlich!

J'y étais la nuit du 26 au 27 Juin 2023. Nous n'avons pas passé la meilleure nuit mais ça fait l'affaire. Pas beaucoup de vue à part les places en hauteur (les seules à peu près plates). À côté de la route donc pas mal de passage et des travaux sur l'autoroute. Sinon pas de problèmes, places autorisées pour dormir.

Abends waren nur noch ein paar Camper da (unter der Woche im Juni), alle relativ ruhig nur der Lärm von der Baustelle an der Autobahn nachts nervt etwas. War aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Toiletten kosten 1/2 sfr, sind dafür aber sauber und es war Papier da. Das Waschbecken kann man so benutzen. Der Ausblick war ok, ich habe mich lieber in Richtung der Berge gedreht als zum See. Tagsüber voll

Hier war gestern internationaler Abend. Minicamper, Vans und Wohnmobile. ca. 8 Fahrzeuge aus 5 Ländern. Öffentliches WC Waschbecken/Urinal kostenlos und WC 0,5FR. Oben an der Straße wurde weit in die Nacht gearbeitet, aber sonst war alles ok. Schöner Spaziergang an den See!

Very ample parking spot. Ten to twenty vans were present at the moment of our stay. The swimming location with showers and bars mentioned on the description is a bit far, you have to go by the lake toward east, it’s near a camping and it is free access.

Buen lugar para pasar la noche en la zona, de 19 a 7 es gratis, muy tranquilo y seguro. 100% recomendable. Algo desnivelado el suelo. Los wc son de pago con monedas de 0,50CH pero en urinario y las pilas son gratis.

Quiet night stay here but it is going to soon disappear as it was so busy with campers treating it like a campsite (large motor homes, tent boxes people washing dishes, tables out etc) - do not keep doing this! Toilets cost 1/2 CFR which for women you must have with you, the mens urinal does not cost anything.

Einfacher Parkplatz, sehr idyllisch und etwas "geschützt". Bin der Straße nicht direkt einsehbar. Mit 7m noch machbar aber man steht schon vorne raus. BITTE: Stellt euch alle ordentlich hin, haltet den Ort sauber, benehmt euch und zeigt kein Campingverhalten, sonst ist einer der letzten Schlafplätze in der Gegend auch bald weg...

Great parking, with very clean toilets! They were unlocked/free during the night and in the morning they were costing 0,5 cents. Great spot to explore Iseltwald!

Beautiful location. We spent 3 nights here, they have a little shop in the village however you cannot drive your vehicle down, also free drinking water down in the village. Amazing walks around, Waterfall 15 minutes up from the car park, just a great location highly recommend. Parking free from 19:00-07:00 in March.

Nous avons pu passer la nuit sans soucis dans ce petit village. Mention spéciale pour le réveil avec la vue sur le lac d'une couleur bleue magnifique avec l'immensité des montagnes enneigées devant vous. A 15min de la ville d'Interlaken en voiture, cela vous permet d'aller boire un verre. Nous avons payé uniquement l'extra de stationnement après 7h00 du matin.

Parking dans le village, j’ai mis 4 étoiles parce que : toilettes payantes 1/2F, parking gratuit à partir de 19h un peu en pente, mais avec balade à pied dans le village super sympa endroit calme la nuit

De 19h a 7h es gratis. Luego cuesta 1frc/hora. Visitamos el pueblo y dormimos allí súper tranquilos. Los turistas empezaron a llegar a las 9:30h. El parking no es 100% plano pero se duerme bien!

Pas de vue particulière mais c’est un lieu gratuit pour passer la nuit. En revanche, l’autoroute présente juste à côté en travaux laisse entendre pas mal de bruit la nuit. Nous dormions dans un van VW avec tente de toit relevée, ce qui ne réduit pas les bruits extérieurs. Personne d’autre que nous cette nuit là.

A great little spot we found by accident. Well populated by other camper vans. You’ll need a half Swiss franc coin for the toilets, which is a bit a pain. Felt very safe and a glorious view of the lake!

Cómodo para visitar el pueblo, vistas agradables, noche tranquila. Las plazas están en pendiente (algunas más y otras menos). Escogiendo una de las plazas con menos pendiente lo hemos podido solucionar con calzos. Para los que lo necesiten, hay aseos públicos. Bastante concurrido, pero tranquilo a pesar de todo.

Great spot for the night. Yes it’s sloping in parts but plenty of flat spaces on the lower deck too. Clean toilets at 0.50 CHF but you need the exact coin, don’t forget to get some like we did! We were joined by about 14 other vans but plenty of room and everyone respected the place.

Perfecto para una noche, gratis de 19h a 7h resto 1.-/hora, dormimos con otras campers. Un poco inclinado pero si vas al final del aparcamiento está bastante aceptable. Tranquilo. Hay baños públicos en el mismo parking por 0.50.-, para el lavabo no hay que pagar. Muy limpios. Llevar monedas!!!

Good place to sleep, for free between 7pm-7am and 1 franc per hour the rest of the day. You can pay with cash or via apps. The toilet is open 24/7 and costs 0,50 franc. We spent a quiet night with a few other motorhomes without problems.

Perfect spot to stay during 1 night. We were located on top of the parking and nobody disturbed us during the night. In case that you need to get a ticket parking you can use App. In addition to that, there is a toilet that can be used 24x7. It really worthy to visit the town a walk around the lake. Lovely visit!

Lieu de stationnement fidèle aux commentaires ! Nous étions plusieurs sur le parking (4 camping-car et 3 vans), mais il est assez grand pour tout le monde. Vous ne serez pas à l’abri des regards mais cela fait amplement l’affaire pour une nuit. Le village mérite d’être visité!

Super schöner & idyllischer stellplatz. Von 19-7:00 Uhr kostenfrei. Danach 2 Franken die Stunde. Völlig human für die Lage! 5 min bis ins Dorf. Dort gibt es auch eine Toilette für 1/2 Franken. Im Hotel kann man zur Not ebenso nachfragen. Die Autobahn hört man meiner Meinung nach kaum. Also für den „Preis“ absolut legitim!

Nice, quiet spot. Paid parking from 7am but very affordable. The machine takes euros thankfully! The wood mill next door was noisy from early in the morning but I've definitely experienced worse.

Zum 2 Mal hier , jetzt viel weniger Touristen was diesem Dorf den Dornröschen Schlaf einhaucht. können den Platz nur wieder empfehlen. Bitte haltet euch an die Regeln, bezahlt die Gebühren Stühle/Grill verboten zu stellen. Und mal im Dorf essen gehen unterstützen die Sache auch um solche Plätze auch morgen noch zu haben.Tipp Parkplätze ab Nr.66 aufwärts sind fast gerade und toller Blick auf See.

Bester Parkplatz an dem wir in der Schweiz übernachtet haben! Wunderschöner See, den man bei einem Spaziergang bei Sonnenaufgang bestaunen kann. Es war sehr ruhig und die Schräglage hat gar nichts gemacht. Gerne wieder!

Ruime parkeerplaats. Krijgt van mij 2 sterren omdat het sanitair alleen beschikbaar is als je 50cent muntjes hebt. Geen andere optie. Het betalen in de ochtend via de app omslachtig is en alleen in het duits. Want ja je moet na 7uur ochtend betalen en ja ze komen controleren. En je staat op een helling waardoor je tegen elkaar aan rolt. Vanaf 6uur begint aardig wat lawaai vanaf de weg erboven door vrachtverkeer

Parking al que hemos recurrido en varias ocasiones para pasar la noche, es gratis(aquí en suiza se agradece) de 19 a 7, es un lugar muy tranquilo con baños muy limpios en el propio parking que si quieres acceder al wc tienes que pagar 0,50fch, el parking en algunos puntos tiene una ligerísima pendiente que se agradece para que tu pareja caiga sobre tu costado! El pueblo de Iseltwald digno de visitar y puedes realizar un agradable paseo bordeando el lago

Super schöner Ort, als ob die Zeit stehen geblieben wäre. Parkplätze sind zwar schräg aber machbar, toilette okay wenn auch kostpflichtig( müssen ja auch gesäubert werden) .Ab 19.00- 7.00 Parkplätze kostenlos, sonst Stunde 0.50 SF ( es wird kontrolliert!) . Strandbad Super und es darf sogar der Hund mit rein!!!

Calme, sur la partie basse, la pente est à peine perceptible. Toilettes très propres (0,5 CHF) avec robinet permettant de remplir notre réserve d’eau. C’est le seul endroit du village où on peut se garer (sauf 4-5 places en haut).

Sehr ruhiger Platz. Idealer Ausgangsort für das Erkunden des Fischerdorfes.In der Bucht können bei Bootsvermietung Abegglen Motor-, Padel- und Tretboote gemietet werden. Am Dorfplatz befindet sich ein Dorfladen mit Allem, was man braucht. Auch örtlich produzierte Lebensmittel (Käse, Honig etc.) können dort erworben werden.

Well organised car park. Paid 2 or 4CHF (can't remember, but doesn't give change & no cards!) for 4 hours - which JUST gave us time for ferry to Giessbach, funicular up and down (bit of a rip off), quick lunch (it's expensive, take your own food!), lovely lovely walk back along the lake, and quick dip in free swimming area - bonus! Lovely town and round trip, cheap parking, rest expensive!!
