there are some caravans and trailers permanently parked it seems, meaning there is space for only one van now.....

Parking pratique pour visiter Galway (nous avons compris que les campervans étaient loin d’être les bienvenus en ville…). Tel que mentionnés par d’autres, juste à côté de l’arrêt de bus menant directement au centre-ville. Un peu bruyant car tout près d’une grande route, mais autrement endroit très pratique !

Super Parkplatz um Galway zu besuchen und sich den Stress mit dem Camper in der Innenstadt zu sparen. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle, mit dem Bus für 1,90€/Person im 15 Minutentakt ins Stadtzentrum. Genug Platz auch für 7,5m Wohnmobile. Denke über Nacht auch kein Problem, jedoch sollte man nicht zu viele Nächte bleiben. Ein Wohnwagen und ein Anhänger hatten Parkkrallen. Top: Kl. Parking easy enough to find and park - literally just off main road to Dublin. On bus route but unfortunately for us buses won’t take dogs . Neither do many bars in Galway . Walk into town took us just about an hour. For me it was noisy - just heavy traffic- but other half had no trouble sleeping .

stationnement très pratique pour aller a Galway par le bus. tres bonne pizza a côté . boulevard passagé le matin a partir de 8h, bien repérer l arrêt pour le retour !!

Bus braucht nur 15 Min. ins Zentrum, Tipp: die 409 fährt bis Zentrum Eire Square und von dort auch wieder zurück, da tut man sich leichter als mit Bus 404! Ansonsten wie schon beschrieben.

Restés une demi journée le 02/04 avec un van de 6m. Pas de problème de place et arrêt de bus juste en face pour se rendre au centre ville en 30min. Un autre van avait semblé y avoir dormi mais proximité avec la voix rapide très passante.

Stayed here for one night. Left the car there to go to the city centre and came back in the evening to sleep. There is a big street nearby which is a bit noisy. But other than that was great. Bus stop is right in front of the parking spots which takes you directly to the city centre in 15 minutes.

Nous avons passé la nuit dans ce parking. Nous avons pu garer notre camping car de longueur 7,5m (beaucoup de places) . Attention la route n’est pas loin donc il y a un petit peu de bruit le matin. Petit commerce à proximité !

I stayed here in June after driving the northern half of the WAW. Back again to complete the southern half. Stayed for two nights this time and what a great site. My 8m caravan loved it but get there early. No problems & handy for bus 409 into Galway. Pizzas great but a bit pricy!

Good place. 404/409 bus to town frequently. nice restaurant nearby in Galway crystal. Merlin bar also nice

Abbiamo passato una notte tranquilla. Un po' rumorosa dalla mattina perché siamo accanto a una strada molto frequentata.
