A bit busy at peak times, but otherwise a calm spot with a great sea view. Passersby didn’t seem bothered, perfect if you’re waiting to hop over to France

Very pleasant place to stay, walking distance to a public toilet which isn’t the nicest but functions. Shops and a pub nearby too. Ideal for ferry or channel tunnel. Not the widest of roads so you do feel cars and Lorrie’s passing, quietens down from 10pm ish

£16 to park 8am til 6pm then free overnight. beautiful spot. toilets open til 10pm short walk. Usual low level traffic til about 10 - with the odd boy racer going so fast the van shook. will def come back

Parcheggio sulla strada vista mare. Nessun servizio, ma ottimo per sosta pranzo o bagno in mare prima o dopo il traghetto.

Great road to sleep on after a late ferry back to the UK last night. Toilets (apparently locked overnight) and an outdoor shower available by The Boat House on Granville Parade West. Good place to stop overall

If your catching an early morning euro tunnel this stop over is ideal as it is roughly an 11 minute drive away, the road is busy throughout the day and a little quieter at night but there is constant traffic that makes the van move!! no issues to speak of and would use again when using the euro tunnel. I’m a good sleeper so the traffic wasnt a major issue but could be for others

Free, no time limit. Very busy road though with traffic noise/swaying from early AM until late PM. A couple of other vans too and felt safe enough. Right by the sea and toilets near enough to walk to (not open as late as some others). Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again.

Convenient for getting the eurotunnel, and nice sea front park up, however there was sway from passing traffic and very regular sirens passing causing a huge rock due to the emergency speed. Good for one night.

Busy road but great to park for the night. Lovely view over the sea. Felt safe enough!

Free Indeed. No sleeping restrictions, beautiful see front view. Easy access to beach. The only downside it's traffic noise. Anyway recommended

Stopped for the night. Plenty of space and a great view. Some traffic noise and a little rocking from passing traffic. A short walk to the Green Spice. Great food, service and reasonably priced. Open til 11pm Monday night

Excellent place to park with incredible views. Heads up that most restaurants in the area were closed on Mondays but we did have a great meal in a local pub. Toilets close by which were basic but fine. The shower along the beach isn’t great, more like somewhere to wash your feet after being on the beach rather than have a proper shower (it’s outdoors too)

Had a VERY peaceful night here. Evan had an Indian takeaway delivered. PERFECT

Lots of space, perfect place to spend the night before catching the ferry. As others have mentioned it is (very) loud as it is on a main road but waking up and seeing the sea makes it worth it.

what a great stop over with the most amazing sunrise. no restrictions at all. Just be careful of the faded yellow markings as people have had tickets. a must, but please put your rubbish in the bins provided. shops just a 15 minute walk

nice spot right beside the beach, with a nice chippy down the road. road traffic all night long but not that kept us awake.

Stayed here last night , got a takeaway Indian delivered to the van . Lovely view and the sound of the waves . Quite a busy road so not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Fine for the night, cars do pass extremely fast. Definitely not a quiet spot.

Pebbly beach and the dogs loved it. All day and night free parking although a little busy on the road.plenty restaurants and fish and chips takeaways

This is a very busy road, so not a spot for those who are disturbed by road noise. It’s a free spot with a beautiful view of the sea.
