5 étoiles car les services se trouvent en dehors de l’aire , ce qui est logique et pratique pour les gens de passage , car nous n’avons pas toujours besoin d’entrer sur l’aire mais bon apparemment cela ne l’est pas pour tout le monde …. 3 étoiles pour les emplacements et 1 étoile pour le prix !

Très belle aire, nous avons payé 17,50€ avec électricité comprise, eau à payer à part. Assez grande et calme, malgré la route pas loin. Très bien placé, 10minutes de la plage, boulangerie également. Et super pour vider et remplir, plusieurs bornes, cela évite l’attente.

Wir mögen diese CCP wirklich. Hier auch: Alles ordentlich, große Plätze auf Schotter, 4 V+E, nah zur Stadt und zum Strand.

Guter Platz wenn man früh morgens die Fähre nach England nehmen möchte. Hat alles was man braucht.

I think some people are confusing this site with the camping site next door. There are no showers or toilets. Good place to stop overnight before boarding the channel tunnel just 10 minutes away. We paid €17.50 for one night last plus €5 for an ‘essential’ card - I don’t think this is necessary. Was quite confusing trying to work out the app and getting in and out.

Gut anzufahren, ruhig, sauber, gut geführt, 20 min. Spaziergang am Kanal zum Hafen von Calais, sehr schön !

Der Stellplatz hat alles was man braucht und wir haben eine ruhige Nacht dort verbracht. Der Strand ist schön und auch Calais kann man sich durchaus mal angucken. Die Strandpromenade ist gut angelegt.

Also für Calais und die Strandpromenade echt ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Der Platz an sich ist absolut in Ordnung. Super große V+E. Wir hatten viel Platz, sogar um Stühle und Tische rauszustellen. Hatten auch wieder erwartend eine ruhige Nacht. Wer es schicker haben möchte, ist der Campingplatz direkt neben dran. Leider hat uns Calais als Stadt nicht besonders gefallen, dafür die Strandpromenade.

We used the site for our Eurotunnel crossing and to visit the area so stayed 2 nights. Not sure why so many people have issues with the app or when leaving, usually they haven’t topped up their account to cover their stay, so barrier will not open. Good dump facilities with rubbish, pin required for water, fresh and cassette toilet wash.

Aire de camping-car au top ! Très propre, à proximité immédiate de la plage. Services (eau et vidanges) à l'extérieur, ce qui est très bien pensé. Mention spéciale pour les vélos en libre-service à l'extérieur avec la 1ère heure offerte. Très pratique pour découvrir les environs !

Convenient stop for an early tunnel crossing the next day. Plenty of space and an easy walk into town for groceries or restaurant. Not much road noise, but we did have 50mph winds which kept us awake!

Een zeer goeie camperplaats voor mobilhomes en ernaast een camping. Deze camperplaats is niet zo ver van strand en waar je ook een beetje verder de bewegende grote draak kan zien van Calais, het zien waard. Of je kan wandelen tot centrum met meerdere terassen en zijn winkels. Bedankt aan calais voor deze prima plaats. Goed geslapen en steeds voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr einfacher Check-in, kostengünstig, in Strandnähe, sauber, gute V/E und nur 10 Minuten zum Eurotunnel. Was mehr kann man sich wünschen !

It's a convenient stop if you're heading to or from the ferry / tunnel. The traffic is constant, which is understandable as it's surrounded by roading, but not unbearable at night. Nice walk to the beach (15 minutes) Safe environment

An Aire with a very secure feeling. Only slight negative is the time it took to register on the operators site. However I now have a card for future use. About 20 minutes from Le Shuttle.

Stayed here for one night after a late tunnel crossing, very convenient, just 5 minutes from the terminus. Very large area with plenty of spaces. Service points outside barrier which you can use and pay for without staying. Level parking on tarmac in large pitches with grass borders, all with electricity points. Excellent!

Had a quiet overnight stay, generous pitches and appreciated the security guard - everything functioning well. Short walk to the sea front and pleasantly surprised by the town. Would use again! Thank you!

I was surprised that the aire was showing to be half full on the CCP app. I was also surprised how quiet it was. We were there for one night on 23rd October. Didn't see the bloke with the scary dog although I did walk my dog late at night and again early morning. Tarmac base. Large pitches. Services outside for 4 vans. Really handy for ferry/shuttle.

23/10/25 been here numerous times. Never had any problems. They have stepped up security. Man with scary looking dog patrolling. ! It’s impersonal and unattractive but it serves its purpose well for proximity to the tunnel and an early start or late finish

Sehr zentral gelegener Stellplatz. Sehr ruhig. Security war rund um die Uhr vorhanden. Ca 800m zum Strand. Hier kann man stundenlang spazieren gehen. Ein kleiner Fischmarkt ist am rechten Ende der Promenade. Die Festung und der Leuchtturm ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Kosten im Oktober 2025 sind 15 Euro.

Convenient for the ferry, large pitches with easy access to EHU. Note - water is outside the gate and charges €6 to your card if used before entry, but this is then deducted from the cost of overnight stay as you leave. 10-15 mins drive to the ferry.

stayed the night before our sunday morning ferry. good size pitches, however people seemed to struggle staying in their own numbered pitch as they are at an angle. 5 min walk to the beach which dogs are allowed on 15th sept till 15th june. police entered and drove through the site multiple times in the evening

A great Aire for 1st/last stop off ferry/tunnel within 10 mins drive. €15. Spacious marked bays with grass areas, barrier entry, have to be registered with CampingcarPark scheme which operate the Aire & 100’s of others across France, do online/at barrier if not already. 5 mins to lovely prom/beach, quiet overnight. Dump/fresh. EHU inc. Popular location but 100 spaces so lots of room on our stay.

Bien situada para visitar la localidad andando y disponibilidad de bus cercano.

Der Stellplatz gehört zum Camping-Car-Park Netzwerk. Die Schranke kann entweder per App/Code geöffnet werden oder man erwirbt am Terminal eine Camping-Car-Park Karte. Der Platz ist sauber, liegt ruhig neben einem Campingplatz. Die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben dort mit unserem Campervan eine Nacht verbracht, um am nächsten Tag an der Küste weiterzureisen.

Der Platz hat den Charme eines Hydranten. Absolut keine Willkommen Atmosphäre. An der Entsorgung kann man nicht mal die WC Kassette spülen ohne Karte =bezahlen. WIFI unterirdisch falls man überhaupt Empfang hat. Neben der Entsorgung liegen seit längerem Abfallberge. Der Platz ist masslos überteuert und keine Werbung für Calais. Schade, die Stadt hätte mehr verdient

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Calais zu erkunden. Leider war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes die Entsorgungen und die Mülltonnen völlig verdreckt. Da sollte sich mal mehr drum gekümmert werden. Wlan ist nicht wirklich nutzbar. Ansonsten sehr ruhig und zweckmäßig.

Wir haben nur ausgeleert. Es ist kostenlos, Wasser zum Spülen kam nur an einer Säule nachdem jemand anders dort war. Vermutlich stand dieser Camper auf dem bezahlten Platz. Müll kann man kostenfrei entsorgen.

Aire bien située par rapport au centre ville (bus 4 juste devant l été). Balade possible sur la plage juste à coté. Emplacement large qui permettent de mettre une table. Petit bémol aucune ombre et il peut y faire très chaud. Les services sont à l extérieur et payants.

Area camping car park muy recomendable para visitar el centro de Calais (a 15min andando) y como base para el ferry. Pagando 3€ se puede acceder al camping para utilizar las duchas.

nous sommes venus uniquement pour avoir de l'eau. c'est la RollsRoyce des aires... au prix de la Rolls... nous n'avions pas la carte Campingcar park, donc 5e de carte + obligation de 10e de crédit initial. soit 15e débité. on a payé 6euros les 100 litres sans être averti du tarif. Quand on connaît le prix on apprécié d'autant plus les qualités de cette eau thermales aux bienfaits certains ; )

Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Platz mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Betreuung. Strom, gutes WLAN, freies Wählen des Platzes und Frischwasser sind vorhanden. Zwar direkt an der Strasse und nicht ganz ruhig, aber man darf nach dem Bezahlen 24 Stunden bleiben – das vermeidet Stress und macht den Aufenthalt angenehm. Einziger Nachteil: keine Duschen oder WCs.

Schöner Platz, 24/7 befahrbar (Automat, Mitgliedschaft „Camping Car Park“ kann/muss vor Ort beantragt werden). Strom kann teilweise etwas weiter weg sein, aber kostenlos vorhanden. Keine eigenen Sanitäranlagen! Während der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption des Campingplatzes können diese genutzt werden.

Hallo, wir haben diesen Platz heute angefahren, da die CCP Karte mit Guthaben vorhanden war und wir auf der Rücktour nach D sind. Der Platz ist OK und ruhig. Zum schönen Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Stadt selber hat uns nichts gegeben, da sind wir aus Spanien und Portugal wohl zu verwöhnt. Wir empfehlen diesen Platz! Die Roesi‘s on Tour

Wir haben den Platz für die Übernachtung vor der Fähre genutzt. Kurzer Fußweg zur Strandpromenade und ca 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Fähranleger. Für unsere Zwecke perfekt.

Bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Le parking se situe juste à côté du camping municipal (douches possibles pour 3€). Emplacements libres assez grands. Électricité possible sur chaque emplacement pour quelques euros. Poubelles et services en dehors du parking. Bien pour une halte afin de visiter la ville et profiter de la plage.

Très chouette endroit a deux pas de la plage de Calais qui est vraiment sympa. Endroit convial et respectueux. Nous reviendrons certainement. bravo (ps: il faut être membre camper Park - on sait faire ça sur place directement aussi)

Just stayed the one night. We expect more facilities or surroundings for the price. For the need to have a stop near Calais it's fine. A quiet night had with easy access to walk to the front or town. Saw a Hoopoe and several pheasants. We wouldn't choose to stay again, but it does the job.

The site is 15 minutes from the port, simple to access but you will need to download an app and preload some funds onto it or i believe you can order a card. Bays are wide and there’s a good amount of space to move around. The only two downsides are the electric isn’t enough to boil the kettle with it going pop and the electric points could do with lights on them. Overall pretty good.

You need the Camping Card to stay here but can purchase at the entrance. downside you have to put a fixed amount on so end up with a small balance on your card. You then tap your card on the machine behind this one to actually open the gate & enter the car park. Very secure,very quiet,lots of spaces, good-for large vans we’re 8.7m close to beach & tunnel. Woman on my own - I felt safe, it was easy to walk to the beach, found a restaurant to eat and walked home in the dark. Found this place very easy, easy to get in, easy to plug into electricity, will stay here again as it is 8 minutes drive to the tunnel.

Rustige en veilige plaats. We misten wel toiletten.

Always stay here whether it's on our way out or coming back. A safe place to rest and plan your journey or reflect on the adventure before returning to the UK. Now it has been taken over by camping cars, it is so much easier to enter and exit. Will be back in 3 months after our travels.

Sehr gepflegter Wohnmobilplatz direkt neben einem Campingplatz. Alles funktionierte, der Strom zwar nur auf der linken Platzseite, aber immerhin. Fußläufig schnell an der Promenade und auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 min zu erreichen. Morgens kommt ein Verkaufsfahrzeug mit frischem Baguette, welches sich durch lauten Klingelton ankündigt.

Nett angelegter Platz, aber seit unserer Ankunft hat die gesamte rechte Seite keinen Strom, es ist niemand vor Ort,der sich kümmert, CCP reagiert nicht

A small improvement since being bought by Camping Carpark, notably the addition of EHU at each pitch. New regulations state that no vehicles over 8m or towing trailers are allowed entry, which is frankly ridiculous for an aire this size. Handy for the ferries but dreadfully bleak and functional.

This was a very last minute stop and very greatful as our site that we reserved closed its gates. Was a quiet stay and really good to have electric and last minute empty before getting the ferry in Calais. Which is 7 minutes away

Nice place for a day at the beach. Free public transportation to the city center. The back of the aire is close to the road and can be noisy at times. Every morning there is a visit from the baker.

I recommend looking at the Camping Car Park website if you haven't used their sites before. Also gives live information as to spaces available We had a card already but with no money on it so loaded it at the terminal by the barrier. Paid €13.40 for 24 hours, including electric and water.€1.20 added as tourist tax. Need to fill and empty in one operation, otherwise can't rinse toilet cassette.

First time using since this site was refurbished. Best to download the Camping Car app, register and purchase the card for 5 euros and add credit before arriving. I was sent a code which meant that when I arrived at the machine, I only had to input the code to retrieve my card. You place the card on the key pad and the barrier opens. All services are included in the entry price. I’m impressed.

Re generated and is now a Camping Car Park Aire with the pre paid card. Good location for beach, town and especially for the Euro Tunnel. plenty of electric terminals all in all a good stop for crossing the channel.

Just spent the night here before getting the ferry. It is so much better than it was previously as it has been expanded and now has power on each pitch. It is massive. It has been taken over by the Camping Card group so you will need to purchase a card to enter and then load money onto it. The card and credit doesn't expire and there are a number of Aires where you can use it. Nice and neat.

Stayed two nights, quiet and safe, all services working. Over 100 spaces, most taken but 4 service points so no queues. 500m walk to promenade. Free buses throughout Calais. Enjoyed the beach, the famous seafront Dragon and Iguana, frites overlooking the sea and stocking up on goodies at Auchan. There's also the huge citadel, town hall and dunes to explore. We'll use again.

Mancano delle delimitazioni alle piazzole, il che permette ad alcuni camperisti di occupare più spazio del dovuto. Lungomare a pochi minuti a piedi, centro a mezz'ora. Ci sono pullman gratuiti a pochi metri dall'area, e noleggio bici con app. Comodissimo per imbarcarsi sui traghetti per Dover

Endroit parfait un des mieux structurés de ce prestataire mais ce n'est pas dû à CCP car les aménagements existaient bien avant toutefois sans électricité. Calais est une très belle ville, de plus les transports sont gratuits et proches du camping, bus à impériale pour Escalles, navette fluviale pour Coulogne, beffroi et hôtel de ville etc..

Es ist sau schwer, hier rein zu kommen. Konto eröffnen, Karte aufladen und und und. Der Portugiese vor mir hat 15 Minuten zum Einchecken gebraucht. Und 4 Fahrzeuge waren hinter mir. Man könnte es auch einfacher machen.

Waren hier 2. Tage. CCP ist top, wie immer. Ein Stern Abzug, weil das WIFI leider nicht funktioniert. Der Markt am Sonntag in der Stadt ist schön und sehr angenehm. Auch prima Cafés am Rande zum Verweilen.Der Strand ca. 300 Meter entfernt ist prima.

Área muy grande. Bien ubicada muy cerca de la playa y del dragón de Caláis. Ideal para visitar la ciudad. Bus gratuito al centro. Andando un paseo de 10-15 minutos. También carril bici. Buenas instalaciones. Al lado camping con pequeña tienda. Carrefour city, panadería y carnicería a 3 min en bici. El panadero pasa a diario pero un poco tarde 9:30-10:00.

Das WiFi hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Un buen área para visitar la playa y la ciudad de calais. ideal para recorrer el bici, muchos carriles bici. el área es sencilla y con muchas plazas. el wifi no funciona. un camping justo pegado, para tienda etc... se echa en falta unas lavadoras.

There’s a few service points and bins (general waste, paper & glass) before the barriers, but water is only available using the passetapes card once you’ve paid to stay at the machine. Not far from the beach which isn’t dog friendly from mid May to October. Aire was quiet and convenient.

Nice park up close to the ferry port/tunnel. Plenty of spaces there. We arrived at 10pm and due to it being a Camping Car Park had no problems getting in. We had a quiet night. At 9.30 am the following morning a bakery van drove through the camp with bread and breakfast pastries. Not sure if this is his usual time.

Visitée en 2023, donc avant les travaux actuels d'installation d'électricité, cette gigantesque aire est super pratique à 2 pas à pied de Calais. Quand elle sera électrifiée, ce sera parfait !

Felt safe and secure. Used several times now. 15 minutes drive from the ferry or tunnel. Follow road signs not the sat nav after getting off the motorway. The coordinates aren’t accurate. Please note closed 17th April until early June the sign said. Electrics being added as camping car parks are taking it over and being refurbished. That will make entrance and exit much easier than the low screens

basic site this time of year. no showers or toilets, however, has toilet empty points and water. we visited in February, and there were only 4 vans. we had a very peaceful night sleep. not much of a view. however, the beach and shops are a short walk away. 11 euros for 24hours. perfect stop for the ferry

We use this aire every year as it feels secure. The barrier is still operating as normal when you pay your 11 euros but the sliding security gate is open and not working. I emptied and rinsed our toilet cassette at one of terminals without paying extra. Drinking water not working.

Services provided were great. Emptied black water and waste water with no issues. Could fill up with potable water but we didn't need to. Parking through a secured gate. Bit of noise from the ferry terminal but otherwise a good resting point. Could not use toilet or shower facilities as adjoining camp-site shuts at the end of October.

Perfect for the tunnel. Only used black and grey waste disposal, which is free to use even if not stopping here. Entry is simple. We noticed a few MH's parked up outside the barrier area, clearly looking as though this is acceptable without the need to pay the €11 for parking your MH overnight!

We've returned to this place as it's fairly secure and reasonably priced. Gates not locked at night which was a bit disappointing. The ticket machine is fine if you follow the instructions carefully but once I got to putting the vehicle registration number in, the firm, hard press needed had changed and a very gentle tap was required instead.

This is a great overnight or longer, location. Do drive 100m to the end of the parking bays around the corner, where you will have parking to yourself as everyone appears to park by the entrance. Safe, quiet and can take any size. Would use it again.

Nous sommes passés dans cette aire début septembre . Très bien surpris pour sa bonne localisation : proche de la mer , de la ville ( les transports en commun sont gratuits). Très bien renseigné par le personnel de l'office de tourisme. La visite du musé de la dentelle vaut vraiment le coup. La petite balade le long de l'esplanade en bord de mer est tip top. Enfin bref une très bonne expérience

Wir haben die V/E genutzt. Alles sehr sauber und gut zugänglich. Für Frischwasser kauft man an dem Automaten vor der Schranke eine Münze (3€ ~ 50l). Dafür muss der Bildschirm länger gedrückt werden um dann in das Menü zu gelangen. Wir konnten allerdings nicht mit Münzen sondern nur mit Karte (VISA) zahlen. Mülleimer gibt es auch. Perfekt für vor der Fähre.

Every time we come here someone is struggling to understand the instructions. The couple in front of us could not get in, despite paying on line up front. You need to take a deep breath and follow them line by line. Hold your finger on the screen to select the language. Also the screen is 3ft from the floor!. Having said all that this site is excellent for a night stay before or after the Chunnel.

This is always our first and last stop off on the way to and from the Eurotunnel. Always a peaceful night and we’ve never had any problems, always feel safe. Great value. Fresh water available and waste disposal on entrance. This is was the first time we explored Calais on foot. We stumbled upon the beach, restaurants and Calais dragon. Beautiful beach.

Aus meiner Sicht echt frech: keine Klobrillen, kein Toilettenpapier, nicht besonders sauber, 2 Duschen neben der Toilette für alle! Super voll. Ok für eine Nacht, ich würde auf die Zusatzkosten verzichten.

Geht aber zu den Öffnungszeiten des Campingplatzes. Man könnte auch 2 Tage bleiben. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten weg. Hier bläst der Wind nur ganz ordentlich.

We stayed 1 night €11 pay at machine for barrier, they do have fresh water and cassette at enter site at an extra cost, we haven’t used as not needed, The beach is close by. The Aire is perfect layover for Le Shuttle.

Super, um am nächsten Morgen schon früh die Fähre zu erreichen. Man zahlt allerdings die 11€, auch wenn man spät in der Nacht erst anreist und morgens wieder fährt.

Man weiß vorher, dass man für die Extras zahlen muss, also keinen Punktabzug. Den gab es dafür, dass man aus dem riesigen Platz mehr hätte machen können. Habe ruhig und dank hohem Zaun sicher geschlafen.

Wir haben 11 € am Automaten bezahlt. Platz gepflegt und man fühlte sich sicher. Mitte Mai war viel frei. Guter Platz um am nächsten Tag mit dem Zug oder der Fähre nach UK weiterzufahren.

Waren dort nur Duschen. Haben 4€ pro Person gezahlt. Duschen waren sauber aber Wasser kommt nur sehr kurz raus. Personal war sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch. Leider wurde uns gesagt das hier meistens schlechtes Wetter ist. Sind wieder gegangen.

Entry: At terminal, select language; select option (stay); enter registration no.; pay with card, take 2 receipts (exit code & receipt) Both barrier & gate open. Exit: Approach gate it opens automatically; drive forward to barrier; gate closes; at terminal enter exit code (on ticket) barrier will lift. Recommended.

Secure place to stay tho not going to win any beauty contests. We walked into town in 20 minutes for moules frites at the Brasserie de la Mer as they're dog friendly. Couldn't easily find a token for water but black and grey waste free. Would stay again as convenient for ferry.

Stayed on our arrival and on our departure via the Eurotunnel. Excellent place with a large area for over 100 vans, very secure and near to the beach and services. Entry system is fiddly but works.

Near the Eurotunnel so super handy and open aire so no barriers or opening times. Arrived off the Eurotunnel at midnight and stopped here for one night. Water, bins and toilet emptying.

Tout d’une grande aire de camping-cars. Emplacements délimités et larges . Clôture sécurisante . Proche de la plage 10 minutes , du dragon 20 minutes et du beffroi 25 minutes . Deux regrets , la borne d’entrée est pour des « nains » et trop peu d’eau pour 3 € ( environ 40 litres ) , ne pas hésiter à aller à la réception du camping qui donne bien volontiers un jeton gratuit . 4 aires de vidange .

sauber und ordentlich, Frischwasser Entleerung direkt VOR der Tür-kostenfrei, aber der Platz ist komplett eingezäunt und geteert, daher nicht so gemütlich. Für eine Nacht bzw zum Auffüllen und Leeren auf jeden Fall gut.Im Moment ist der Automat für den Einlass defekt, Facilities gehen am Automaten, den Platz muss man am Campingplatz nebenan zahlen(daher nur wen jemand an der Rezeption ist...)

Muy buen lugar, tranquilo. Queda pegado al Camping, tiene barrera con máquina en todos los idiomas. 10€ las 24 horas, también tarjeta de crédito. Mucho espacio. Playa muy amplia a 5 minutos andando.

Not to be mixed up with the campsite next door as some comments below seem to have done with mention of reception etc. This is a huge gravelled area with black and grey water disposal outside, you can also buy tokens for water. Quite noisy until midnight with new arrivals and the road.

Area sosta molto ben organizzata con ingresso 24h con sbarra e pagamento con carta di credito. CS scarico nere e grigie compreso nei 10 euro/24h e carico acqua a pagamento. Non c’è attacco elettricità. Recintata e silenziosa. Comodissima per la notte prima o dopo la traversata in ferry da/per Dover. Molto grande quindi posto garantito a qualsiasi ora. Complimenti.

Sing gegen Mittag hier eingetroffen und hätten noch einen Stellplatz bekommen, und aber doch für den daneben gelegenen Campingplatz entschieden. Die Lage ist 1A: nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Promenade und Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Boulangeri. Ferry terminals approximately 12 minutes. Free WiFi in reception. Very helpful staff who speak English.

Lots of space, nice and quiet, felt secure. An ideal stopover for ferry. Would use again.

Not as secure as you would expect. We were disturbed by someone trying to open our rear doors just before 2am. Thankfully we were locked up. Despite this we would rather use a facility like this than park on open ground or street side in Calais as we saw some vans. Felt some some safety in numbers. Waste services are accessible without entering or paying which is useful to know for the future.

attention le pression de l'eau est très faible à la borne de service. N'hésitez pas à réclamer à la réception si vous n'avez pas (comme moi) réussi à remplir plus de la moitié de votre réservoir sinon il vous faudra environ 3 jetons pour un plein complet.

Emplacement idéal avant d’aller prendre le train pour l’Angleterre. A peine 10 minutes. Parfait quand le train est tôt le matin. Le terrain est également très proche de la plage ce qui est très agréable. 10€ la nuit avec une grille à code pour éviter toute intrusion indésirable. Pas de commodité

our first Aire stay! picked this as we got in late from the Tunnel. on arrival press and hold blue screen for a few seconds. This then opens language menu and you are good to go. Nice quiet stop very secure!

Haben hier tagsüber geparkt, da uns die anderen Optionen bezüglich Diebstahl zu riskant waren. Sehr großer Platz, einfach gehalten. Mit dem Rad ist man super schnell im Zentrum, zu Fuß auch sehr schnell am schönen Strand.

Guter Platz, wenn "Basic" ausreichend ist. Tolle Lage mit 5min zum Strand. Kein WLAN / Wi-Fi! Dusche und WC des Campingplatz nebenan können für 3€/Person mitbenutzt werden. Ein Stern Abzug, da frisches Wasser mit 3€ pro 40L sehr teuer ist.

One night prior to getting ferry. Nice and secure. Flot Bleu machines to pay to gain access. Service points x 4 outside of gates. Excellent facility. Note..no toilets. Walk to restaurants/bars in Calais is 15 to 20 mins. To town hall it's 30 to 35. Will use again on next trip. Much easier than trying to park in Dover! Thanks France.

Bin spät in Calais angekommen. Am Automaten wird bezahlt und die Ein- und Ausfahrt scheint rund um die Uhr möglich zu sein. Ich bin um 01:30 nachts reingefahren und mit Code um 04:30 wieder raus. Passt. Ist umzäunt und beleuchtet, war ok.

Buona e ampia area sosta posizionata a poche centinaia di mt dallo spiaggione di Calais. No elettricità, carico e scarico all'esterno fuori dalla sbarra. Accesso con carte o gettoni (da prendere alla reception del vicino campeggio). Abbastanza tranquilla. Consigliata.

Excellent emplacement..à 200m de la plage, à proximité du ferry (15mn environ). larges emplacements. Pas d'électricité, pas de toilettes mais bon c'est pas grave quand on est de passage. Vidanges eaux gries et noires, et eau disponible à l'extérieur de l'aire de stationnement. tarif 24h: 10euros nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit, très calme ( nuit du 12 au 13 juillet)

Belle aire de camping-car à côté du camping, 10 euros les 24 h sans service, une borne électrique avec eau et vidange a disposition avec des jetons acheter à la borne automatique, quelques espaces d’herbe bien agréable pour poser ça table le temps de manger un bout , le problème c’est que les gens avec des chiens , parfois plusieurs ce permet de faire faire leur besoin de partout, c’est scandaleux

Für die am Automaten bezahlten 10,00€ sehr gut und ruhig gestanden. Einziger Service: Entsorgung. Aber: Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Secure overnight camping very close to the Calais beach. €10 per night. No electric available. WC waste and Grey waste disposal are free. €3 for 40Lts of water but we did not need it. You can sit outside your van. Lots of space. Well maintained. We used it as a stopover before the tunnel next day. We enjoyed the 10 or 15 minute walk to the beach.

Grande aire Un détail que m a donné le gérant du camping Pour rentrer plusieurs fois à la borne d entrée faire parking ensuite résident et enfin taper le code qui a été délivré lors de la première entrée La borne est vraiment faite pour des personnes de très petite taille !!!!

Nice quiet site. Gates close at 10.00pm and open at 7.00am. €10 for 24 hours if you don't need toilets,showers,ehu. Campervan/motorhome area entry payment at a machine at the barrier. Quite awkward to use and takes a while to get it right, exit code dispensed with payment. Drinking water €3 with tokens from the same machine. Bins, grey water disposal, elsan points with water for rinsing all free.

Schöner Platz, kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Un Zéro pointé au concepteur de la borne d'accueil positionnée beaucoup trop basse et équipée d'un écran tactile de très mauvaise qualité. et pour l'eau, ayez de la patience ou de la chance. Cela ne fonctionne que très aléatoirement. Super les pistes cyclables pour aller en centre-ville.

Ein wirklich angenehmer Stellplatz. Nur 10Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Direkt daneben ist ein Campingplatz.

zweckmäßiger Parkplatz ohne Schatten. 24 Stunden parken für Wohnmobile 10 Euro ohne Strom. Strand und Innenstadt ca halbe Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Fahrradleihe gleich am Parkplatz. Möglichkeit der Ver- und Entsorgung vor dem Parkplatz. Frischwasser kostet 3 Euro angeblich für 100 Liter. Leider wurde unser 100-Liter-Tank nur halbvoll.

Para usar de paso y solo dormir. En temporada baja se puede estacionar gratis en la explanada cerca del pueblo. Desde el parking hasta el pueblo son unos 25 minutos caminando. Si pretendes coger agua potable y vaciar ,puedes hacerlo fuera, sin pagar la pernocta. Compras una ficha de 3€ en el poste de entrada y tienes el agua. Darte entrada es incómodo por lo bajo que está la pantalla.

Eingezäunter, sauberer Stellplatz, sehr sicher! Bezahlen mit Karte funktioniert prima, wenn man ein Zwerg ist. Ansonsten ist das Bücken sehr anstrengend! Der Kartenleser ist sehr tief angebracht. Achtung! Den Parkzettel aufbewahren! Man braucht den darauf notierten Code zum Rausfahren. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand und im Zentrum. Der Campingplatz daneben ist zurzeit noch geschlossen.

Merci pour cette aire située à 25' à pied du centre ville . 10€ sans branchement .De plus il faut payer pour le plein d'eau , un prix un peu excessif. Nous avons apprécié la découverte de Calais ses musées , son patrimoine, son histoire.

Nous sommes arrivées à 16h, avons payé 10€ pour 24h. Nous sommes ressorties pour aller manger un bout le long de la plage, et n’avons jamais pu entrer à nouveau sur l’aire de stationnement. 10€ les 3h, ça fait cher ! Il n’est indiqué nulle part que toute sortie est définitive, d’ailleurs, nous avions reçu un code. A quoi sert-il si nous ne pouvons entrer et sortir ?

Aire topissime pour vidanger et remplir située à l extérieur de l aire de stationnement. 2,50€ les 100litres. Jeton à prendre à n importe quelle heure de la journée et de la nuit sur la borne d entree de l aire de stationnement. Aire très propre, poubelle et recyclage à disposition. Nous nous n y avons pas dormi mais aire clôturée et fermée. Merci la mairie!

Aire correcte pour une nuit mais attention si vous avez un chien ayant peur des tirs. pétards etc, entraînement des gendarmes au tirs de l autre côté de la route et le lendemain matin d autres coups de feu et ou pétard... mon chien était terrorisé et j ai du partir..

L’aire de service est grande, pratique pour les grands cc, est propre, plat, bref tres bien merci a la municipalité, je garde en memoire

Un endroit très sécurisant et sécurisé proche du centre de Calais, des restaurants et commerces. Je recommande pour une nuit en toute tranquillité.

Merci à la mairie pour cette aire très propre, avec emplacements délimités et larges, a 300 m de la plage à pied et 20' du centre ville. Le vidage des WC est gratuit avec de l eau disponible. Service eau propre via jeton de 2.5€ à la borne. C est vrai c est 10€ mais elle a le mérite d exister.

Avons passé un week-end très agréable. Dommage qu'à ce tarif pas d'électricité. Impressionnant 4 vidanges pour vider les eaux grises et eaux noires. Très proche de la plage avec une superbe digue je recommande. cordialement Éric.

Une aire spacieuse près de tout. la plage, le port de commerce, la ville. j y retournerai sans hésiter. la ville a fait fort pour embellir le front de mer. ça vaut le détour.

Service area fine, although the water 2,5€ for 40l more or less. Instead of the 100l written. Pretty expensive but no water service available in the area, we checked all the gas station and all of the out of service..

Aire bien organisée ! Pour 10€ on pourrait espérer avoir le 220 comme à st cyprien (66) . Par contre je ne sais pas si c’est un dysfonctionnement ou une escroquerie , on achète un jeton à 2,5€ pour avoir 100 l d’eau comme indiqué sur les bornes et il n’y a que 40l . La réalité est qu’il y a 10 mn d’eau. Pour la vidange il faut bien viser …

très belle air de camping car, propore et bien positionnée, la plage est a 5 mns de marche les services sont a l'extérieur de l'air mais très bien fait, on peut sortir du parking via un code, le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas d'electricité sur les emplacements, pas grave en été mais peut-être utilse en hiver.

2.30am, just woken by 2 people trying to steal the bikes from the back of our motorhome. They did not seem too bothered when confronted. This is not a safe and secure place. I’d advise that you park with valuables on the rear of your vehicle facing the illuminated central road area. Obviously we will not be back.

Etwas vom Stadtzentrum entfernter Großer Stellplatz. Wenn alle Plätze belegt wären, sehr eng. Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Ver- und Entsorgungsstation, 2,50€ für 100 Liter ziemlich teuer. Bezahl-Terminal sehr niedrig, sodass größere Menschen es schwer haben, das Display abzulesen.

The aire is no frills, quiet, and we didn’t feel unsafe. The listing of services above is misleading, though. There is no electricity for the €10 price. There is a nicer campsite with electricity, toilets, and showers for €19 next door.

Expensive car park (€10), services are €2 extra! No sight of any security. Although there is a barrier in and out. It is not fenced.

L'aire de Calais est très bien avec le Super gardien "Bruno" qui est toujours présent pour rendre service. Nous y passons assez souvent car la plage n'est vraiment pas loint en plus le bus y est gratuit ce qui permet d'aller visiter les alentours ou d'aller aux centres commerciaux.

SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!! Recommend it! Nice spot, toilettes, trash bins, a security guard who’s always around, even at night, feeling really safe here, a little bakery, big working room with (slow) WiFi. But really clean!! The beach is about 10 min by foot away. Thanks for being so helpful to us! (-from the 2 young Germans with the broken Van)

Parked here as carrafour motorhome park not safe with immigrants being aggressive towards us.Better to pay €10 and feel safe.Its very big so unlikely to be full.3 double sided service points but you need to buy a token from entry point.We never knew Calais had a good sea front worth a look.

We are here just now and it is a good stop for the ferry port. We arrived at 2130 and the main reception was closed so we couldn't get access to the site with electric hookup so we paid €10 to park in the overflow which is good as it is very safe, secure and quiet.

Bruit venant de la route mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir. Le pain et des viennoiseries sont disponible a l’entrée .Proche de la plage et du centre Surveillé jour et nuit par un gardien super sympa (demande le soir si l'on veut mettre le vélo en sécurité) et toujours prêt à rendre service

Grosse Stellplätze, sehr sauber, Sanitär sehr gepflegt und sauber und auch das Personal nett. Service. Ruhig und sicher, haben mit Strom €20 abgedrückt. Man kann zu Fuss in die Stadt aber auch zum Strand. Wegen corona sind noch einige Facilitäten geschlossen wie zb Büchersaal mit TV und Game center (Tischfussball...) Anzuraten. Gratis wifi in der Rezeption und im Aussenbereich.

Gut gelegen aber "steril". Man ist schnell an der Strandpromenade, auf dem Platz selbst gibt es dafür nichts interessantes zu sehen. Wir waren eine Nacht hier, um direkt morgens auf die Fähre Richtung Dover zu fahren. Für eine Nacht ist es okay, mehr braucht man nicht.
