(NG2 2GF) - Victoria Embankment

Molt bon lloc per pasar el dia i la nit, paisatge molt bonic i relativament a prop del centre, 20m caminant.

bon emplacement, au calme le long de la route, près d'un parc et d'un lac. ombragé, peu de passage en nuit profonde. des joggeurs le matin

Parked up late around midnight, loads of spaces on a Tuesday. The sign said restrictions were between 8am and 9pm I think it was! no caravans or HGVs. couldn't see anywhere to say we couldn't stay so slept overnight. It was peaceful with a lovely view of the river, a few early morning joggers and the lovely sound of quacking ducks. Would recommend.

Stayed here on night to visit winter wonderland. Pleasant stop over with no issues. Road was pretty quiet all night and morning. The road has a camber so some parts are pretty bad in the MH leaning to one side. We managed to find a pretty flat spot so no issues. I’d stay again. Free all weekend & £2 per day during the week. Good stop over.

Il faut entrer dans le parc , et si vous continuez , vous avez une zone où le stationnement est gratuit. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de places, et il faut pas être trop long, nous 7m on dépasse un peu. C’était super on y est restés 2 jours

Fantastic location by the River Trent. Stayed Friday night and there was some car noise until 10.30pm and then a quiet night. Would definitely come back

I stayed here for 2 nights in April 2023. I stayed near the pedestrian bridge the first night and a bit further along on the second. It’s a great out of the way spot and it you park closer to the Wilford bridge ends it’s not too far to the tram that will take you into town.

This is a great spot in the middle of the city, but remember to prepare for there being no toilet facilities. We stopped on a Saturday night and it was quiet, but dog walkers and cyclists use the lovely riverside walk until late, though that's not a bother. We woke up to rowers on the river! It's a 10 minute walk into the Trent Bridge area of town where there are a number of pubs and restaurants.

Ottimo parcheggio per passare la notte è perché no anche un tardo pomeriggio e una mattinata. Sulle sponde del fiume con il parco giochi affianco, strada tranquilla per la notte è anche con pista ciclabile. Parcheggio gratis.

As previously mentioned a great spot, quiet and lovely surroundings. Their is a camber but it’s not significant

Amazing city spot- quiet with a lovely view over the river. We had a great night here before hopping on the tram, at the end of the road, to enjoy the Christmas market.

Stayed Saturday 18th December 2021 until Sunday. Lovely, misty winters morning walk along the river. Quiet overnight.

Stayed here during storm Arwen on Friday and Saturday night (Nov 26th & 27th). A bit windy but not a problem. Great spot. Nice walk around the river. Close proximity to Nottingham centre (1.5miles) about 30 min walk. quiet and peaceful. Busy with walkers by day. Good phone reception (3 and Virgin). No facilities as it’s a public area.

Stayed here all good some parts had car meets so at times wasn't the most peaceful but only lasted about an hour

We and friends in their van enjoyed a night by the river .lots of space and no restrictions except parking only between 5pm and 8am . a few cars in the evening and runners in the morning.

Great city spot. Only light traffic but overall quiet. Good play ground opposite for the kids.

Great stop, parking signs only say restrictions Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm. Lovely big park, kids play area, and lots of benches along the river.
